Sunday morning after game day, Parents weekend. The staff was cranking it out! There was a wait, but they let everyone know the status and our drinks were perfect. Better than many Starbucks weve been to with no wait on a week day!

Super busy but staff managed it very well. Order completed as ordered. Kudos to the team for a well run, and clean store despite the challenges of a busy Sunday morning (after GameDay AND family weekend and any staff shortages that the service industry is experiencing.)

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through, never even got to order, got tired of waiting so I left. Shouldn’t take an hour to complete 5 people’s order

Ngl a 3 star, but giving a 4 considering... The workers, from my experience, are always VERY nice but SEVERELY underpaid. Imagine dealing with hundreds of apathetic customers demanding instant gratification. Impossible really. As a result the drive through line, being on the most traversed corner in Clemson, is very long and time consuming. Going inside is barely, if at all faster, but that is because they are understaffed and sadly suffering. Theyre mostly college students so please be nice, and if you can, tip well. Also depending on when you go (learn the active times or look at Google maps) be prepared for a 20+ minute wait. Its a VERY difficult place to work, and some drinks take a long time to create. Although, arguably all Starbucks are the same, some are busier due to placement and this is one of the busiest corners, especially because the other Starbucks in Clemson are in a library, or far off the driven path

This is probably my favourite place to stop in the morning. Despite going to a coffee place, I prefer tea and they make and amazing (as well as consistant) iced chai latte. The staff is friendly, polite, and always quick. I sincerely prefer this starbucks over any of the other local ones and cannot thank them enough for getting me through the morning.

I have always liked Starbucks. Great place with coffee and other easy going food. It can get pricey compared to other coffee shops but great taste. Solid place 5/5

If you want liquid sugar, this is the place. I asked for a drink that does not have added sugar. The reply, Unless you get coffee black and just add your own sugar, there isnt anything. This review is posted as someone who did not actually try any drinks, but who is concerned about healthiness.

I hate to do it, because there are some lovely, hard working people there, but this is the worst location for a Starbucks. Everyone goes through the drive thru, and if you order through the app, theres no guarantee youll be able to back out of your parking spot because of .... the cars in drive through! Avoid at all costs. Love Clemson, hate the Starbucks location. Should put one downtown that would take all the foot traffic.

I always love going to this Starbucks. The staff is so friendly and so wonderful. They are lighting quick with drink orders and are scary accurate! If you want a fast enjoyable coffee, you should deffinatly come to this location because the staff is so wonderful!

After about 20 different Starbucks only 1 had all the ingredients for the Brown Sugar Oatmeal Shaken Espresso. Starbucks should do better!

I saw no bucks, no fawns, no deer at all. They did however sell coffee there and it was pretty good.

The baristas here are the NICEST! They are super friendly and quick. The worst part about this Starbucks is the location and parking lot situation. There are so many curbs pointing out and it is difficult to get in and out of so be aware! I wish that the app would update when there is not enough staff/the drive thru is only open before mobile ordering.

The vanilla bean frappe with strawberry puree is very delicious complemented by a cheese danish which was also delicious. 4-stars because the Danish wasnt as hot as it should have been.

Hey guys! I was glad to see all 5 of you standing around talking to each other without acknowledging that I walked in the door, stood there for a solid minute, said something, and no one moved an inch. You guys should be really proud of yourselves. I know I am.

It was good. Not my favorite favor, pistachio coffee, but it was fun to try a new favor.

Some gross college girl with frizzy French braids was super condescending and rude. Wouldnt give me the size I needed, once I got my small coffee it was half empty. Would recommend just going to the one in ingles

This place is a joke . Shouldn’t even be a franchise they are extremely rude Staff . line is slow and always unacceptably long drinks are poor quality.

Slow service. This was probably one of my least favorite Starbucks. The staff was only semi friendly, possibly because they were behind, but still not excuse. The lady working the front register was really slow at taking orders. They were also out of Pikes Place coffee. The good thing about Starbucks is the quality control is pretty decent, so our drinks and food were good.

Love coming in here every morning! All the employees are so welcoming and my drink is spot on every time! I love reading here in the mornings cause it’s such a peaceful and relaxing! The manager is so sweet and kind Compared to old managers she’s my favorite!

Staff needs to get it together. Line was out into traffic and you could see them chatting over some drama from the drive thru window. She literally stood there with a drink in hand, half made while she went back and forth with some other employee. Clemson location is not the place for slackers. Move then to the Ingles location please.

The coffee was delicious, and the workers were very nice. They even spelled my name correctly, when my name is frequently spelled wrong in public all the time

I dont like the fact Starbucks shut down the mom and pop coffee stores which had greater variety and were less expensive. When you support big corporations you help a CEO buy another house and yacht. When you support local business, you help a family put food on their table.This Starbucks is horrible to drive in and out of

Great service! Really nice! I had trouble deciding what I wanted to eat, and they were so nice to help me decide what I wanted. I asked them questions about what they had, and they answered back so politely, they even went to go check to see what they had! Best service Ive ever gotten from this place!

