Yah know!! They have cool stuff, lil pricey. But, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting!! I could get into details, you can have a visual in your own head, told the girl that worked there and she didnt seem to care!!

Very small amount of cat stuff in the pet department. Mostly all dog stuff. Very disappointing. How about helping us cat people!The bathrooms are downright disgusting. I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms at truckstops. Feces stains everywhere and on the wall. As well as tons of little flies. Toilet paper on the floor in every stall and by the sinks. Clogged toilets. Overflowing garbage cans.Absolutely disgusting. I walked out. I didn’t even want to fix my hair in there

I like the variety and uniqueness of the products that they sell in this store! They carry wonderful linens and gifts items! The cashiers are friendly and efficient! Always a great shopping experience!

It is fully stocked with every kind of home decoration that you can think of but very limited selections of certain items. My friend and I went to look for placemats they only had one aisle of placemats. Something like Holly hobbies has 10 aisles so things like that other than that it was very beautiful.

Lots of fun stuff nothing I was looking for but prices seem to be on the overpriced side for Halloween

Last evening, while shopping at HomeGoods, I happened past your vast array of Oriental, excuse me, Asian rugs. The helpful young employee was using the automated conveyer system to “flip through” the offerings for a potential Asian carpet purchaser. All were shocked when a gentleman dropped out from between two of the rugs with a shout. He had on jeans, Doc Martens, a Kangol cap, and a plaid flannel shirt that he was furiously slapping the dust from. “Thank God,” he kept repeating, “Thank God.” The bewildered HomeGoods employee remained professional, asking the mystery man, “How long have you been trapped in there?” The man sneezed and said,”Since you opened.” We all looked at our watches, it was nearly 8 p.m. The customer was incredulous, and seemed to forget all about the fine wool hand-knotted artisan rug he’d been contemplating. “You’ve been in there since 9:30 this morning?” he asked the dusty man. “No,” he said. “Since 1992.”

Good selection of a lot of everything for home decor. Mostly on the cheaper end but decent quality. Something for everyone. If you need to decorate on a budget then I would strongly recommend.

Im a fan of Home Goods no matter where I live. Located in a larger mall setting, plenty of parking.Interior clean, including bathrooms, great inventory and friendly staff.Always find good deals and worth the trip.

Found what I had been looking for, for months at a great price. The staff couldnt have been more helpful. 5 stars across the board.

Its always fun to see whats new at HomeGoods. The checkout line was medium long but moved quickly. The store is clean and neat. Floors are marked for one way traffic and at the checkout for social distancing both of which unfortunately too many people ignore. There are dividers at the checkouts. I did not see any sanitizing between customers. It seems to have stopped since the last time I was there.

This place gives you a hundred ideas for your home. Always busy but easy to get out. Lighting is good.

I love Homegoods.. I just wish Id get more items of the same thing so you had more quantity of the same item with different sizes. I continue to shop here for curtains and more. Love my macrame moon. Such a fun store

Home Goods is the best store around for great prices and wonderful home decor. Love, how they are finally getting fall stuff.

What you see is what they have. I bought a nice floor lamp - no wrapping around the shade - but it is nice! We expected to pay more than $79. Look carefully at items of interest for flaws though returns are 30 days. This was just what we needed.

Overpriced items with narrow pathways throughout the store. Ross is way better than this place for people on budgets.

The store has lots of goods at reasonable prices and the checkout line moves pretty fast. The only thing I didnt care for was the aisles were very narrow.

I went in looking for a throw pillow. This place has so many throw pillows it is fantastic! Nice selection of many, many things!

Found my dogs new favorite treat. Jack & Pup Bully Bites! The same great ingredients (if you know what I mean) as the regular bully sticks, but already in perfect bite-sized pieces for my little 8 poundPomChi-ish mutt. Plus, doesnt cost a fortune every time the puppy drops his chew and my big American Bulldog finishes it off. Of course for about 40% less than other retailers.

Love this place. Has much to see and almost always find somerhing that is perfect for a space in our home. Good prices too.

Update: I had to return most of these items as they didn’t work for my decor. The clerk BELLA that assisted me was the worst. Rude, incompetent, drama queen. I no longer would recommend this particular store. It used to be so easy to return. I had my receipt and still it was ridiculously difficult.I love this store. I have not been in since before Covid. The store was extremely busy. Most people had on masks - correctly (they don’t work if they are down around your chin or neck). The items were beautiful as always. Spent $400. The not so good - manager yelling at the front door staff (it was awful) and the sales clerk took forever to ring me up because she had to keep answering the phone.

Poor customer service. Poor communication between each worker. Poor management skills.

I went to homegoods today and it was closed in the middle of the day. I called and a very rude person practically hung up on me when I asked why it was closed. Isn’t that a normal question? Customer service is not a strong point.

Been to better Home Goods stores in other cities. Selection was awful. Prices were high. cuz the middle of the week when I was there and middle of the day and certain shelves were all picked over and a mess. This store hardly had any furniture what they did have was way overpriced.

This is one of my favorite stores for home decor. They have everything you could want as far as decorating your home. I really love their selection of throws and pillows. Theyve got a nice food section as well. if youve seen something in a magazine or on Pinterest and you think you might like it for your home, they probably have it or something like it. Prices are great.

This was the first time I had ever been in a home goods store I found a wonderful side table that was on clearance for only $25 because it was a little crooked, but I fix that no problem. I was really impressed by the amount and variety of items the store has including everything for the home from throws to picture frames to designer candles and furniture, I really love the store and will definitely be back!

What Great Customer Service! Exceeding Expectations!! First I had a lamp issue, from a large floor lamp I had purchased from the Store. They had a similar one in stock. The return and new one went seamless with the team assisting 100%. Then we purchased a new living room chair the same day and again the associates went with my wife to measure the SUV we came with to ensure it would fit. When we were ready to leave the Store Manager, Jeff, what a gentleman! came out to assist and make sure the chair was 100% secure to the SUV. He tied the back of it, and assisted us in every way. What a great Store Experience. We really appreciate all the assistance, and we can see at Countryside Homegoods the professional and courtesy start with the Store Manger Jeff, and his entire team follows his lead! The furniture and home furnishings are very nice but the store is very hectic and overstocked. Also the parking lot is very busy along with the store so shopping with a cart could be unpleasant for some people

Lots and lots of stuff related to home in and out. Good pricing on some and over priced on others. Mostly imports and what I would call staging furniture as its not the best quality.

The store had extremely low inventory today. Ive never seen shelves so empty. People are not following the aisle directionals which doesnt bother me but there were so many employees on the floor dusting and moving things around it was difficult to shop and uncomfortable because they were so close. I hope the store plans to get more inventory soon. I just wasnt inspired with the selection today.
