As I visit the store, I am able to talk with one of the staff named Isaac. He has the best costumer service I had experience from all other stores Ive been. He have nicely explain to me the different kind of lenses that will fit my eye condition and he patiently replies to everything I ask from him. Also, in regards to price, it might sound a little expensive but the quality and the good service is there so I would compromise. Kudos to Isaac, thanks!💕#best

I have always gone to this particular LensCrafters and have always walked away feeling like this experience was okay. This year I decided “okay” wasn’t good enough and went to the competitor. After that visit, I have to say I was left feeling completely ripped off by LensCrafters & even chastised myself for continuing to be loyal to them over the years. Not only was I given one of the best eye exams I have had in a long time, but my glasses were ready in no time and for the first time in years I didn’t have to make the 3 time journey just to have them readjusted. I am not downing the company, nor the establishment. I am however saying that if you have found yourself feeling the same way, do take the chance to visit another company. Money is too tight to accept being underwhelmed.

My wife bought a pair of Tiffany Sunglasses three months ago for $357 at the Lens Crafters in Countryside Mall in Clearwatwer. They broke because of a defect and when she went to exchange them they told her she had to pay another $357 because she didnt purchase a warranty. They were defective! LensCrafters is a scam. They will not stand behind their product!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After spending thousands of dollars over the course of the last 15 years I recently went here and had a horrible encounter with the manager of all people. This guy was so rude and disrespectful and had no sense of customer service . He has no common courtesy on how do address someone whos spending money in this store. Not to mention the selection for mens frames are not that broad and they are extremely expensive compared to other places. I ended up going to eyeglass world and had a very pleasant experience and saved 30% over and above the SALE PRICE at Lenscrafters. NEVER will I set foot in ANY Lenscrafter ever again. I urge you to do the same.

Every year for 7 years I have gone to lenscrafters. My prescription is right and the prices are great with my insurance. I cannot stress enough you get what you pay for.

I live abroad and the glasses technology isnt good. In fact its terrible. So I made a new pair here. Ill be honest, they are very expensive. Even though lenscrafters gave a huge discount my glasses were $407. But I dont regret it. The Ray Ban frame is nice (as always) and I bought the best (most expensive) glasses. Ultra thin with gloss and anti reflect. They look amazing, and feel too. Thanks guys for all the support!

I want to start off with saying me and my family have been coming here for 7 years now. Today my ten year old needed to get new glasses and Scott helped us out who was awesome. My son told Scott he wanted glasses the same style that he had. Scott asked him a few questions and based off of that was able to pick out a pair of glasses my son loved within 3 tries which is a huge feat! So thank you for that. I was also able to get my lens replaced on my glasses since I took out the warranty and only cost me $25.00 so it was a good day!

Kevin was amazing! Ive been using this location for years. Absolutely low pressure and professional. Kevin gave honest answers and opinions. Had i had gone with the original pair I was going to get I dont think I would get all the compliments I received today! William, Isaac, and Heather were absolutely phenomenal at helping my wife and I purchase new glasses. All 3 showed a genuine effort towards helping us and making us feel welcome.

Glasses were run over by a car in the morning. I brought the busted pair at 11:30 AM and thanks to their fantastic insurance policy, I had a new pair by 1:00 PM! Manager Melissa was excellent and the whole staff has only been kind & helpful. Quick service too! This is the ONLY place Ill go for my glasses!

Easy to schedule an appointment online; however, could not cancel an appointment (online) that we needed to rescheduled. Every individual at the Clearwater (Sunset Point) location was extremely friendly, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. The assistant who helped me with my contacts (how to put them in, remove them, clean them, store them, etc.) was very patient with me while I struggled with putting my contacts in and taking them out for the first time. I really appreciate excellent customer service! Great experience! Highly recommend!

