I recently purchased the Jamaican two person hot tub and am very pleased with this purchase. It plugs into 110 electric and heats up to 104 degrees quickly. It was a wonderful company to deal with - they deliver it, set it up, explain how to operate and don’t leave until you are completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company. You can watch your hot tub being built if you choose. They are always available for any assistance you might need.

I flew to Tampa from New Orleans to visit Spa Manufacturers for a test swim. I loved its look, its features, that I could place it above ground, and not harm 100 year old oaks in our yard. LOVED the experience there, bought the Deluxe on the spot. Love it even more after three years and counting.I try to use it every day! I do aquasize, run against the current, do resistance and weight training, and have a blast! We placed it on a gravel pad surrounded by a deck, and built a large gazebo to help keep out the oak leaves. Love the bar and 4 stools. Great for watching movies and football, in water or out. Wonderful place to hang out.I have never had any problems with it, and any time I have a question I get prompt responses. I LOVE MY SPA and I wish all customer support was as great and personal as theirs has proven to be. Thanks, you guys! Will try to post a picture!!!!!

My deluxe swim spa is one of the best purchases I have ever made, from one of the best companies! I was wary of buying such a huge purchase as a swim spa from an online company I had never heard of or been to before, to buy a product I had never seen in person, to have it delivered to me in another state. I AM SO GLAD I DID! From the sale with Bob and the shipping with Sarah, I was amazed at the customer service and attention and personalized care. One of the auxiliary jets didnt work properly immediately after delivery, and Ian spent time troubleshooting with us, and sent us videos and parts until it was fixed. I am BLOWN AWAY by this company. I use my swim spa about five days per week, and as a bonus I have lost sixteen pounds in the almost two months I have had it. It is the perfect size for a great workout AND for relaxing with my family. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

We purchased a swim spa from Spa Manufactures and could not be happier with it. My goal was to swim, but havent gotten to that yet because it is so relaxing to just sit and soak while enjoying a glass of wine. The customer service was and has been exceptional. I had to quit running several years ago and my sweet husband promised wed get a pool for laps in the garage. But the price of the well known swim-in-place pools made that impossible. However, because of the pandemic, we decided to begin looking for a pool again. We were delighted to find one that was less than 1/3 the cost of what he had looked at years ago AND had a hot tub.We ordered it right away and have not been disappointed! I swim laps for 30-45 minutes a few times a week. The adjusting knobs make it easy to turn the jet flow down for a warm up, and then up for a harder workout. Ive even done interval work by simply pointing the jets down or up for a quick transition from easy to hard.My younger kids have pool parties while its snowing outside and my teens invite their friends over to enjoy the jets after a long day of snowboarding or hiking. My husband recently had shoulder surgery and is regaining strength by swimming and mobility by using the powerful jets to massage the sore muscles into deeper stretches. The whole family enjoys time together regularly in the evenings. Young and old can enjoy interactive time together now.This swim spa couldnt have come at a better time in our lives! We received excellent service and assistance in choosing the right hot tub to meet our needs. Fast & efficient delivery although product was customized. Hot tub looks gorgeous and has served as our ultimate place of relaxation for 6 months now. Couldn’t be happier, 5+ stars!

I have wanted a swim spa for a long time. I did a lot of research. Spa Manufacturers have the best customer service and products. While on vacation in March, I dropped by for a swim test. Wendy took a lot of time to show me all the ways I can use the spa for exercise. I placed a deposit in March and was able to purchase my spa second week of June. I was expecting a 12 to 20 week delivery but I was able to get it much quicker. It will be here by the end of July. I can’t wait for it to get here. I know that the staff will answer any questions and will help me through the delivery process.

