When we purchased our home our new pool wasnt so new. Pools Next Door was not only responsive to our request for an estimate they provided the best estimate. Our pool underwent such a transformation. Every person who came to our home was kind, respectful, and most important knowledgeable. We enjoyed having them and watching our pool come to life. Definitely recommend. Oh and LED light is definitely worth it.

POOL NEXT DOOR is absolutely hands down fantastic!! I purchased a home in Heritage Springs Trinity, FL and initially had another pool service. I hired Pools Next Door - Steve to change out our pool pump. He did an awesome job, sending me pictures immediately after the job was done. Im very very picky and he did a perfect job!! Since his repair job was done to perfection, I asked him how much his monthly service cost were to maintain our pool and his quote was much cheaper than the guy I was using. So he was hired and now that he has been servicing our pool for several months, I can HIGHLY recommend him!! Our pool has never been so sparkling and clean before!! He e-mails us weekly reports of our pool levels and whats been added. Steve is a great communicator and actually returns calls!! He also takes credit cards which is super convenient for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE POOLS NEXT DOOR A CALL AND TRY HIM OUT. IT IS SO SO SO WORTH IT!!!! I got better service for a cheaper price - cant beat that!!! Im a happy happy customer :-)

Great company. Pools Nextdoor Automated my new pool. Added automation to control pool w phone and so I could switch between Pool and Spa modes on my phone instead of w manual valves. Added an auto-fill device and everything works great. Work was professionally and atheisticly installed. Rodger was very knowledgeable and experienced and Steve was great quoting and coordinating everything. Communication was great. Great team.

Hired pools next door to repair damage to our in ground pool. Best decision we have made. No one else could fix damage. Chris the head technician knew what to do and fixed our rust stain problem onec and for all. To us he is a rock star. He repaired and prepare the pool for resurfacing in 1 day. Steve and Tyler are great! They are brothers and own the company. Tyler does the majority of the weekly maintenance. I can count on him being here the same day and same time each week! We have had a great experience with this company. Tyler does an awesome job of keeping our pool sparkling clean. The service is on a consistent day of the week, and he is great about communication with any issues. We recently had our pool pump motor die. We are so grateful for Tyler keeping the pool from turning into a pond until the motor could be replaced.

I notice a tremendous difference with my pool within 2 weeks of service. I have an older uncaged pool that can turn green very quickly in the warmer months of the year. Great pool company. Fast service and very responsive. Would highly recommend. They’re punctual and come weekly for my pool cleaning but I also use them for pool inspections for my clients.

Steve was a great help with my pool equipment issue. Did some some routine troubleshooting and it wasn’t my equipment but the actually my creepy! Suggested getting a creepy re-build kit off Amazon. And didn’t even charge me for the house call. WOW, what year is it?! Looking to use his services again.

Steve and our technician have been very helpful to us. They are competent, punctual and kind. Steve is easily reachable and I love their reporting software they use to communicate weekly visits—way better than notes that fly away. We have a 1970’s pool with no cage so it can be a challenge certain times of the year when leaves fall.

I highly recommend this professional service to those who have pools in their backyard. Steve has handled quite a bit of maintenance around my pool from full service cleaning to chemical check, filter, basket check etc...He responds super quickly to my emergency calls when my chlorine tablet dispenser leaking or pump doesn’t work which causes the bottom of the pool gets yellow and green. His team stops by shortly after to work on the pool turning it sparky cleaned. I’m very satisfied with the service. We used to take care of it on our own but it doesn’t look pristine the way this service has done. So we just leave it to the pro!Totally worth it!
