Horrible experience was guaranteed to take 20-30minutes, currently in store still waiting for order to be done. Been waiting for over an hour now, definitely do not recommend this store. Asked about order and they said they would go check on it and still they never came out to advise me on how long it will still take. When I placed the order the employee did not even know what I was trying to buy even though the menu is right behind her. Employees seem clueless. Do not come here . Save your money

Not happy with my order! I chose Rancho Cucamonga and they sent my order to Claremont without my approval. The 144$ fruit bouquet I bought was not fresh and the chocolate was broken off all her strawberrys. My sister in law also placed a 140$ order which was not complete. We ordered the day before delivery date and the morning of delivery date and both got there at 7pm.Update: I did call multiple times to request a refund and received it.

I placed an order for my dad and paid extra to have the delivery done on Saturday. Saturday came and I checked the status of the order and it said pending so I called the Claremont store which was who the order was given to and they said they knew nothing about it. I called the corporate number and the guy assured me the order would be there by 6 pm and it never showed up! The following day I called corporate again and another gentleman told me it never even shipped because it still says pending but they already charged the card! Who charges the card if the order never went through. Now I can play the waiting game to see if they actually refund and my fathers flowers and chocolate covered strawberries never arrived for Mothers Day! If you cant fulfill the orders - DONT CHARGE THE CARD!!! I should have read the awful reviews prior to setting this up. Too bad my father didnt have a backup plan because this company is NOT dependable.

Don’t believe their 7 minute guarantee. I’ve made the mistake of coming here to get chocolate dipped strawberries twice now under the (very false) assumption that they would honor their online guarantee of 7 minutes to prepare an order. I’m currently sitting in the store and I’m told it will take 30 to 45 minutes.

I paid a lot of money for chocolate on fruit.. and the outcome was awful. Absolutely unpresentable. It was for a grieving family. I feel embarrassed giving them this platter. I am not returning to this location. Perhaps none at all.

I paid a lot of money to hope my sisters gift came just what I ordered. IT DID NOT...... the fruit had finger prints in chocolate, the picks were not in the fruit, the box I paid for it to come in was NOT the same box. Very disappointed in this stores display. Hopefully the company can follow up with this.

I placed an order this week to have a package delivered to my mom since I cannot see her I wanted to make her smile on her birthday with a surprise. Only it still hasn’t shown up and I cannot reach anyone. Horrible service especially when you ask for next day service. This is not what I paid for!!!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere. This is my first negative review ever. I ordered chocolate strawberries for my mother and grandmother for Mother’s Day. I paid $70+ per order so that they would feel special during these times. They arrived smushed, melted and very old possibly rotten looking. Now I have left a message and am waiting for a response. There is no email for customer service on the confirmation email. Really hoping / expecting my money back and an apology for such terrible customer service. AVOID this place! Literally disgusted! Ordered a sympathy gift of a dozen choc dipped fruit and a dozen cookies. Came in a Staples store box, not cold, completely melted, fruit brown, rotten, soggy, smashed. No cookies in box and no extra white choc swizzle that I paid extra for. If I could post pics, you would be astonished!! My fam had to throw out right away- I legit was afraid it was poisoned! Beyond TERRIBLE. $70 too- how pathetic.

I placed a order this morning for mothers day and Specifically told them I wanted to be delivery to the school my wife works at and that didn’t happened. They didn’t even deliver it to my home by mistake. They tried delivering it to a house that I haven’t live in in over 5 years!! Thanks a lot for ruining my wife’s special day

Its the day before Valentines day and I had sent an arrangement to my fiance while he was at work, and added a box of cookies as well. After he received them he texted me to thank me and mentioned all of the different fruits. I asked him if he got the cookies too, but he said no. Given this is probably such a hectic time for them, its understandable.This all was brought to my attention after they closed, so I called expecting to leave a voicemail. To my surprise, my call was answered, and no questions asked, she (I wish I had gotten her name) agreed to deliver the order tomorrow during operating hours. Again, completely understandable.My fiance just texted me to tell me she dropped them off tonight. That is 100% above and beyond. That is excellent, and thank you.

