Love their store! I could spend all day there. High end appliances , lighting, fixtures.... You do need an appointment but so worth it!

Custom designs unavailable to order a built in vanity and learned they only sell vanities with legs off the floor. Our salesperson just sat at her desk, said she looked up what we were looking for but couldn’t find anything. Guess we will keep looking.

Staff was welcoming & friendy. Especially Lindsey, she saw how overwhelmed I was and took all my stress away. She calmly and expertly helped me find the perfect faucet that suited my needs.

Not recommend.Huge inventory and lots to choose from. However, once you buy from them, good luck on getting help on anything else after purchase. Horrible customer service at the front desk. Called for help 7 times and never got a call back. Emailed our rep 4 times and never got a reply. Finally had to go to the store and we got treated as we were inconveniencing them.Obtw- we spend 10k in the store and to be treated like that…not happy! So disappointed and will go somewhere else next time for the remodel.

Very nice items. They are a bit pricey, but I love the options. We were looking for a chandelier. It wasnt available anymore. Some of their selections change, plus I think everyone is having problems with keeping or replacing inventory. They are very professional and helpful.

I purchased a wolf range and subzero fridge and dishwasher from them, and they didn’t even have an installation person. I had to find another company to then instal, which is how I ended up finding famous tate.I also still needed washers and dryers and some other appliances for my new home and went with famous Tate in Oldsmar, Joe was my sales rep. Very nice and helpful and a very professional installation crew that helped instal my sub zero and wolf stuff and also my new stuff from Tate’s. And charged me almost nothing!Very disappointed with Ferguson.
