I dread the ride to the store. I hope we can get more stores in the city soon, however I received a excellent recommendation while being assisted in the store and I am so excited about my little investment. I cant wait to try this bad boy out at work!

I love harbor freight. Not a fan of some of the low end power tools. But hand tools work great for normal use.

Love to go to.harbor freight except today I went in for something at close to closing time and the person working felt the need to keep yelling out loud that he wS leaving right in time and not staying late so everyone needed to check out . He was obnoxious and rude. I have worked in retail and if someone comes in at closing its something you just have happen from time to time. You do not rudely kick people out

Friendly staff. Put item on hold for me because none of my local stores had one. Got eyes on the product to make sure they had it and set one aside.

Online it said they had the item in stock. We were told we couldnt believe what it said online (Im not sure how thats helpful). They did eventually check the computer and we were told they had two on the shelves. They did not. Employees seemed uninterested in investigating further or checking in the back.

Very nice lady working up front. Helpful guys out in the store. Just wish they still had coupons like they used to. Its not fair for people who dont have internet, wi-fi or computers. Its a shame all the companies are going this route and leaving behind former good customers.

This store has great deals and is organized. I was able to walk in and find things easy. If I needed help Michael was great in guiding me where the item was. Plus he explain about joining their membership to be able to even save more and get exclusive sales. I recommend going there and asking for Mike. He is a great help and is knowledgeable of the tools....which today is hard to find someone who knows about tools and enjoys his job. Thank you Mike!!!!!

Like this place. I feel like a kid in a candy shop...I go in for one thing and come out with more because I love when I find things especially on sale that you cant get in other stores.

Nice place i got what i needed plus the fathers day sale 20 percent off. But i was waiting in a line that the employee had to leave for break. Even though i was next in line i had to get in the other line behind 5 people. I am dissabled with a walking stick. I had one purchase him or the new cashier could have to have spent less than 5 minutes. Almost put my purchase back because i had to wait 32 minutes in line. Another employee had to come up to give me the fathers day disscount also. Other wise i love coming here

This place has kind of gone downhill. Not this location, but the company itself. Is almost like they forgot about the people that made them successful. And now they are focusing on another customer base

I wish I had known before about this great tools store.Besides the great customer service, Harbor Freight has a very large quantity of tools for almost everything. When I got into the store, I felt like a child in the toys department.Products cost is cheaper compared with other tool stores.Now I will spend less working in my house maintenance and gardening.

Harrison Location offers the same selection of product offered by all Harbor Freight locations with the added nuance of employees who know nothing about the products they sell or tools in general. Employees seem to dislike dealing with customers in any capacity. They stock things in odd places since they have no clue what they are. If the website shows a product like UV Leak Detection Dye and you decide to give it a shot because its 1/4 the price of The Depot, plan on spending an employee-assisted hour to find it. Once found, on the back wall, between tarps and trailer lights you will feel silly. Why didnt you stop to remember that every time people go camping the first thing they do is test their home refrigerator for leaks. Zip ties? Nestled amidst duct tape, shovels and axes. Duh. Think Serial Killer Supplies. Need steel wool? Its shaped like a ball of dryer lint. Walk right over to the dryer vent section and BINGO! Once you figure out their stocking system its a downhill adventure with the upside being that no one follows you around in attempt to upsell you. In fact, Im relatively confident staff doesnt care if you buy anything at all! I have a love/hate relationship with this location, but cheap cut-off wheels and 20% off coupons and free flashlights keep me coming back!

Tools you get here are a hit or a miss. You can find a great deal on a tool you will use forever or a tool you will use for one project.

Got everything you need at a very good price....one of my favorite places to shop for anything electrical or mechanical.....

I have been waiting the whole month of October for the tarps fir $.97. You would think that Harbor Freight would know how popular this item would be but there was a limit of 3 and you needed a coupon. I went every week. The item was NEVER in stock. So yesterday I had to get a rain check. Well see.

The time was 6:40 PM, 20 minutes to close. Male employee kept hovering and asked me if I needed any help. I said no. Just Looking. He then says just doing my job, but we close in 20 minutes. I said no problem, I would be finished with 20 minutes. I left at 6:55 pm. I asked the same guy if he wasnt supposed to be wearing a face mask per State law, and local ordinances. He said probably. I hope someone enforces Harbor Freight company policies.

Variety of items, decent prices, good value club deals, most of the items seem to last and are good quality tools that I personally have used for a few years.

Purchased several items, one item regular price was a little over $6 dollars, there was a sale price of $3.99, after leaving the store and looking at my receipt I noticed I was charged the regular price, so I went back into the store, and it was at that point I learned from a team member that the orange tickets were for inside track members, so I asked how I could become one and I was handed a flyer with two prices on them on price was a little over $20 dollars and the second price was a little over $40 dollars to become a club member. I told them no thank you, because if I have to pay for a membership to get a good sale price , then its not a sale. Not cool all customers should get the sale price without having too pay for a membership. I did keep the item (1) because I needed it (2) because at the regular price it was still cheaper than other places. Was disappointed that I was not able to get the cheaper sale price.

Great deals and friendly. You dont go here asking how too, your just getting what you need.

This is the closest store to me and as everyone knows, harbor freight has its place in the tool world. Although lately they have been stepping their game up. Quality has improved and their return policy is hard to beat. 4 stars for this location just because the store is a little dated and the stock is not quite up to par with the other locations Ive been to. Overall, recommend this location unless there is another location closer to you.

I usually only stop by one of the Harbor Freight stores about once every few years. Stopped by on 7/16/19 to browse at a few things. Found some pretty good quality items at great prices. Cashier was pleasant.

Waiting in line to check out for 15 minutes is not the way it should be.

Customer service is lacking, tools are okay if you dont really use them regularly. I had to return the last 3items and it wasnt a pleasant experience. They are happy to take your money but reluctant to return it. Better to go to Lowes or home Depot, better tools only slightly higher and easy returns if you do have a problem.

Had the tools I needed to get a job done. Prices were good. Mary the cashier was friendly. The other staff member I approached was kind and showed me where an item was I was looking for.

Bad return policy

They always have great prices! Easy access in and out of the parking lot. Great for DIY tools and a quick stop to pick what you need for the job.

Lousy customer service. Not allowed to assist in assembling items with complicated instructions despite explaining I have a cognitive disability that makes it impossible for me to assemble item. Some staff very unfriendly during 2 visits to the business.

Great prices and the staff here has always been helpful. They even help you get the heavier items to your car if you cannot lift them yourself.

Harbor freight rules, seriously. Only drawback is theres usually only 1 or 2 people working so its a little slower to get help finding something.

Good customer service just dont carry sockets over 1 1/8 and I needed a 35mm. Would recommend otherwise.

I was unable to find the advertised sale item I wanted. Every employee was very busy with other customers. This employees shift was over and he was on his way toward the door. However he saw I needed help.He asked if he could assist and what did I need. Then he actually walked me to the item instead of sending me. Sadly I didnt get his name. This review has broken 3 times. However with this life time warranty I can replace it forever. Though all things inside the HF are of lower quality- the people are not! The warranty offers are affordable and you can replace that broken tool hundreds of times!

I love this store. Harbor Freight has so many different tools and ramps to put something in your truck or van. Its a like a kid in a candy store for people who like or need tools, straps, tailors etc.

Legitimately the worst place to get any customer service. Got online and saw they had an item I needed went to the store and walked around for 20 mins and tried to flag two people down. . . Nothing. People wonder why brick and mortar stores are dying off. Then stuff like this happens.