I wish I can give -0 for review. I wish I had read horrible review before placing order. My sis graduated yesterday receiving her Masters, And I not only live 2 hours away AND her graduation was cancelled because of virus. I ordered platter, balloon and card to be delivered on 16th. I called on the 16th at 12pm to ask about order status. The employee told me they were looking to deliver around 3 or 3:30. I was not ok with the unbeknownst of delivery time as I had came out the pocket $70 on fruit. I asked can she give me a known time. She said 3:30 and then told me the BALLOONS I ORDERED/PURCHASED A DAY BEFORE HAD SOLD OUT! Moving foward to 4:00 pm, I called to check on status... Employee says its in transit. Call my sister at 6 pm still NO DELIVERY😠😡 even if desperate do not order. They need to be SHUT DOWN!

If we can rate no stars , we wouldwe placed an order for mother’s day to be delivered , first it never got delivered, so we decided to come all the way to clairmont (we live in fontana) and we toldthem that our order never got delivered , she goes to the back (with an attitude) and 22 min later comes back with our order , we told her to that we’d like our refund from the delivery fee and she said she can’t do that , so better we just cancelled the whole orderwhat was suppose to be delivered mother’s day never got delivered and they expect us to come pick it up and not give us the delivery fee backnever doing business with edible arrangements again

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!!!! Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!! They did not deliver the bouquet they I had ordered for $140.00 plus delivery! I contacted them and asked for a refund. I was told I would get one.No refund!!!I contacted the corporate office, again I was told I would get a refund!NO REFUND!!!Luckily I ordered using PayPal, I submitted a complaint and asked for a refund. After about a week PayPal notified me that after they got no response from Edible Arrangements they found in my favor and PayPal gave me the refund!!!! This place is beyond bad. I wish I had read the reviews before using this store!!

I give them no stars since on Valentines day the beautiful order my husband got for me was never delivered to me. Not only did they not deliver my arrangement but they also never bothered to call him to see if they could try to make good on it, instead they offered him 10 percent discount after he called them the next morning. Definitely ruined my day. Thanks for nothing, literally.

This was very disappointingFirst time going to this type of store was exciting u til I walked in with no one on siteThe fridge said samples but only one strawberry 🍓 with chocolate 🍫 and it looked like it had mold on it$7 for the cuts that look like the fruit was changing colorsThe customer service lady new everything was old but didn’t change anyI asked for samples and she said no was available

Horrible customer service. I didnt get my order delivered to me. It was suppose to be a surprise for Valentines Day. I called the day after and still nothing. So they transferred the delivery to the Fontana location. Its Friday. That location hasnt delivered it. Talk about having not one but two of these locations from the same company experience terrible customer service. I already told family and friends not to do business with this company. They just want your money. Rip offs!!

I ordered an edible arrangement for a friend of mines. She not only was impressed by the fruit arrangement but also with the customer service from their delivery driver named mike. When my friend answered the door she was holding her new born baby . Mike the delivery driver took notice and offered to place the arrangement on her kitchen table and whispered to help keep the baby asleep . A place with workers like this makes it all worth it . Thank you mike and edible arrangements.

Zero stars! I ordered an arrangement for my husband a full 5 days before Valentines Day. It was supposed to be delivered on Valentines Day and it never arrived. No calked me or my husband to explain what happened even though they had both phone numbers. I called the store 5 times on Valentines Day and no one answered. I left 3 voice mail messages and still no call back! I want a full refund for the 70+ dollars I spent on my arrangement. Do not use this store location!

Horrible service! Bought my wife an arraignment and wanted it sent to her job. She never received it! Never got a phone call saying it wasn’t going to arrive or anything. I called SEVERAL times both yesterday and today and no one answered! Will never buy from this store again.

ZERO STARS! My boyfriend ordered strawberries for me to be delivered at my work. He ordered them ONE WEEK in advance for Valentine’s Day. Never delivered. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. He just went to the location and asked for a refund. Their excuse was “we just have too many orders on Valentine’s Day.”

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I called like 15 times or maybe more to put in an order and no one would answer the phone. After a while i think they got annoyed of me calling and they started hanging up after the phone ringing twice. Horrible cutomer service. Im glad i didnt put my order in or else i probably would have been dissapointed.

I ordered online. First start off i order for the Rancho Cucamonga store they called me and switched my order to the Claremont store with a new ref. And paid extra for a 2-14-13 delivery. they never deliverd it. when i called they said they were to busy and had to many orders to do. they said they would deliver to his home only to then tell me they dont deliver to that area. they said they would redeliver it the next day.. well that didnt happen either. i called back and they told me the same thing to busy and to many orders. She only offered me my money back. Wow.. I am very sad and very disappointed.
