Moe Joe Coffee is such a nice place in Clemson area. It has a really good vibe. I had smoothie in this place and that was really delicious. The prices were reasonable and relatively cheap in comparison to other coffee places. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have delicious meals with reasonable prices in a nice place.

Everytime im at my partners house I come here like once or twice a day, I love then and the aura this place presents! Every drink Ive had there has been awesome whether its iced, hot, blended or a smoothie!

Relaxing, comfortable place to sit and sip. Nobody bothered us to move along as we talked with each other for more than an hour.Everything is made to order, so dont choose drive thru. Youll have to wait as each order is hand cooked or assembled. Come inside, find a chair and soak up some relax time instead!

Nice coffee shop with open spaces and clean facilities. We had the chicken salad and enjoyed it both on a sandwich and by itself. The coffee was also quite good. The staff was super friendly and attentive when I had questions concerning the menu. We would most certainly return.

I’m so glad this small business survived the brunt of the pandemic, I was worried it might close down for a bit. It’s like a 5 minute walk from my apartment and I love going and just reading a book with an iced latte. Staff is always so nice and the coffee is great, the energy of the place is amazing and I love all the plants!

Wow! So excited to have found a delicious, inclusive, and fun coffee shop. I’m visiting from Texas, and am so glad my family and I decided to go to Moe Joes this morning. From the amazing coffee, to the delicious gluten free breakfast, to the inclusive/affirming signs and bathrooms, I’d give it a 7 stars. Way to go! Can’t wait to visit again in a few months.

Pretty good coffee, service is consistently disappointing. Last week they ran out of lids at 9:00am and forgot cream cheese with my bagel. This morning on my way to class I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with one car ahead of me and one car behind me, so there was no way for me to exit the line until the car behind me ended up backing out of the drive thru line. I want to like Moe Joes, but it’s hard when I’ve dealt with poor service the last two times I’ve visited.

I got the iced lavender latte and it was super yummy! Their coffee tastes fresh and smooth! The latte didn’t have a strong lavender taste, which I say is a good thing. It wasn’t like drinking an air freshener, it was like drinking a really good coffee with a slight fresh aftertaste of lavender. Definitely helped mask the coffee breath! I will be returning to try more unique flavors! They have a ton more options versus a big chain coffee place!

Ive never been in the store until now, it was very nice, the cashier was very helpful answering questions we had, coffee was very good, as was the tea, our Burritos were accidentally forgotten but they quickly made them after I asked about them, they were very good nonetheless. Very nice atmosphere and dining room, played battleship from the selection of boardgames they have, wonderful place will go again

The iced chai latte is awesome! Years ago, they had a location in DT Greenville. I will occasionally drive to Clemson, to get that latte! The service and staff is always polite, and professional!

Food is pretty good, coffee is great, the staff is really cool but my goodness the wait times are crazy. I keep thinking when I go it’s just a busy day but every time I go back the wait is so long. The past three times I went my gf and I were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I get being busy but that long of wait we’re dipping into poor efficiency among orders being made by staff. We’ll be taking a break from this place

They never cease to amaze me with their Coffee & Breakfast options. I am someone who loves to have breakfast options in dinner, lunch (In short, All the time😂)So, Basically, I love them just because of their simplicity! Also, unlike other places, I dont have to remember my fancy coffee orders & other brand jargons just to order a cup of coffee! Its mediocre at best. Ive been here several times and its never better than the chain places around Clemson. That goes for their coffee, chai, and smoothies. I think the only reason to go here is if you want to support a local business. Coffee seems to be burnt often and the smoothies are way too milky, no balance. (granted Ive been here like 6 times to give it a chance)Starbucks, Smoothie King, and downtown locations are better than this place. Please save yourself some money unlike me.

I ordered avocado toast for breakfast and I was shocked by how stingy they were with the serving size of the avocado. It seriously wasn’t even quarter of an avocado. Such a disappointment. Not recommended if you are hungry.

Unable to review the quality of the coffee or food as I was never able to order. The dining room is closed for COVID so they have a table at the door for you to approach and order. We stood for just under 10 mins at the door while waiting. I could see two people behind the counter preparing other orders, but some acknowledgement wouldve been appreciated. Recommend skip it. Went to Starbucks down the road.Edit:. Thanks for the response. Unfortunately we were only in town for a day so were unable to return, but I do appreciate the response.

As a first-time patron to this establishment I would have expected a little bit more help at the ordering station. The barista did not seem to know if theyre specialty drinks could be made in a sugar-free version. He said ummm I think so. Drive through service incredibly slow. I ended up ordering a double shot with extra whipped cream. Thats about as basic as you can get at a coffee shop and that is where my confidence lies with this coffee shop. TBH, Im a bit hesitant to even drink it.ETA: The double shot was actually exceptionally good. The quality was noticeable.

A nice place with good coffee and a drive through! I havent had a chance to try the food but from what Ive seen it looks tasty. I wish there was more table space for studying and all but theres only so much you can do. They also have beer and wine. A great place for a first date! Generally pretty quiet but popular enough to be cozy. There are also board games and a reasonable amount of outlets.

