I love this store. Wherever I lived in South California I looked for a Stater Bros Market. On another note, this location is great! Great customer service and very clean and always stocked. I found everything for Thanksgiving dinner there while other stores were out!!

Ive been coming here for 9 years now. Its a well organized, clean store with a large variety of items. You may need to visit an Asian market or carniceria for hard to find foods, but they have almost everything else. Theres a good variety of vegan friendly foods too. Oh, and probably the best grocery prices in the area

This is a nicer location. Store is laid out well for customers convenience.

Frequently out of stock on several items each grocery trip. Floor is often unsatisfactorily dirty.Checkout is almost guaranteed to be understaffed and staff make no attempt to move customers along. Staff dont even bother to enforce the Express Lines rule of 15 items or less, making even quick trips cumbersome.There are many other options, including another Stater Bros in La Verne.

Giving it 1* cause their beer refrigerator was pretty empty. Had to go to liquor store get a 6er. It was a warm day so I expected it to be that way

Great place to stop on the way home to get something for dinner. Always the lowest prices great steaks.

Employees are nice customers that shop there are @$$holes. Parking is a little cramped.

Store is well stocked no complaints but at times slot people hanging in parking lot asking for things.

I love Stater Bros stores.... I have been shopping with them for most of my life... If its not at one Staters its at the other lol whatever it is, you can almost always find it at a Stater Bros. I just need them to add more kool aid choices, they used to stock ALL the flavors & now its a select few....

They have very helpful staff. Also they stock most everything Im looking for and if they dont keep it in stock talk to the manager. If they can order it for you they will.. Very helpful!

Stater Bros. has been my main market for probably 25 years. They have a great variety of foods and I especially like the organic Full Circle selection. I can usually find everything on my list and then some. I like the Digital Deals, they have great deals most of the time. The people who work there have always been helpful and courteous. Overall, I have no complaints and always have a positive shopping experience.

Employees are in their own world. The kids in the meat market try really hard but thats about it.

My favorite grocery store

So I go to buy chicken legs from the butchers and these lady had the nerve to say that is it.?because I order only two pounds of chicken legs. And I said yes no big deal. Right. Than she could not reach the chicken tray. I could Not pick out the biggest ones. So when I get home they are small and I know I seen some big ones. I did not feel welcomed and I hope it is not because of my skin color.

Not crowded. Friendly staff. Dropped canning goods. Added grab and go food area.

Love SB because they cater to their customers. If there are more than 4 people in a line, they immediately open other aisles, unlike Walmart!

This is our neighborhood grocery store. Sometimes there are people that will stop you to ask for money in the parking lot. Otherwise, we love our grocery store!

I feel safe this store; especially in Claremont, is following standards to prevent spread of COVID-19. The staff is courteous and at times notice I’m looking for something, they help me find it.

You can always find a good deal at stater Brothers they have great meat selections good salmon to bakery has good products especially the sausage and the staff is generally friendly when you check out say hi to Tina and Sharona.

I have a large family so I am at this location 2-3 times a week, and I dont usually write these types of reviews, because I know everyone has a bad day sometimes. But I used to love this Stater Bros location! Its newly remodeled, fresh and modern and it used to have the most friendly staff, but something has changed in the last year. Most of the checkers barely look up when you enter the line, and rarely speak in a friendly tone or even smile at anyone. I have even on occasion asked if they were having a bad day, because the checker looked visibly mad at everyone.The floor staff on two occasions has asked me to move out of the isle during business hours so they could sweep the floor, and the meat department is so loud laughing and talking among themselves, that you can hear them throughout the whole market. And in produce, I often come across staff gossiping about the managers or problems they have with each other while stocking the produce. I feel like I am in a bad soap opera when I come here.Thank goodness for Tina! She is the shining star at this location. She is friendly and makes you feel like you are part of the family. I hope they use her as an example of the right type of people to hire.

I have never lived near a Stater Bros. Market but I have worked near 2 of them. I really enjoyed shopping there. They had great bakeries and deli departments. I always found the employees to be very warm and helpful. I have retired and I miss being able to shop there.

I like shop Stater Bros. Markets on foothills people there are courteous 🌺🌺💖 and nice, and the price is right 🥰💖

Today purchased Ensure with $5 off on two Ensure 6 pack. Been buying Ensure regularly at same store $7.99 per 6 pack. Saw on receipt they raised price to $10.99 per 6 pack. Cost per each 6 pack after coupon $8.49. Lost confidence in pricing at Stater Bros after 30 years. Wonder how many times this happens?

The service level at this location has dropped considerably the past several months. Several weeks ago I witnessed 2 female cashiers screaming at each other in front of customers for over 5 minutes. Customers had to just stand and wait while they finished their argument. The long time manager who used to work here was transferred to another location and you can really tell.

Store recently updated, good selection, good prices. Love their meat department, great chorizo and ribs! Helpful and knowledgeable staff, plus theyll do special cuts if you ask (I get London broil sliced thin fit jerky).

It all depends on who is working service at deli rude one person says open till 10pm one said 6pm but maybe they just didnt want to fill the order lol never have this problem at the other stores., you can tell the difference in service and stock if you visit any other store
