Recently I won a storage bid off storagetreasures.com. It was a holiday weekend and I wasn’t able to reach the facility till Tuesday. Ivory was amazing. She was very professional and worked with me to make sure all was taken care of. First time I’ve never been stressed. Hope I win more bids at this storage unit and highly recommend.

We were called out by local mgmt.to service&repair some of the controlled environment units[units w/heat&a/c] apparently there regular Hvac or Maintenance group had become overwhelmed due to extensive heat wave.In the meantime our office was vandalized and company&payroll checks were taken and trying to be passed.The main office had already mailed a check to my business but I had closed my account by that time.I was having my regular customers[most who knew me well]to just make payments to me sence I was a sol proprietary.I called the local mgmt.they in turn let the corporate office know[somewhere in far eastern Kentucky near Huntington W.VA.]they in turn cut me an other one I went over to Stor All,Alfred St.traded the checks and this was done in a matter of 3days.Bravo Stor All Bravo.

This is a great friendly storage and they are very clean from top to bottom. I have been here for over 6 years...i wouldnt take my items anywhere else. Very safe and professional manager Ivory makes it perfect.

Inquired about payment for the last month of storage. Was advised that as long as I had it out on the due date no payment required. They ended up making me pay a full month for time I never used. Payment due on the 14th picked up on the 14th. I will not use them again and I will advise other parents of the University to steer clear of them as well.

This is our first time using a storage bin and our experience was very good. Everyone was very friendly there, especially Ivory,, the lady at the office. She was so thorough and extremely personal. Helping us pick the perfect bin, explaining all the detail about renting one, running the elevator, etc. Looking forward to storing our personal items there.

I had a truly unpleasant experience at the Stor-All Alfred location on July 26,2014 I, nor any of my family and friends, will ever choose to sign any agreements with this operation because of the deception, unprofessionalism, and unethical sales tactics of the on site employee I was working with.A few weeks ago, I first came to the site for a tour and gather lease information/pricing. I was impressed with the facility and went ahead and paid my $10 reservation fee so that I could move in on July 26. We had agreed on the pricing of $44 for the unit and I had it in writing. The employee had assured me that the only thing I had to do on the moving day was come into the leasing office and pay for the moving truck deposit—the price would be the same and she was holding my unit for me since I paid the reservation fee and completed the paperwork.For the next few weeks, I planned for my move and lined up 4 friends to assist with the move on July 26. I also took time off from work since I knew I would be moving my belongings into the storage unit.On the morning of July 26, I arrived at the leasing office to pick up the moving truck, which I had reserved, and pay for rent or any miscellaneous fees in order to move in. When I was speaking with the employee, she informed me that the new price of the unit was now $78, which is almost double the original amount. I understand that the prices fluctuate frequently, but I had asked her why it had drastically increased. She responded that I had to move in the same day that I signed the paperwork to get it for that price. There was absolutely no conversation about this rule previously, nor was it in writing on any of the information I had received. I asked her if she had mentioned that during the tour, and she stated that she didn’t recall and “may have skipped that part.” I had brought with me the documentation that I had paid the $10 reservation fee to hold my unit at the $44/month agreement. She continued to tell me that she could not honor that price since it had increased. Additionally, she mentioned that the reservation fee did not guarantee that the unit would still be available on my move in day, which she knew would be July 26 since I had reserved the truck. Since she had already lost my trust in the organization, I could not stand the thought of keeping my personal belongings at the facility. I received my deposit back and found a new facility.This is absolutely unacceptable and unethical behavior. We had an agreement in place and there was a monetary exchange to confirm this. She had already in my opinion breached the agreement by the illegal “bait-and-switch” marketing tactic. I had to not only find a new storage unit and moving truck that very same morning, but I also had to make my 4 friends wait an additional 3 hours while I was coordinating the change in plans.Stor-All could have had my business if the initial agreement was honored. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was not my mistake. Had the employee admitted fault and corrected it, I would have leased with her. I will ensure that none of my family, friends, or co-workers choose to conduct business with Stor-All.

This storage unit was absolutely filthy. While the manager was helpful and the workers were also pretty nice, when I came back to retrieve my property after ONLY two months, there was evidence of mouse/rat activity. My couches were covered in droppings, my desks had been gnawed on, my mattress and box spring were also ruined. They claim to do things to prevent these pests, but I saw no evidence of any preventative measures.If you plan to store furniture here, please be sure to wrap it all up in plastic before putting it into the unit.

Today I am unable to drop off my payment. So call and pay over the phone. Nope because I can call any other location and get and answer first ring. Leave messages no answer to them. So I’m a leave my job in mason to drive 40 minutes to drop off my payment then 40 minutes back to clock out after 30 minutes plus being over n hour late from break. Thanks.

Best in town. Come out and see for yourself. Upbeat customer service and clean and tidy facility. I was a referral and I was very pleased with this facility and the staff was excellent very very helpful. Thank you stor all on alfred for making my moving experience the best yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!
