The doctor is very nice and did a great job. However the optical staff could use some improvement. The person we dealt with was slow and unfocused. Including the exam time my husband and I were there total 2 1/2 hours. That’s a bit excessive. If you are getting contacts as we were I suggest asking for your prescription and just order online. We ordered through jcp and it was a bit of a nightmare getting the whole family’s order correct. Probably will not be coming here again.

Hi! Im the new doctor doing eye exams at this location. There is also a new Optical Manager. We would like to welcome you to visit us again!I have tried to correct the Opticals hours on google several times, but it is not updating. The optical is open 11-6 Mon through Fri- and 11-5 on Sat. Closed on Sunday. I am available for glasses and contact lens exam appointments on Tues, Wednesday, Friday and alternating Saturdays. I can also help you with dry eyes and many other eye conditions.We have new procedures in place to help keep you safe.As far as insurances, there have been many changes since last year and we can now give you updated information.We would love to be able to help you with all your eyecare needs.

Pros the doctor is very nice and thorough and they will take your time with you picking out frames.Cons: they never call you back when you call in to see if your glasses are ready they told me 10 days its been over two weeks I still havent heard anything Im going to actually physically have to drive to the store to check also their coupon deals arent really much of deals in fact I think theyre more expensive than some of the chains. I will update this when I finally get the glasses wish me luck.

JcPenney Optical offers a back to school sale that cannot be beat. And thankfully, they extend the sale into the beginning of September.This particular store has NEVER let us down as far as service. I think weve been coming here at least eight years for my daughters glasses. We visit frequently for adjustments, repair and of course a new pair every year for during the back to school sale.This is a very busy store but you will never be rushed and you will always feel like a priority. Our favorite technician is ~Elaine~ hope I got her name right, but heres the deal, she always remembers us. As busy as they are, she remembers my daughter. In fact, and this is funny, tonight we were looking at frames and I held up a pair to my daughter and said How about these? And Elaine, even though she was working on something at the cash register, she looked up and said, She had those frames last year. And my daughter echoed it. She knew better than I did!Kids arent thrilled about having to wear glasses and my daughter was teased a few times for her unique style but Elaine and the other staff always makes her feel special and helps her find the right look.

Love Dr. Kittl have been with him since he was with Sears. However the male he has working for him now is nothing but a cheat and liar. Not one thing he told me was even close to the truth. Worse costumer service I have ever dealt with. Will not return with any family member until he is gone.

Worst customer service ever experience. I lost 2 month waiting for an appointment to find out that they do not receive my insurance anymore. I found about this after pushing question to a secretary that try to avoid to answer. Bad marketing, if I were told at front, they lost the chance I will accept their service.

I went in to purchase the two for $99 special however the selection was better than anticipated and I slightly upgraded. The only downfall I can fine with my visit was the lady who waited on me did not give me her undivided attention, most likely she’s on commission and Jumped around it kind of almost made me want to get up and walk out but the price was too good to beat. It should be known there was another gentleman working there and those who were waiting could have waited there turn. I would recommend purchasing their products just stay away from the lady who jumps around when you’re picking up eyewear you need somebody is full attention at least I do

Fantastic!!! Prices are very reasonable. Customer service is the best!! DO NOT GO TO VISION WORKS!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU TWICE AS MUCH AND MESS UP YOUR EYE EXAM. Nationwide Vision at Penneys does it right. They re-examined my eyes and corrected my lenses free of charge!!! This is the place to go to if you want the best!!!

Dr here is VERY uncaring! I walked in 30 min before they close. No one was at the desk so I knocked on the door of the exam room off to the side. The dr was in there packing up. I was having eye swelling and discharge along with pain, my normal dr was closed. The dr that was there said he couldnt see me because he was on his way out. I expressed my concern for a foreign object in my eye and he asked if I was a patient, when I said no he yeah sorry I gotta go. Super crappy, why be a dr if you have no compassion?

The best place ever for all your eyecare needs aileen is the best . She always remembers us the young man that has been there forever is always so helpful he even helped give my som a mams view of the glasses my son picked out ( his first pair) my son loves his glasses and we love aileen and her staff as well as the Dr. He is wonderful. You have to try this place at least once.

ZERO STARS.made an appointment and then drove 30minutes to get here and they said “they don’t have an appointment “ for me . I made the appointment like 2 weeks ago and talked to these people 3 times
