Staff (Nicole and Cali) were very responsive. Easy to reach them by phone or email. I had to move contents of a storage unit while out of state and they both went above and beyond to assist in making the move go smoothly. Very courteous and professional. They provide exceptional customer service in a line of work where it is not the norm. Five stars.

Do NOT rent a storage unit at this property. They will take your money and possibly ruin your belongings. The Cherry Street Store Space is sketchy, accessing it after dark is scary to say the least, the elevator is unreliable and poorly lit, and the prices keep increasing without any actual improvements. While storing items here I was also informed that the storage facility staff had cut my lock off and entered my unit without my permission or me being present in order to access the area. Naturally I was upset that strangers had rifled through my things without me being present but I was assured that nothing would be missing or messed up. However, when I went to my unit to gauge whether or not I would need to same amount of space at the new facility I planned to rent from, (because I refused to continue leasing space from this company), to my surprise, I found everything covered in thick dust. The manager nonchalantly told me the dust was from construction and offered to have the workers use a blower to blow the dust off on the day that we moved out. Initially, while the English speaking woman was onsite, things were actually being blown free of dust. But when she left to get the workers lunch we were left with Spanish speaking workers that stopped working to get the dust off. Additionally, while moving items I twisted my ankle on the poorly maintained and uneven concrete in front of the entrance I was forced to use due to construction. The manager Nicole claimed she would speak with her boss and I would be compensated for my items that are ruined from the construction dust that could not be removed but that was a lie. Each time I call her I am told yet another story. DO NOT LEASE ANY STORAGE UNITS FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Im out of here ASAP! This place is a a joke. I started paying on my dads unit when he had to go into a nursing home 2 years ago and have unfortunately been stuck with this place due to the multiple major chronic health conditions that have physically prevented me from being able to switch to a different storage facility. Hopefully very, very soon because this place is terrible in several ways!!! I wish it was still About Space - I had absolutely no issues when it was under their ownership, but its gone downhill big time since being under Store Space ownership. FYI - the majority of the positive reviews and comment are from the previous ownership, About Space. Save your money and find a better storage facility elsewhere!

Cali is the best over there. Super helpful during a VERY stressful move. Got al my stuff in the right unit. Very happy with the service!!!

Probably the dirtiest, and worst managed storage space Ive been to. I would strongly recommend potential new tenants to not consider storing any items of value here, and to not take their office staffs word on anything.I had a unit here for about 2 years when it was previously About Space, and its progressively went down hill since Store Space bought them out. Theres leaking rat traps throughout the hallways, all the bathrooms have been padlocked shut for several months, and the dumpsters are always either missing, or too full to throw anything away in.Store Space raised the rent and fees on my space multiple times in less than a year. After another increase, I moved down the street to Cincinnati Mini Storage instead, and its been a night and day difference.

They took over About Space and automatically raised rent. Not only did they raise rent, but now they want a $25 fee paid if you want the 24 hour access that was advertised with about space. So apparently they don’t care to uphold prior agreements and will just continue to raise rent for absolutely no reason until people leave. Completely unacceptable business practice to charge for a service we were already getting even before the higher rent was charged. Look elsewhere unless you’re just wanting overpriced storage.

Really horrible experience with these new owners. First of all, all the good reviews you see on here from before Oct. 2019 are for the old property owner, About Space. Store Space only recently took hold of the property.Right around the same time that they transferred ownership, I was deciding to discontinue the rental of my unit. Mid October I received a letter indicating they were the new property managers. Towards the end of October I notified Store Space I would be moving out Oct. 31. I also received an email from them in late October indicating I owed $30 extra dollars, I guess for a rent hike for October. Whatever, I was moving out soon anyway, so I went onto their online portal, selected the option to pay the $30, and paid it. Not until the property manager is confirming my move out date when she says Im paid up through November do I go back and realize their website actually charged me $220 for next months rent, instead of the $30 I authorized.So I let the property manager know of the error with their portal, she checks in the records and says Oh yeah, I see here you did pay just the $30. Well send you checks to reimburse you both for that error and for your unit deposit. Cool. I wait a couple weeks. Nothing.So I call them. Oh it takes 4-6 weeks for your checks to arrive. Did we not tell you that to begin with? I wait until 6 weeks has gone by, still nothing. I call back and by this time the property manager is getting short with me. Youll just have to be patient, she says. I say, Its been 6 weeks. What if it gets to 7 weeks, what will you do then?” She says Youll just have to be patient. Its up to corporate, I cant do anything, and practically hangs up on me.Its been 3 and a half months since I moved out. I havent received my deposit back. I havent received reimbursement for the charge I didnt authorize. Ive called their nationwide customer care center. Three people have supposedly escalated my case. Ok, sure.In short, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are slumlords.

I would give them 0 stars if allowed.I reserved a unit got there it was locked.They went on to tell me that they had none but took my money. Now they wont give me my money.My things have been on a uhaul for 3 days nowTerrible service.No communication.I want my moneyYou took my money but wont give it back for 7 daysIm going to my lawyer about this and the newsTERRIBLE SERVICE

Bad place ,flooded units and then threw out stuff but charged us rent anyway ,no call backs from multiple calls to corporate

Things have only gotten worse since Store Space bought this property from About Space. The dated freight elevator regularly gets stuck and even though the property manager is aware of this, the company has decided to raise rates in order to improve their front office, not the elevator... Why is this problematic?... Because Im currently moving three stories worth of furniture from my old house into storage and we are currently at a complete standstill because of the broken elevator. Were unable to haul our belongings from the ground level up to our units and now were waiting for an assistant property manager from another location to come open a vacant unit on the ground floor. However, not only are we waiting, the movers that were paying by the hour are also waiting along with us. Thanks for ruining our smooth move and Friday night.

Reasonable prices. Relative to other storage units I have seen well kept & clean. Convenient loading dock. Easy & secure 24/7 access. Never had an issue with this facility. If you live in proximity to Northside its a great place.

First of all I left a evaluation earlier which was incorrect due to the fact I wasnt paying any attention to what I was tapping on however this is an awesome place to leave your stuff I have had my possessions in this storage a few years and I have been working with them for approximately 6 years and they have not been nothing but nice and respectful during my visits good place and secured

This is where I go to get really loud. Its heated in the winter which is nice, and theyll fix your door really fast if it breaks.Never had a problem here.
