Will drive from Largo just to cone to this location! Always clean, very nice people and so big! This store has way more than Largo location so definitely worth the drive. Love the sugar free coffee syrup options also!

Found some great deals and used the 20% coupons. You can even use expired coupons as long as its an in-store purchase.

Seem to have been in this store a lot lately. Married to an Interior Decorator, so; yes can be regular with business wife purchasing for clients. Coupons are endless as well, which makes for GOOD DEALS!

I have been to plenty of their stores and always enjoyed looking around . Unfortunately this store was a mess with bare shelves. Im assuming because of the pandemic but visiting this store wasnt as enjoyable as other stores Ive visited

Best BB&B I’ve ever been to! Free coffee, plenty of room in the aisles and the friendliest staff I’ve encountered at one of their stores! Please update all stores to this model.

The prices are a little high but you can find all kinds of things and Ive had great customer service everytimr

Worst customer service I have ever had on a return.... I was reprimanded for standing where we have always brought returns... there were signs for online pickup and I looked for a return sign and didnt find any. While I was waiting in line, the cashier with red hair working this line was filling a basket behind other cashiers and was enjoying her conversation with multiple workers before attending to me. She was snippy with me and said that I was in the wrong line. I said I dont see a return sign. She took me to see the sign, which was opposite the door view and could not be seen when entering. Then, with a snotty tone, said she would take me this once. I explained that if I knew which line I was supposed to have been in, I would have been in that line which now had 4 other customers ahead of me by this time. Very disappointed! 😖

This is a high end Bed Bath and Beyond, not that I even knew they existed. They have high-end espresso makers and lots of other nice stuff the normal stores dont have on display. I was lucky to escape with my credit in tact!

While they didnt have in store or online I was able to still receive the product I wanted prior to Christmas. Most employees are very kind and helpful. Sometimes you do have to hunt someone down but normally I can find someone to help me. Many items you dont see elsewhere. Sometimes more expensive but you are not driving from store to store & wasting gas. They also have a deal right now on becoming a member @ $29 then they send or you can get digital $29 as a giftcard so you are not paying anything. Which you get 20% off all the time & FREE SHIPPING. Even if item may only be $3. I always can find all I need.Go shopping 🛍 😌

Great store even have more respect for them after dropping My Pillow products. They were junk pillows something I would think youd only find at Walmart. The owner of my pillow is a hoax

This store has thousands of great products! Almost anything you need for the inside of your house from one end to the other. And great discounts on lots of different brands of Coffee for your Keurig machine it is one of my favorite stores by far. In person and online

Found what I was looking for. great service.

I have visited this store numerous times with my wife or by myself. I have to say that this store is becoming like so many other block and mortar locations meaning; they are forgetting about the importance of the consumer. I have used curbside pickup (post-covid19) option more than once; the customer service is poor and very rude. I have had the same experience inside when I asked an employee were the drying racks are located: I got “I don’t Know “as a response how unacceptable. I do not like leaving a bad review, but reviews are all different and we the consumers must know whether bad or well. I am a fan of Bed Bath and Beyond, but my faith is fading. I know consumers are not easy to deal with, I get it, but every customer deserves the respect and attention when they walk in the door. I do not know if I will go back but I am sure my wife will eventually. I see the store in Pasco county closed if things do not change this location will also.

It was a good experience. We were looking for help on an online order. The service associates were courteous and helpful. Id go back.

The employees were so great. I was asked if I needed help twice. That was nice. The prices were good and you can always find a coupon in mailers or you can find one online or the app. The restroom was cleaned and well stocked. There was only a short wait at the register. I would recommend this location and I will shop there again.

Generally l can find what l need but the supply chain doesnt help.

We needed a new down pillow. There were many pillows some of which were fully down. The pillow selected was for back and stomach sleepers.

Lots of Bed n Bathroom items!They also had a few non related things like dog toys. Friendly staff. Clean orderly , easy to find items.

Expensive.. must have a coupon for Eacg item..paid nearly $200 for a bedspread and it wore through after 1 washing..also bought a clock thete,, stopped working in less than 7 months, brought it back, got another bigger and more expensive one..completely dead after 2 years..( NO !! NOT THE BATTERIES) made in China

I thought when this new BB&B opened it was going to be so much better. It is so much larger than the old one but, they crammed so much more to it and narrowed the aisles, I find it hard to navigate. It is hard to be in an aisle with a second person and 2 carts cannot pass each other in the same aisle meaning one of the carts has to back out to continue shopping. I used to enjoy browsing through the store but now, if and when I come, I know what Im looking for, get it and leave as soon as possible. They do carry an awesome variety of products but Im sad that they didnt choose to use a larger space and make an easier more enjoyable shopping experience.

I shop at this Bed Bath & Beyond frequently, and Im never disappointed. The sales staff here are knowledgeable and polite, and they are always available to help you IF you need them! You dont ever have to worry about getting charged or rushed by salespeople like youre doing some stores when you walk through the door theyre all over you, not Bed Bath & Beyond. I highly recommend you shop there.

This store is packed with goodies for your home. This new store has a department for personal care. Hair, nails, lotions, OTC meds, SPF, large selection of travel size items. Most of which a pharmacy carries. Prices are cheaper also. Best part you may combine a manufacturers coupon with B&B&B coupon. Also, 20% coupon is for one item but one can use several on a purchase. Really nice store. Staff very nice. Large parking lot. Handicap accessible. Restrooms. Several other stores in this complex. All fun to shop in.

One of my favorite stores to go for kitchen and bathroom and it’s conveniently located on 19 jut a few miles from my house. I even bought some Christmas stuff this year from there. The 20% coupons are helpful especially on the expensive items. Overall great customer service!

Me and my brother were there today somewhere between 7PM - 8PM - I had order a Ninja Speciality coffee maker online on cyber Monday because our family prefer to shop feel comfortable. I want to thank the two woman working one was the manager and the other lady was our cashier they helped me checkout honoring the sale price and letting use my coupon. Love shopping at BB&B! Coupons galore and this store is one of the largest in the area. A complimentary coffee bar lets you try before you buy some of the coffee machines and k-cup coffee brands. Sit and sip while you decide what you want to buy that day. Theres usually a good selection of markdowns and return items being offered at great prices. A massive cosmetic and health care section offers a selection of Harmon Face Value products in the store. Usually theres a lot of staff working and theyre super helpful. I enjoy shopping here. .

On August 6th I entered the store around 10:15 am and I had to be at a bridal shower by 11am. I was in a super rush to pick up anything off her registry. I was greeted immediately by Jeremy, I explained I was looking for something off a registry and within minutes he had the registry pulled up and printed off. Jeremy asked how much I wanted to spend and let me know what was available in my price range. I picked a food processor, thanked Jeremy for his help and expected to go off on my own to find the item and leave. Instead what happened was Jeremy walked with me to the item, picked it up and carried it to the front, checked it out at the register and then asked if I needed it wrapped. I expected to wrap it on my own at the wrapping station but instead Jeremy did that for me too. I was out of the store and on time to the bridal shower with a beautifully wrapped gift. I was so shocked at how well I was taken care of. THANK YOU JEREMY FOR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. It didnt go unnoticed.

Every time I go into that store everybody is so rude I couldnt even get a gift receipt when I asked for it I was told no, Never shoppig there again

After all its much enjoyable to shop while drinking coffee.

I like this store the best because it feels larger and more open than the Bb&b in St. Pete. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. The coupons are great to use here. You can find products here that may have been difficult to find other places.

Nice place. First time being in it but wasnt impressed with the body pillow selection. Was only given two(2) options of body pillows. They werent even as firm as I would have liked.