They make some great coffees, but are pretty slow and will sometimes cheat you out of your own order. I ordered a grande last night and realized when I got in my car that it was clearly a normal sized cup and not the oversized coffee I had asked for.

Every time I have gone in they have been very quick and helpful. I have never had bad service. They were out of caramel syrup and even asked if caramel sauce would be ok for my drink. Very nice and approachable.

It was a Sunday and this particular Starbucks is in a college town and the coffee shop was very busy. However, the service was friendly and fast. We ordered an iced coffee, white chocolate mocha latte, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. My go to is always the spinach feta wrap.

Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Not a huge fan of their coffee, but its a great spot to get your work done. Very busy most of the time since its a college town. Strongly recommend it!

The drinks were too sweet, they were over flowing out of the lid and they were very very slow. The baristas were talking to each other instead of making the drinks and when they did, they spilled it on the car. I understand that is an accident but not when you see it happen several times.

This place is always packed inside, outside and drive thru... Quick to get your order out to you , no matter the way you choose to visit this place... Food it varies in freshness... Coffee was good for first two day I was in town. This morning whoever made my white chocolate mocha made it wrong. Forgot to add whatever makes it sweet. Please teach whoever was making them at 9:45am how to make them. We ordered two and both were same bitter stuff. Feel ripped off. Get

Came in today to get coffee to get me through my marathon shift (close into an open at a local chain pizza place) and found the place slammed. People waiting around every where, some very angry and impatient, even rude. A customer told me their printer had gone down, so there were no mobile orders. Now, Ive been through this situation before. In fact, we had just had to close early due to a similar issue. I know how hard it is to stay calm, to keep things moving, to smile and be sincere when customers are yelling at you. The staff never lost their composure. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a stressful experience, but only because I felt their pain. This location will remain my favorite in the area.

Normal Starbucks. Good coffee, not sure about all the other mixed concoctions. Used a gift card and always had good coffee while I was coming in.

The baristas arent very friendly, theres not a lot of space, and the music is loud. But otherwise its good...? The outside seating is nice.

Not large enough on the inside and the parking area is the absolute worst. Its kind of a terrible location. But, service is great and Ive never received a wrong order.

Each time I visit they seem to be out of something like Trenta cups for my drink.. so I had to get venti and like the protien boxes, strawberries for the refresher also drive through was down for a few days at one time..for the tempo of this location they should probably review the supply list so they are not constantly out of things..Im a gold member so I look forward to treating myself at starbucks when they are out of things I have to take my business elsewhere...overall the customer service is great and drinks are made with care!

Clemson store was a bad choice this morning.. the lines were moving very slowly. There were MANY employees just standing around not doing anything and the orders they were making were coming back to them because about every other drink was made wrong. They had to remake mine 3 times. Its not a difficult drink to make but i specifically asked for no foam or froth. Not a half a cup full

Everything is as expected. Typical Starbucks with a decent amount of seating. Parking lot can be tight, getting in and out, and having a conversation outside can be tough with all the traffic. Baristas and coffee: great.

Friendly people who get it right every time. This place gets slammed during peak hours so its hard to get in and out quickly but not a big deal.

They have gotten 5 of our beverage purchases wrong in the last month. The most recent was a java chop frapuccino with no chips. Someone from corporate needs to look into this location or something, because its a little extreme how bad theyve gotten. They used to be near perfect, and then- almost overnight- they plumetted.

Waited 30 minutes for a drink and pastry...One person ahead of me in line...they had put the wrong customers name on my pastries...Got home only to find that they had STILL had not given me the item I ordered. This store has really gone downhill in terms of service AND atmosphere. Too bad.

I dread having to go to this Starbucks because almost every time I leave, my order is wrong. I gave it two stars because for the most part, the employees are nice, and the inside is well-kept. However, if it wasnt the only drive thru Starbucks in Clemson, I would never return.

I Love starbucks and this one is a good one its just placed terribly. Its difficult to get in and out of driving wise. The park in lot is kinda small and if you have a big vehicle it makes it difficult to get around.

I have never had a good experience at this Starbucks. The coffee is disgusting, theyre always out of stuff, and their printer never works. the drive-thru is the SLOWEST. The staff is sometimes friendly but they seem as if they do not care about the customers. If it wasnt such a hassle to go to the on-campus Starbucks, I would go there all the time and never frequent this Starbucks. Its awful.

The staff is extremely helpful and patient, they are located in one of Clemsons busiest corner, so you will understand if you have ever been here that patience is a must.

Comessas and bakers dressed in crisp white pull steaming trays of pizza and bread out of those ornate ovens you first glimpsed upon entry.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks location I have visited. The employees are consistently unattentive to anything except the drive thru, drinks are poorly made (got a ice milk today barely enough coffee to call it a coffee). Multiple times Ive received breakfast sandwiches that were not warmed long enough. Go to the on campus Starbucks near Core campus at Clemson instead.