We love our swim spa! We ordered it at the state fair in April, and it was delivered a few weeks ago, right on schedule. Customer service was great, and answered all our questions Re: setting up the controls, etc. Except when it is pouring rain, we are in it every day! Highly recommend! I got my hot tub (The Illusion) from Spa Manufactures, in June 2020. After searching many other hot tub dealers, we found Spa Manufactures to be the least expensive and loved their styles, the wood cabinet it sits in is beautiful and the staff was very helpful! . We are very excited about the new spa we purchased today from Spa Manufacturers. After researching and deciding the type of spa we wanted, we found this company. They are a family owned business and have been in business for 38 years. Germain has worked with us from the beginning, initially by phone, and then in person. After talking with her the first time, I knew there was a genuineness and honestly about this company. They are upfront and there are no hidden costs. The spas are beautiful, and the warranty is one of the best we found.The drive to the showroom was 3.5 hours (an hour longer than it should have been due to so much spring break traffic). It was worth it, and we were comfortable purchasing the same day. The contract is clear, they manage their own delivery crew, and they really provide superior customer service.We are satisfied with our decision and can’t wait to receive our new spa. I purchased my swim spa over the phone without actually seeing it in person. At first I was naturally nervous but my saleslady Sheryl did such a wonderful job making me feel comfortable buying and provided really nice pictures so I knew what I was getting. I was also sent to the shipping manager Sarah who did an excellent process of how the swim spas are shipped to customers out of state. This made me feel even better! So here I am now 4 months later still absolutely loving my swim spa from them. I can’t think of a day that I haven’t been in it. The entire family loves it

I had one side not working so I called the office and they came out and showed us that the jets came off (didn’t know) and they cleaned them out. It cost nothing because the pool is less than a year old. They have been wonderful start to finish.

We purchased a spa last year but due to delays getting our patio completed we are just now getting it delivered. Spa manufacturer has worked with us throughout the entire process and have been wonderful. After we told them we were finally ready they worked with us to get a quick delivery date. It’s been tough with the pandemic but they are truly a company that takes care of their customers. We are excited to get our new spa on July 19th!

Love our swim spa from spa manufacturers! we purchased in May 2020, got delivery Oct 20! During Covid and red tide we were looking immediate gratification for water in our new home! We are retired and did not want to build a pool. The spa is the best of everything! swimming and gloating and soaking in the winter! Here we are nearly a year later and for the second tome we had a smallleak and for the second time Deb and customer service called us back and we’re HERE in less than 24 hours to simply tighten pipes that had loosened up w use over tome! best customer service ever!

Have my swim spa almost three years now and love it. The team at SM is so helpful, even after the sale. When I needed a little guidance and technical assistance they always call back and walk you through the situation. Have not had any problems and it’s been so easy to maintain. No regrets here!

We wanted to add a patio with a fire pit, but after visiting Spa Manufacturers in Clearwater, we wanted to change our plans and get a Hot Tub instead.We compromised and did BOTH! Our salesperson Sean Hoyt was was very cooperative even when we changed plans to eliminate gazebo top (too big for area). Also when delivery got there after dark, they cooperated and came back to install properly in daylight.Huge showroom and great working with so far.

They have the best prices in the state and a great parts selection too.

1. The company is local to the Tampa Bay area. This is a big plus. You are not ordering something unseen being shipped to you.2. The build from small and simple to complex swimming spas which are like swimming upstream in a river.3. They know their equipment and can help you maintain it and enjoy it without feeling burdened by it.4. They make service calls. I am handed and actually did my own labor to replace a pump today. But you dont have to. They can come out look at it and fix it.5. Most of my interaction has been with the parts/service desk. Ian is very professional, knowledgeable, polite despite my numerous questions. It is a pleasure doing business with him.6. All other staff folks I have spoken to are friendly and polite. No hard sell. The have a good product and can just let you see numerous examples and even see how the fiberglass shells are made right there in the shop.7. I bought a used tub from a person in Tampa and had it delivered to my yard. It worked great until a pump impeller logically wore out which I just replaced. Otherwise, the condition of my 10 year old spa is Excellent! 10 years later!?? Yes, The finish, the equipment the electronics, ozinator, all are Great.That tells you they DO make a Good overall product. I would highly recommend these folks to any serious buyer. You will not be disappointed!

They have the best personal and care about you before and after the sale! I did a lot of legwork and talked to many people before I bought my first hot tub. This company delivered as promised and took the time to answer all my questions about how to maintain the hot tub. I will always send my friends to them, even people I dont like. We purchased a hot tub from them in 2016. Over the years it needed some parts and even a repair from Spa Mfgs. These were all handled with speed and accuracy. Recently we needed a cover for the model we purchased but that model had since been changed and no longer available including the cover or inserts. We thought we were up a certain creek without a paddle when a delivery van pulled up and a new cover was delivered. That is what is referred to as Excellent Customer Service with my many thanks and extra kudos to the parts department and its employees.

