I would truly like to Speak for myself I am the Manager of the location. I treat everyone with respect and courtesy the negative review you see is not real. I was out of the store at the time the negative review is alleging. Also I would like to welcome all customers into the store so I can provide the best service I can. That being said some things are out of our control due to Policy. But cussing and and yelling are not my way of dealing with customers. I have been in this business for 7 years. I thrive on being the best human being I can Everytime I work. So to everyone peace and blessings to you all.

Very very very unprofessional management in this store I was treated very poorly and so was my husband. We were yelled at cussed at for their mistake and told we had to leave and go to another location from someone to fix their mistake. The guys name was frank? I believe he was very rude and just kept yelling at me while my children were in the store with me. Each time I come to this store and my friends go to this store we are treated poorly and unprofessional not even a hello or a smile. All we wanted was to get my sons phone on and they couldn’t even help me with that and sent me away. This is not okay to be treated this way in a place we chose to come too. We are customers and just trying to do the right thing and still get treated like scum by a guy at a cricket store I hope someone. Sees this and knows this store is very unfriendly and will continue to lose customers.

I had a wonderful experience with the crew at Cleburnes cricket wireless! We transferred line from Verizon because Verizon is more expensive. Verizon customer service gave the staff at cricket a horrible time- the cricket staff remained patient and cordial even after over an HOUR of being on the phone with Verizon on our behalf. Cricket staff are so helpful- so knowledgeable- and were determined to help us switch over in spite of Verizon’s tactics to make a line transfer impossible! 5/5 stars for the entire staff- they were amazing!

Just want to express how grateful I am for Aliyahs help yesterday when I switched my husbands phone service from Straight Talk to Cricket. It turned out to be a difficult process (the difficulty being on the part of Straight Talk) but she persisted until we were able to successfully switch his service to Cricket. The girl who works in here is literally no help at all. A different cricket office is doimg what she claimed she couldnt. And the same girl tried to charge me being a new customer full price for the phone when it stated for switching it was less. Shes a scam and she doesnt do her job right.

I would rather give them no stars. You walk in and the one person is helping other people, which is fine. The other lady had an attitude like she did not want to be there let alone help us. Made you feel like your business was not good enough for them. So we left.

Took too long. I picked out the Samsung s10 and was told they were out but that more were coming the next day. When I didnt get a phone call in the next 2 days, I contacted the store. I was then told that they had not got any in and wouldnt be getting any more in again as Samsung phones were too hard to sell. Person stated that their market didnt carry that phone any longer and she didnt know if any other markets still carried them. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told she would not be available for the next 3 days. I was told I could order the phone from the website but I would have to pay full price as items on the website are not available for the progressive lease. When asked why I was not told I couldnt get the phone I wanted I was told they shouldve told me. I was bringing my service from another company and had already transferred one phone and then purchased an additional phone and hotspot. I spent well over $300 due to all the activation fees and other charges per phone. I will now be keeping the one line I have left with the other company and will get a Samsung s20 instead. I am a die hard Samsung user and I would rather enter into a contract than deal with a company with such horrible customer service. No effort was made to get me the phone I had requested. The manager never called me back or the sales girl. No follow up on my other existing phones either. No service after the sale at all. I attempted to call the corporate office and after over 30 minutes on the phone trying to reach an actual person I have up. Worst experience ever!!!!

I was wanting to add another line to my phone for my Mother. I am at the Henderson St store and Kayla and Allah were swamped with customers. They not only got me the other lines Kayla did it on the cheap helping save money I did not have to wait long either for she assisted them and helped me at the same time. Thanks Kayla and Aleah

Ive been a cricket customer for 3yrs and never have I had such a bad experience like I did today. Waited 1hour to buy a new phone they didnt bother to tell me before I decided to purchase a phone that their system wasnt working I wouldve saved me the 1hour wait. I ended leaving and not buying anything do to the fact that the staff was very rude and unfriendly and just kept asking for my pin and phone number over 10times. I wouldve like to have known I was going to wait over 1hour to purchase a phome.

We’re hoping for the best. We just switched from T-Mobile where we had terrible service in Cleburne and Grandview. We are also saving around $50 a month by switching. Right now I’m sitting in Cleburne with one bar. Not to thrilled about that, but we haven’t had any problems at this time. Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This store is Awful!! I was not happy when I left the store. I called before going in and they gave me a price over the phone and waved the 25.00 activation fee. When I went in the store they did not honor the price they gave to me over the phone. I had to leave the store and go to the bank get more money to pay the Higher price. I wouldnt have even paid for the service however I ported my number from another company to cricket and they could not undo that and give me my number back therefore I was stuck going with this crappy company and dealing with horrible customer service. I will not ever go back to this store, I will drive all the way to Burleson before I step foot in this store again.
