One of nicest neighborhood Wal-Marts in our area!!

This Walmart is better than my regular Super Walmart. Way cleaner, well stocked, had many of the specialty items (keto/low carb/sugar free), that many other Walmart stores cant keep in stock. When I order ahead for curbside pickup the staff that brings the groceries out are always polite and courteous. Love this store-great management and staff.

I visit this store regularly, and this location is not great with check out. Having cashiers on the registers, or having assistance for self check out. Employees around the store will actively ignore you, also. Their pick up Employees are generally pretty friendly and quick though!

Im pretty sure they have all the basic stuff you need but other than that its a good store to go to in case youre in a mood for a quick snack.

Its great to have this Walmart Neighborhood so close to home. It is an organized and clean place with variety of products. Friendly and helpful employees!

I placed an order for pick-up between 4-5pm. I got several notifications from my Walmart app letting me know my order was delayed. Ok, fine I know it gets busy and they are moving as fast as they can. Come 5:15 I called to check on the status to make sure I was going to get my order tonight. I was assured that they were running behind because of a computer issue and I would get an email when my order was ready for pick up tonight. Well, around 7:30pm I called again to see what was going on. The lady that answered the phone said yes your order is ready and we close today at 8. Sooo now I have to speed there to make it on time because no one bothered to let all the backed up orders know?? I got ZERO notifications that my order was ready. ZERO info from the store. No phone calls NOTHING. They were just going to do nothing then when 8pm hits my order gets cancelled and I’m back to square one. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and no one seems to give a flip about customer service or even making things right.

Clean, quick, in and out. The location is perfect and the parking lot is easily accessible. Lots of check out counters.

The store is great but there self check out do not allow to pay by cash only card

It really felt like a market in a small town. Selection wasnt as plentiful as Id like and not enough checkouts open at the time I went. I will definitely shop there often.

There were some items a little scarce, but thats everywhere, pretty much. Overall, clean and the lines werent more than a 2-3 minute wait.

The grocery department employees many hard workers. The Pharmacy also has pleasant workers, however, they failed to give me the correct medication from an alternate manufacturer.

Nice, smaller version of Walmart if you dont want to visit the regular store. Found everything that I needed.

I am not a big Walmart fan due to the large crowds, but this Neighborhood Market is usually just right and never overflowing with customers. They usually have what you want with a quick stop on the way home. I also enjoy the self service checkout. Its usually a clean and swift out the door once you get in line.

I am not familiar with the store, but the gas station usually has the best gas prices in town.

I like that it is so close to my home! The pharmacy associates are a dream to work with! I adore Mr. Gerald in the produce section. He is kind and helpful. The cashiers are awesome too! Just needed a couple of items but I wanted to share with you these insulated cups. I have one and if I fill it in the morning with ice and water; continue refilling it with water through out the day, by evening I still have most of the ice left! By morning; I still have ice! Go get you one these!This store also has some great clearance items too!

The customer service here has gone down hill! I always come to this walmart, have been coming here for years. For starters, the workers in the HBA are rude and refuse to move out of the way when you try to pass through. The self checkout host I encountered today was very rude and unprofessional. She was picking and choosing who she wanted to be nice to, didn’t care to tell us have a good day, but told the other customer after us. The manager I spoke to, Ms. Patti was very nice and understanding. She was the only nice one.

Was in self check out line this morning. Was told by employee i had to move to a line with a cashier. She said these kious are for debit only cause their is a Cash shortage.. I can assure you Clarksville there isnt a Cash shortage in America. I have traveled to Laredo tx to denver CO to Cheyenne WY and back to Clarksville making many cash purchases these past ten days. Either the Manager does want to go to the Bank or the head associate doesnt want to restock the cash in the machines. Big Raspberry to you for making. Customers move so you can be LAZY...

Staff was really nice and quick to help load my vehicle.

Pretty much has everything you need groceries wise. But they seem to always be stocking during store hours. And the people that does grocery pick up seem to always be in the way like they are the only ones shopping in the store. Some items are a little pricey and they have some stuff you can find on clearance.

August 31st at 6pm, I went to my Walmart Neighborhood Market to pickup a few things. Yes, I know masks are mandated and required in the store. I was wearing a mask but my boyfriend who has copd a medical condition cannot wear one. It states in the law that if you have a medical condition you will not be required to wear one. We were informed by a young girl who was pregnant that worked at the front door that he could not shop there due to not wearing a mask. We informed her that he cannot wear them due to his condition. She then told us that since he is sick, he shouldnt be shopping there anyway. She then continued to raise her voice at us as i was informing her of the rules required by CDC and his medical condition. She clearly raising her voice and arguing with us that he couldnt shop without one. I have never had a bad experience at this walmart, but I will never be going back. If this is the way that we as citizens are treated especially since we were following the rules and she was misinformed by her employer then I will take my business elsewhere. Publix is right down the block and Kroger will now be getting my money.

The customer service here is awful. Heaven forbid you try to shop in an area that someone is stocking. I like using the grocery pickup, but the employees inside the store are just plain rude.

Typical Walmart, only have 2-3 checkout lanes open when they know that military have received their pay. Lines for checkout going back into the shopping aisle. Even the self-checkout backed up. Way I look at it is, if I have to do the job of an employee I should be given a discount.