We ordered an 800 Waterfall from Spa Manufacturers in October. It was delivered exactly as scheduled mid December and we have been enjoying it almost every day since we received it. We also added the beautiful gazebo enclosure. So glad we did! There were a few minor glitches that were taken care of immediately and we were given a temporary cover to use while we waited for our two piece cover. Delay of cover was due to manufacturer due to COVID. Spa Manufacturers did everything they could to make sure we were happy. Bobby our salesman was great during the sale and for questions as we waited for delivery as well as assisting after delivery if we had questions. Carla was very helpful as well as Jason. Their chemical system is very simple to use and we haven’t had a problem keeping the tub clean and sparkling. Changing the filter is a breeze and if you need help as you learn they are just a phone call away and will also send a technician to show you the ropes if needed. Loving our new spa!

Spa Manufactures and Sarah Howerton are a great company to work with no matter where you live, my swim spa arrived on time and function as promised, whenever I needed assistance Sarah was only a email away, she responded to me quickly. If you are looking to purchase a spa of any type I would highly recommend contacting Spa Manufactures.

We visited and I wasnt impressed. It was messy and chaotic. All spas seemed to have wood which in my opinion is pretty dated. Prices seemed much higher than the others we looked at. I wouldnt go back simply because of how crowded and chaotic everything seemed. Units were sitting in front of parking lot, several selections outside that didnt have much information, and then just a few inside. Doors were propped open so it was super uncomfortable inside.

Our swim spa was delivered in December and we have used it almost every day since! I love that we can use it all year long. Even when it was 35 degrees and drizzling, our family was relaxing in the water! Spa Manufacturers has been so great helping us get everything just right to make it the perfect addition to our home. We have 2 teens and having this spa has definitely brought our family closer together because hanging in the spa is something we can all enjoy!

AAA operation all the way. No pressure sales. Great communication all the way from sales to delivery. The delivery guys amazed me with their ability to maneuver the swim spa into our yard. After getting everything off and setup in short order — the delivery team made sure we knew how to get it up and running - then left us with printed information to reference. My husband is blow away by the length an quality of the warranty. I am so glad to be able to swim again. Looking forward to any happy years with our swim spa. Spa Manufacturers all the way.

We received our deluxe swim spa in late September 2020 and have used it just about every day since. A getting started video would have been helpful but the phone assistance was superb. Living in Ohio we were a little worried about keeping temperature but the swim spa hasnt let us down yet! Keeping the chemicals right has been a breeze and maintenance much easier then expected! We love our swim spa!

UPDATE: about an hour after posting the original review I got a different call than the one I unexpected. A very nice lady named Carla introduced herself as Manager. She told me that my experience was not indicative of the service they strive to provide. To that end, they had already dispatched someone to my home to resolve the problem. He arrived about 10 minutes after that call and was also as nice as could be. He immediately fixed the issue, asked if there was anything more that he could do to help and provided some maintenance tips. Having set out to salvage a customer relationship, I could not have asked for a better response, so I would say they certainly succeeded. Problems do occur and the best companies shine when presented the opportunity to rectify something gone wrong. This is the type of customer service all businesses should aspire to. Ill probably swing by their location in the next few days to check out what accessories they have on hand as I could use something to catch and hold the cover and also a better step than the improvised step stool Im using right now. Review upgraded to 5 stars! Score it as a win/win.ORIGINAL: getting the feeling that the marketing and sales effort is much better than the post-sale service. My spa was set up and on first use I noticed that is was not holding its temp while I was in it. The temp fell 4 degrees in about 30 minutes. I called my salesman, Sean Hoyt who didnt seem like he wanted to listen to a problem. He immediately suggested that it was the electric service. I assured him it was not. He then said hed have someone call me. This was approx 5 pm on Monday. By 1pm Tuesday, I had not gotten a call. I called Sean back. He had apparently forgotten who I was and that he spoke to me late afternoon yesterday. I needed to remind him of the issue and he asked if I had spoken to anyone. I reminded him that he was to have somebody contact me. He immediately proclaimed that it was not his fault. Funny, I thought that when a salesmen sells a customer, he owns the relationship and is responsible until he is sure that the customer is being handled properly by whoever else needs to be involved. Having been in business for 44 years, my employees were taught that it was their responsibility to secure the help the customer needs. Good thing Sean Hoyt was not one of my employees. At least, the person he finally transferred me to seemed competent and he also has promised that the Service Manager will call me. Well see...so far, this company...good price, delivery on time, post-sale service highly questionable, and DO NOT WORK WITH SEAN HOYT. The rest of the story yet to be told. Waiting for that call from Service Manager...at this point if asked by a friend, Id recommend that they shop elsewhere. I hope Spa Manufacturers changes my mind with excellent service from this point but I am not holding my breath.