NEVER AGAIN. I bought 2-pair of quality eyeglasses from them about 2-years ago. The frames were in great shape but my prescription had changed and the lenses were slightly scratched. So I went in to see if I could get the lenses replaced and was told it would be $352.00. Thats what I paid for the glasses new! So then I asked what a new pair would cost?,...only $427.00. I told the employee, You just lost all future business from me

Very disappointed in their customer service. I walked in and at least 5 females were standing behind the front desk. No one greeted me, so I walked around and tried on glasses. I just happen to see a white male walk in and he was greeted right away. Was it my appearance? He didnt purchase from you but I did. I took about 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I shouldve walked out but I needed my glasses. The experience during the sales process was okay. I could tell that she was new. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to Lens Crafters. Customers are youre last hope for staying open since everyone is getting their prescription glasses online now. Best Regards

I’m not proud that I was “that customer” who comes in at closing time but I lost my glasses and we’re leaving for Las Vegas In a few days. My wife Dina and I came in to ask a how long it would take to get a pair of replacement glasses. Melissa’s customer service is second to none. She stayed 45 min past closing to get my glasses fitted and ordered. We’re breaking up with the Sunset Point LensCrafters. We’re Customers for life! Thanks Melissa!

John is the best Optician around!

The doctor and his staff were fantastic. But purchasing glasses in the shop afterwards was a very unpleasant experience. The staff were not helpful and several mistakes were made with my order, requiring significant time to correct. I will choose another place for my exams moving forward.

Their scratch resistant lenses are a FARCE. In addition, their frames are flimsy (and had to be replaced). For reassurance -- against scratches and flimsy frames -- one MUST get a WARRANTY at some additional cost ($$). Ive since gone to BJs Wholesale, spoke to their optical representative and store manager who reassured me IN WRITING that their warranty is COMPLETE and FREE -- including frames and lenses. Lenscrafters, however, is a scamming organization. And, by the way, IMPOSSIBLE to discuss store issues with anyone in corporate management. After calling five phone numbers, Im still awaiting a response from someone, preferably their regional manager who, to date, remains incognito.

Very pleased with this location. The staff was friendly. I was greeted and helped quickly. All of my questions were answered and I left seeing much more clearly. Everything I had hoped for.

Wouldnt recommend anyone go here. Walked in and was treated like I didnt have the money to even walk in there let alone buy anything. I wouldnt dare base judgement on anyone based off their clothes they wore walking in the door, but thats what happened to me. But thats there downfall Im a Dental Assistant but that shouldnt matter. Unfortunately to Lenscrafters you must look like you have money order to be treated properly and respected.

I had a series of bad experiences while ordering and waiting for my glasses. At the point in which I went into the store to pick up the second pair (first pair prescription was entered incorrectly into the system), Melissa took care of me and turned a negative situation into a positive one. She truly cares about the customers experience and changed my decision to never come to this location again! Went with my wife yesterday, who has very difficult eye issues. Dr. Hatala was just amazing. He spent 4 hours with my wife and ended up thinking outside the box to help my wife. We have spent 5 years and gone to many different doctors where my wife has been treated like she was the problem, not with Dr. Hatala. Thank You. As for the eye glasses techs Connie is the best, they had issues with the frames we wanted ie. They broke while being made, she went out of her way to find the exact frame we wanted. Granted they were in Georgia, but she offered to drive them and size them up at our home when they are finished because my wife cant drive without them. From the rude lady manager down to the tricky staff members this place will rip you and your family off ! Using words like lenscrafter law and even lying about state law to force eyeglasses on you that were never ordered. They made my whole families glasses with upgraded lenses without permission then tried to force them on us with guilt trips and well basically stupidity. After calling several times and dealing with the rude manager who is obviously corporate brainwashed into ripping families off through deciept she agreed to refund the difference and not force upgrades. When we went to get the reciept she ignored us and made us wait 40 mins. The money still has not hit my bank I figured she is just twisting the knife as she puts off returning the due monies to my family with haste. All and all if I had more time I would stand in front of the store with my boycott sign. Skip Lenscrafters go to one of the independents you will get more respect than the lenscrafters bs coporate losers. A Sad and Rude place. Dont beleive me? Go get ripped yourself

Save your money and time and go somewhere else. If anything happens to the lens within the first 30 days they will not cover it with their warranty and dont even offer a discount on the replacement of the lens.