They had everything I needed right at my fingertips and there really fast paced I love it

The shelves were almost empty, they are out of a lot of stuff even milk! But the employees are working hard to restock the shelves its still one of my favorite grocery stores

This is my go to place for household items and food. Its a relatively nice experience when I go here besides a few shortcomings1. Staff seems extremely lazy when asking a question such as the location of an item or if they can check the back room for something. If I ask where something is they simply point to the general area of where that item is.2. Aisle signs need to be more detailed. Theres only one or two things listed on the aisle signs and most of the time those items are in a different aisle anyway3. Items are frequently out of stock here. Even before this pandemic started now its just worse. If you plan on buying a large order go on the days they restock otherwise theres a big chance a lot of what your looking for will be out of stockAll in all this place is Convenient. I can buy everything I need in one location including gas for the car and not have to traverse a massive department store. Everyones experiences will be different here Im simply just telling mine. I will continue to shop here for the convenience alone.

Absolutely love the convince of Curbside pickup. We use it about once a week and they are always on time and super friendly!

I did not have run all over the store to find what was on my list. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Tristan was polite and ask me about placement of fragile grocery in my vehicle. Also, he informed me of Walmart Delivery is coming to Tiny Town Store on February 25th; I was completely unaware. High five to Tristan. Associate Marg when done with her grocery order in vehicle parked next to me (huge order) she helped Tristan load my huge order too:-D

I only use this location for grocery pickup and they are so fast and friendly! Better by far than any of the local Walmart supercenter locations nearby!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been going from Walmart to Walmart for formula for days now and this one had the worst workers rude af and very unprofessional. I had just called asking if they had my specific formula after a lady had just put me on hold to check after I asked and I told her the kind I needed, someone else gets on the phone and asks what I needed I told her and she said oh yes I just stocked it well I go and there’s nothing🤦🏻‍♀️ Drove there for nothing

Incredibly disorganized and cluttered. No carts available. Skids randomly throughout the store. Had issues walking through the store due to skids of product needing to be put away.

Something is always wrong in the money center! Example: dont go for a money order machine is almost never working.

Rather then your average Walmart superstore, it is small but has most of what you need, not nearly as organized or clean than most neighborhood markets, no one at the door to make sure people were wearing a mask and quite a few customers were not wearing a mask! Also the cash registers and self checkouts are not sanitized properly!

I love how close to my house this is. Staff is always friendly although they can be understaffed sometimes. I know that makes it hard on the employees but they always seem in good spirit. Keep up the good work yall. I know this next week is going to be rough with the mask madate but keep your head up and dont let people get to you.

They are always stocked and convenient!! 2 mins from my house so I love it. Only complaint is not having one thing, even tho online Walmart says its available at all Walmart, none of them have it

I just have to say this and I hope management or someone sees it we went shopping last night and our kid was being fussy cause he was tired we walked through the bakery part and this kind man I think his name was mike, politely asked us if our son could have a cookie I think he saw we were stressing cause our toddler was extremely fussy and we were trying to rush through the store. He gave our son a cookie and told us to have a good night. Just his whole demeanor was so positive. So thank you mike! You are awesome and so kind and that one cookie totally calmed my toddler down so we could get through the store.

This is a great store. It’s always extremely organized and the workers are always visible and willing to help. The Walmart definitely has a neighborhood feel. It’s well-lit, and you feel secure while grabbing your much-needed items. I love the smaller more compartmentalized, “get-in/get-out” convenience of this location.They did all of a sudden stop selling certain items recently that I love but I still appreciate the store.

I prefer this Walmart over the Supercenter Walmart. They do their best to keep shelves stocked. Right now theres a shortage on things everywhere but I was able to find everything I needed or an alternative.

Was treated very rudely yesterday! I do a lot of shopping there and Shop there quite regularly spend a lot of money a lot of my paycheck goes to groceries that I buy at this location.!!! Well yesterday I did my grocery shopping and I noticed that the only line that sells tobacco products was closed. Well on my way leaving there was a man in that lane and the cashier sold him tobacco products but as I was walking up to to buy tobacco products the cashier left told me I had to go across the street to get tobacco products !!!This was the only lane open the only line in the store that sells tobacco products and he told me I had to go across the street!! But he happily opened it for the man that was in front of me closed it as soon as he seen me and soon as I was in line he said this lane is closedr !!!!he said you have to go across the street! It is not just the fact that he told me to go across the street its his attitude as he was saying it!! You know things going on in the world why should I have to go across the street I was trying to make less trips as possible but because he was too lazy to open the register and sell me tobacco products ... why have the only lane that sells tobacco products closed ? people want to get their shopping done and be be gone !!! theres too much disease going on in the world to be hopping from one store to the other!! but he told me to do that !! I spent a lot of money there and not be told to go somewhere else! Especially with social distancing and trying to make as Limited trips as possible just following the Governors orders..

Very convenient. They practically have eveyrthing you need for quick stops. From milk to house hold needs. Money services too. Prob even more. Thnks for letting the Girl Scouts sell. Had to get my Tag a Longs!!

This place is just great to get your light home shopping done. Avoid a lot of headache here, verses the bigger stores. And you can get gas! It conveniently located to avoid traffic.

The staff was extremely helpful and answer every question I had pertaining to the variety of meats and the cuts, as well as the cheeses down in the Delhi area. The cashier was very professional. The store manager greeted me as walking by.

Fast and friendly

Store hours listed on the door say that they are open at 6am on Saturdays, but they dont actually open until 7. Maybe they should change the signage? This is one of the many reasons that I dont like to shop at Walmart, besides the cheap products produced in China.

I have never in my life been treated so rudely so inappropriate buy a customer service professional in my 61 years nor has my fiance the customer service lady had to wish you a scan & Go then when I went to check out she would not check me out she left I was in the military for 20 years never got treated this badly in military time I would not write this may be a one star that the floor was nasty the store was nasty rude disgusting have a great day do not go to the Walmart grocer on Tiny Town Road I would seriously look at re-hiring a whole new staff