Treated ourselves to a spa from Spa Manufacturer. It was a smooth process front start to finish. We came to the showroom looking to get a 2 person spa, but after going inside to see the specials we were sold on a 5 person spa. We had a 2 month wait for delivery because business is good during the pandemic but was the best investment we made. We have been enjoying the spa aboutjust everyday since we got it. You wont be disappointed if you decide to get one.

We just received our swim spa Sept 28, 2020 and we LOVE it!!! The ease of use is amazing. And the staff is great even when I was losing my mind!!! Absolutely have zero regrets, and would do it all over again! I would highly recommend not spending thousands of extra dollars for some crazy name. I can assure the quality is in there products. And the cedar looks AMAZING! Much better than all the plastic.

We worked with Bobby & it was a great experience from start to finish! We are so happy with our hot tub! We are a family of 5, who can all enjoy the hot tub- the waterfall and lights really make it fun! All our questions were answered quickly and we are so pleased with the model we picked. It’s hard to buy something sight unseen- but this was such a great process!We are located in NJ and had it shipped- this was the only slight challenge but that was because of the shipper and not Spa Manufacturers! Spa Manufacturers’ Bobby even helped us when we some little light covers were missing- replaced without issue. This whole transaction was done remotely and over the phone- couldn’t have been better! The hot tub is so comfortable! My Favorite is the lounge seat :) the jets are perfect after a long day- this will get year round use here in even the chilly NJ winter!

During the coronavirus lockdown I really wanted a hot tub. I ordered one and it was quite a long wait to get one but I am very happy with it. A few plumbing connections were loose upon delivery which my husband fixed but overall a great addition to our patio. I love to soak and relax after a stressful day. 💜

I can’t say enough good about my swim spa! I bought it for my Airbnb in Phoenix. All my guests love it and I’ve been able to increase my rate for staying substantially. We are always booked and I know based on my reviews that the spa is one of the main reasons for it. We have had the spa for over two years and have had no problems with it! For an Airbnb, that’s saying a lot 😁. As far as install, they were there for us with electrical requirements and dimensions for cement pad. When we went to turn it on, it wasn’t getting power. Three hours on the phone between spa manufacturers and my electrician and they figured out my electrician had the wires wrong from our main box. It was great to have such wonderful service there when we needed them. We keep the swim spa hot in the winter and use it as a pool in the summer. It stays cleaner than other small spas we’ve owned, and requires one a week chemicals, four times a year complete refill - even when used daily. If you’re even considering this purchase, do so without fear! They will manufacture, deliver and be there for you!

Really enjoying the swim spa. The jetted seats are awesome and the deep end is perfect for plunging under. The lights and waterfall are a must. The spa shell and wood framing are solid. Clean filter cartridge and drop in some tablets for maintenance.

We purchased our swim spa about a year ago. And so far everything has worked perfectly!Before it was delivered I had lots of questions.It didnt matter who picked up the phone, because they were ready to help!Usually they knew the answer right off, but if not, they were super prompt about getting back to me with the answer.We live in West Virginia. So purchasing something like this,and being so far away could have been quite stressful. They were always able to help in any way possible, and keep us feeling at ease.With theyre help about delivery and how to properly set up the site where it was going to be placed, to advice on how to situate our deck, and even help on using a local crane service to get in here!Spa Manufacturers customer service is second to none. And not just in the spa business.Superb spa for a fraction of the price!Who could ask for anything more.We have, and will continue to recommend Spa Manufacturers to anyone who will listen!

