Sammy was A great customer service representative. Who was the only one that was able to put a screen protector on with no bubbles after. Would highly recommend his services.

Went in to get a copy of my bill with my address, like. I have always done. I went in asked to get a copy and the gentle man in there tells me I cant get that there. I asked why he said they dont do that. I had to go online. I told him I was in there last month and got one. He asked who did it I told him I dont remeber the name. Then he processed to tell me I wasnt at that store when I got the copies.I told him yes it was this store because it was a lady and a skinnier gentleman. It the only metro from my job. They have always printed off for me. When i had enough of the back and forth I went to my car. Went to leave look up and he telling me to come back. Sorry you had a chance to help me you didnt. So I will be going else where for my business with metro.

Friendly service. Ive shopped here twice, and the only issue is that they couldnt connect a supposedly unlocked tablet. They gave me a free Alcatel tablet (small) for $20 activation and $15 a month for service.

For 6 years I have visited metro store to pay my bill. For 2 years I have visited this store. I worked on customer service for 10 years and you never turn away a paying customer. Well this happened to me yesterday. I was asked to leave before I got 5 steps in the door. Metro because of this discrimination I will never use this service again. Bye bye

Absolutely the worst customer service EVER. The reps appear unmotivated and seem to be making up stuff as they go. Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for someone (on my second visit there), was not greeted. There was no sense of urgency or awareness that they had a store full of customers being ignored. Do not give these people your business. They dont deserve it. I ended up going to the Main Street store and was taken care of.

I will never go back to this metro because of the manager named Tanya. She’s so loud and rude. She thinks she knows more than everyone else and she really doesn’t. I’ve told everyone I know not to deal with her. The only nice and friendly person that works there is Anna.

Worst customer service and a bunch of liars. Dont know the guys name looks middle eastern. Blatantly lied to my face. Charged me an activation when my phone was already unlocked! When you can just call metropcs customer service and get it done for FREE. Also the cases are a rip off!they say $30 then $20 if then you dont buy they say ok $15 .Jerks and shysters.They lie and lie and just lie, Go to any other metro pcs. NOT this one. Bunch of liars. they also charged a girl $17 just to switch her phone number which could have been done for free. Money hungry mongruels

Im confused why a employee is giving bad reviews on all metro locations in Johnson county...now that employees has moved to burleson at the town center location and is putting 5 star reviews on that location with 3 different google accounts...hmmmm sounds fishy to me...

Payment was made at this store..even brought in bank statement..bank branch manager even called. Proof that payment was made and excepted. But for some reason metro never received info that i paid my bill. So my phone will be shut off have to dispute the 98.00 payment made to metro threw this store to try to get my 98.00 back. No explanation from tgem there lost no idea how this happen say its my fault. Never will i be a metro customer again....This was made right by Allen. I called him one time the next day the money was paid to Metro. It was stuck between there card machine and metro. Only pay over the phone now.

Never gave us the plan posted on outside window. Having a hard time getting anyone to listen and get things corrected. Had Cricket before and thought I could save a little money each month. Forget it, what I have now drops calls daily so you have to go back and redial. Not worth the savings of a few bucks.

There is normally no wait which is good they have two employees and two registers that are used. The store is way to big they do not use half of the store so it feels very empty MetroPCS has one of the worst cell signals ever especially in Keene

I wish I knew how this place gets a bad reviews. I have been coming here since my girl moved here from Burleson. I never came here before because the staff was rude and never wanted to help. But now that this new manager came she has gotten a crew that helps with everything you need.