Delicious coffee, I had the white mocha latte iced with oat milk 🤤 vegan options for my husband was awesome, the sandwich may seem pricey but it’s a HUGE breakfast sandwich. He only drinks black coffee, nothing fancy and he loved it. No more Starbucks for us when in Clemson!

One of the best spots in Clemson! Good food, great coffee, live music! Only outdoor seating during the pandemic, but very accommodating and a great place to work and hang out.

Im going out on a limb and giving them a 5 star rating because my local friend said theyre good. However, theyre only open 8am-8pm right now so we couldnt buy coffee. I just thought Id give a heads up to others. The sign said open, online said they were open, but they were clearly closed. Best of luck, people.Edited to add Im not sure where my friend saw the old hours online but now places say theyre open til 6 or 8 pm, depending where you look.

I mean the coffee and food are good and the staff has always been polite but the wait times are just insane. If you’re looking for a quick coffee/breakfast then this place is not for you but if you don’t mind waiting 30-45 min then hit this place up

Genuinely wonderful experience. If I were local they would have all of my business. I tend to be particular with my coffee and this place did not disappoint. Woman who helped us today was super pleasant and funny which just made the experience all the more incredible.

Good stuff especially thier smoothies but you cant sit inside and super progressive signs all over that has one feel not all thinkers are welcomed.

This is a great place to relax or get caught up on some online stuff, while having some great Joe...theyve got food and other drinks too. The staff and service was great. If youve been here before and not been in a while, you owe it to yourself to go back by their... its under new ownership.

My wife n I just recently started going here and we have to say, were in love! The food is great, the drinks are fresh n served fast. We even had a chance to play some board games while we were there. All n all well definitely be returning and recommend others to do the same

Great selection! It was a little later in the day so I actually got a beer instead haha. But they have it all and get it all out quickly. I like the size of the place and the variety of seating options. They even have a more private room upstairs if you need to study.

I love this coffee shop. Its big and open with plenty of comfortable seating ranging from tables and chairs to oversized couches. The food is good, the smoothies and coffee are great! The staff is always friendly, too. Its a great hangout spot!

Ordered a 20 oz cappuccino and it was horrible! There was only about 9 oz in the cup in the rest was all foam and when I took a sip, espresso was overpowering without hardly any milk in it.

Moe Joe is pretty chill, has some good food and smoothies, and has live music regularly. The workers are pretty friendly but dont seem to be coffee enthusiasts. Its usually a bit warmer inside than I prefer.

I usually love it here but, in my past couple of visits, both the hospitality and quality have been lacking.

The atmosphere, selection, and customer service are great! They are also environmentally conscious. The baristas and equipment need some fine tuning for excellent coffee craft. Their grinder may need to be calibrated and baristas training on dosing shots since their espresso shots are over extracted.

Ordered a xl- frozen white tiger...they handed me a cup that looks like cold coffee that was blended to much, like watery coffee!! When I asked the server he said thats how they look!! Ive gotten this same drink several times and it has never looked like this or tasted like this!!

Mostly come in the drive thru for breakfast. It’s SLOW. If they have customers at the main counter the staff will prioritize them over the drive thru and it’s painful to watch. By the time we got our drinks today they were already lukewarm when we pulled away, because they had finished making them but then turned around to focus on the front counter for so long. Which is odd because when I go in otherwise, I’m happy to go sit off and wait, and they tell me they’ll call it when it’s ready. So, take care of your Drive Thru!! They also have no ordering system, so if you’re 2nd in line you have to wait till the customer in front is fully done before you even tell them what you want prepared. The drinks are good and the food is hit and miss: the muffins are reheated from the grocery store and they are not the bakery quality either, the plastic wrapped preservatives variety. Come for the dirty hippie, stay for the unreasonable wait time.

Terrible service. Took 30 minutes to even ORDER. Then I got the wrong size coffee complained and they fixed it with no problem. Not the best coffee. Very disappointed

Terribly long line. I was there on a Sunday when they had 2 employees, and it took at least 20 minutes to go through a line of 10 people. They either need to hire more, optimize their business or give a notice that you will be waiting up to half an hour waiting on a cup of coffee.

I go to Moe Joes at least twice a week for their Palmetto Parm. Its always delicious and made with high quality products....until today. Today, they put super cheap turkey (read: $1 a pound, slimy, processed) on my almost $6 sandwich. I asked one of the employees (who is always awesome and friendly, btw) what was going on with the quality of the meat they are serving now. The employee advised that they are no longer serving Boars Head. If this is an attempt to cut costs--congratulations, it worked...But you will not get my money until you start serving quality food again.

Watered down mocha. No taste of coffee. Half of the cup was foam ...for $4.50+. Server was rude. My business didn’t matter to her. Not the first time this has happened but will be the last !

Coffee was huh, staff was not too excited to be there, owner was totally rude and very business $$ minded, decor needs updating. If you dont mind paying xtra $ for soso coffee..might be alright. Be careful of junkyard dog when you go inside (owner)...he bites!!
