Lee was extremely helpful and patient with me being a first time storage user! Service was great she even took the time from her lunch to help me make sure everything I had fit perfectly into the space I needed! Will be using again and highly recommend! Space is very clean as well!

I have a storage unit back home in New Jersey, I had to make a payment in person but I live in Indianapolis. I called the 24 hour hotline, they recommended me going to the closest Life Storage (Cincinnati OH.) when I got to the Cincinnati office, I was greeted by a very nice Lady named Lee and she helped me make the payment I needed. I honestly have to say this was the biggest highlight of my holiday season, after working twelve hour days, six days a week between two jobs and a broken phone, Lee made the 117 mile trip to Cincinnati worth it. She has great management skills, A wonderful personality and was very helpful and informative.

The facility is very clean, I was greeted with the kindest and most helpful store manager. The rates are the best around and its very convenient from the interstate.

I found this location using Google Reviews, and it totally lives up to its almost 5 star rating!Some background-- due to an unfortunate situation with our home closing, we needed a giant storage unit to fit our entire homes belongings into... and fast! I had 24 hours to find a storage unit that could accomadate a moving truck arriving the next day.Life Storage fit my needs perfectly! I was able to book online, and they had a storage unit that was exactly what I was looking for. Booking online was fast, easy, and convenient, and was promptly followed up the next business day by a call from the store manager. Not only was she super sweet, but she also reassured me that I had made the right choice in storage units by her professionalism and attention to detail.When I arrived at the storage unit (moving truck close behind!) the staff greeted me promptly, and shared a wealth of information about the property and the unit. I felt respected and also valued as a customer. I never felt pressured in any way, and I know that my belongings will be safe and well protected.Thank you for coming through for me, Life Storage! The lady Kristen who works there is so sweet and welcoming. She was very informative and professional. The space I rented was perfect size (per her recommendation) and very clean. The space in general is very accessable and seems to be very secure. The 24 hour access and individualized gate code were key points in choosing this facility. Another thing to keep in mind is they also offer 25 free miles in their moving truck (comparable to a small U-haul truck). 10/10 would recommend.

Lee completely set us up to make everything so easy for our move. She was fun to work with, really helpful, and gave us good advice on organizing for storage and our move out of state. Clean nice facilities and feels very secure.

The staff is super helpful. Like, super duper helpful. The units are clean and safe. And every time Im there, they offer me a ride on the golf cart. So, that alone makes it worth renting at this location.

They are fantastic!! I’ve moved my storage unit from another local storage provider to Life Storage, and so far the improvements are dramatic, and I am grateful!Today, during my actual move, they even allowed me to charge my phone in the office, when it died!They also have a bathroom in the office and a water cooler...both extremely helpful when moving on a bloody awful hot day!Although I neglected to give them a review 2 weeks ago when I got the unit, they were kind, professional, and helpful, and they will provide a truck, if you move in within a week...I tried, but had a car problem and an issue with movers, so no truck...but use it if you can!