An update. They called me and are taking measures to fix the situation. Carla was friendly and assured me that they will fix the problem.I made a service appt. On the day of the appt, I was told that it wasnt worth their time to come to my house. Havent even had my tub a full year, and Ive had several service issues. They left me hanging.

Carla provided me excellent service in getting my hot tub. She went out of her way to help me. My rep Meg has been there 20 years and is exceptional. We had a minor problem and Carla had Kevin come out at 8am the next day and he fixed the problem. He to was exceptional.

Spa Manufacturers was excellent!!! They delivered on time, set up and provided instructions on weekly chemicals to add to my spa! Also, I needed a replacement part which they had in stock and informed me on how to install.

I was impressed how ethical the salesman was, they did not trash talk other companies.I knew then compared to what I heard, they are the company to trust my business to.

Sales woman was very nice and not pushy. The buying process was very easy. Took almost 2 months for delivery, and the wrong pump was installed for 110v instead of 220v. Luckily they quickly fixed it and made things right. Very happy with the spa so far.Update: Couple of minor issues cropped up a month later with the lights. They fixed it quickly and helped me add more lights on top of it. I am very happy with my purchase and the support has been top notch.

Im normally not the type to brag about my purchases but I have to say, I made a darn good purchase when I got my swim spa from here. I have had it for 9 months now and it has changed my life so much. My back feels amazing. Just being able to adjust the swim speed to fit my needs is so perfect. Stretching my body out completely without the weight of my body makes such a huge difference. The therapy jets almost put me to sleep before I even get in the bed. BEST PURCHASE!

I purchased My large waterfall hot tub from spa Manufacturers secondhand. Even for an older hot tub it was an almost perfect condition, the shell was super clean and the cedar cabinet was beautiful. I went ahead and cleaned the cabinet and re-stained it, it looks like it came fresh off the showroom floor! I am very happy that I was able to snag this hot tub and have it be such low maintenance.Sincerly Jim

I received my Swim Spa! They were great when I was confused about exactly how to get it set up and going. I love it!! It was a beautiful Halloween and my grandkids and I loved playing in it. Then, last night it was only 35 degrees and my spa was 100 degrees. I had a nice leisurely and relaxing spa experience. By the way, the swim jets are super strong, if you want them to be. My very athletic daughter could not keep up with the force and had to turn it down!

Broke within a week, they refuse to repair it, AND I found a better deal after I bought it. complete rip off.... they paid for fake reviews, tried to offer me upgrades in exchange for positive reviews. scam artists.response to reply: I have added photos that prove otherwise. nobody likes your poor business practices. you will be reported to the FTC, and any other local laws you violate will get you reported as well. You cannot treat people like garbage and get away with it.

I had a very easy time with the staff getting my swim spa and the staff Sarah was very helpful with all the questions I had asked about what I needed to have to set up my swim spa at my home. And when it came to my home it was so easy to put in place. Now I have had my swim spa for over 4years or so the light unit has leaked and we needed to replace it and I called the company they sent me to service with Ian and he got me what I needed within the weeks end and my swim spa was up and running again so I would recommend this company to anyone😆😆 the are so easy and friendly to work with.

This is our second swim spa and we couldn’t be more happier with our purchases. We bought our 1st one when we owned a house in St Petersburg Fl . We had gone to the state fair in Tampa and seen the swim spa and fell in love with it!! We had a very pleasant and professional experience picking out our perfect swim spa and was informed at all times until the day of delivery! Everyone was very knowledgeable about their products and took their time explaining how everything works while answering all of our questions. We bought our 2nd swim spa when we sold our house and bought a new home last year! Everything again went nice and smooth with no problems or issues. I am a 74 year young man and Ive had my hot tub from here for 19 years. I still use it everyday. Being a former military man, I need it for therapy. Ive always had top notch customer service. I take care of my beautiful wood cabinet and it always looks brand new. Ive never had to replace anything but filters over the years but other then that, it has been my best purchase along with my house and old bronco truck that hasnt let me down either. I would say that my next hot tub purchase will be from them again but the one I have now is already perfect and still ticking.
