This place was pleasantly surprising. The prices is very reasonable and they have a very wide selection of products. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are no cashiers only self checkout but there is a staff stationed at the checkout if you need assistance or have questions.

What can I say about pop Shelf first and foremost the staff is so sweet and kind they greet EVERY ONE when they come in the door and even ask if you need help with anything while you are shopping theyre not hovering theyre just being attentive to your needs.It was a big treat for me I went into the store with kind of an expectation that this was just going to be like another Five Below store however I was pleasantly surprised that it was not.When I tell you the store was impeccably clean!! I mean wowwwyy zowwwwy!!! Neat in order and fashionably up to date!!And to be honest with you I spent more money than what I intended just because how the store is aesthetically set up- they have a section for outdoor they have sections for garden household food feminine hygiene male hygiene..toys, cleaning supplies and more!!They have everything for anyones budget!!I even was engaged in a conversation with a staff member I told her the store reminded me of a cross between a Dollar Tree / a Walmart and a Dollar General and when I said that she said was actually the idea came from one of the Dollar General creators I said wow I am very very impressed!!Also the team member also took the time to explain to me the different tags in the store so for example;if you see a tag that has a SKU and a price that is going to be a regular item that will forever be in the store however if you see an item that has a purple tag and a price number on it that means that is a seasonal item and it will be fluctuating in the store but will be replaced with someone something similar to that item .Ooh did I also mention the store carries a lot of name brand itemsThe store has items from $1 up to $25 this store is reasonably priced for the quality and the quantity of itemsyou can purchase.Upon checking out..I was waiting thinking someone would check me out however no! no!no!This store is completely self checkout its very easy to check out and you can also sign up for their rewards boxes youll have to go into the store to see about signing up for those😉Another added bonus is that the bags are not plastic bags they are a nice craft bag that could reuse for something else.I cant say enough on how the shelves are beautifully front faced!! I love it!!Check them out!I will visit again very very soon👋👋

So many nice things at amazing prices.The store was nice and organized. I do not think I have ever seen a store as neat and tidy as top-shelf was. The store was also very clean. They had a wide variety of items. For being as small as it was it had a great selection of items. There was something for everybody.(Health and beauty, kitchen items, arts and crafts, school supplies, toys, pet supplies, groceries as well as cold and frozen items). The people working in the store was amazing and so very helpful. When we were finished there was no waiting in line. The self check out was really easy and fast to use. The bags were not the cheap flimsy plastic bags but thick paper with handles. When we checked out at the self check out, the employees helped us since we were not use to their system. We will be shopping in top-shelf regularly. Great store, great prices, clean and neat, well organized, great selection. I will definitely be returning. Great store, Great prices, Great employees. A win all around!

Great little place! We are from out of state and noticed this little store on our way through. After looking up what it was, we decided to ‘pop’ in. It’s a great store, somewhat of a hybrid cross between an upscale dollar store and a Hobby Lobby. There’s a lot of great merchandise! Uniquely, there is only the option for self checkout, and the ladies working today were very helpful in directing us how to use it. They even wrapped our breakable merchandise so that it was unlikely to break on our trip back home to Virginia. Thank you, Popshelf!

The girls at this store are so kind and helpful. I went to redeem my free box and they didn’t have the candle box I like so they proceeded to explain the contents of the other boxes as well as when other boxes may be arriving in stock. This is exactly how customer service should be at every business. Kudos to these awesome Popshelf employees.

It has cleaning supplies,personal supplies, stuff for cats and dogs, gifts, toys, kitchen and house supplies, food and beverages,board games, candy and valentine gifts for this weekend. Clean and organized. Great prices. I will definitely visit again soon. You can checkout yourself with debit or credit or a cashier will assist you if it is cash.

This place was super cool! It had a little bit of everything...but way more stylish than another store like it! The dishes were great, party supply a plenty and they even had vegan,dairy free, low fat and high protein stuff in their food area! Perfect for any diet or lifestyle! It was unique! Loved it! Also it was cleaning and put together not stuff thrown everywhere!

This store lives up to its name because everything looks like it is popping out of the shelves. They have a little of everything especially miscellaneous products for your home which are mostly good quality with good prices. Everything is well distributed and organized. I love this store. I highly recommend it.

I came to this store just to see what I could find for party stuff, and I was actually surprised by their little party section! For a small section, Id say a lot of things were a one stop shop for quite a few things and theyre really cheap too! As far as other things in the store, they seemed to have a good amount of other household items, decor, craft stuff, and other things. Its similar to dollar general in price range and the things they sell in the store, but more organized and spaced out. I dont recall if they sell clothes like dollar general, but they have lots of other items.

Great experience shopping for some basic apt needs for my daughter and a few items for my grandchildren.

The manager Jessica was very short and rude. I came, and I needed some help looking for some items. I made sure I waited until she was finished cashing out a customer. She acted like I was annoying her with it being a new store. I dont know where everything is, she didnt even have the decency to give me eye contact while she proceeds to stock bags. I want to continue to shop there but she completely turned me off.

Love this store its like an upscale Dollar store.

My first time in there. Loved it! The set up reminds me of five below a little bit. I love the fact that every register is self checkout, unless youre paying with cash, then there is an alternative method and the store associate will come assist.

I really like this lil place! They have a variety of everything here and to boot, its self checkout! The young lady greated us coming in and going out!
