The pharmacist is fantastic. She is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about products within the store. She has a keen sense to anticipate the customers needs while managing her day to day tasks. I have been to many CVS pharmacies around the US and by far she stands out by giving customer first experience. She was swift and followed all safety procedures administering my flu shot and she guided me to where the products were in the store. She kept an eye on me to ensure I was aware of the status of my prescription. She had 3 people assisting her and they all leaned on her for advise. They could even take lessons from her on customer service.

Great Customer Service. I came in on a day I lost a family member and was very down. Thats the day I met a worker name Lauren she was helpful, kind and sooo sweet!!! She helped me find everything I was looking for. She even gave me time to explain what I was going through. Lauren is always on it, she greets everyone that comes into the store. She is so outstanding!!!

I dont know what the pharmacy would do without Darryl. He really goes out of his way everytime to make sure his customers needs are taken care of. Despite most days being very busy, he always has a smile on his face and kind words for customers. Thank you for always going above and beyond Darryl, you are truly appreciated.

My medicine is always ready when needed and they have things that other drug stores dont have ...like Clares products and many others!

Won’t answer phone, on hold for over 10 minutes.Always a pain to deal with when having prescriptions filled.Seriously, when you give them a week to fill a prescription and you show up and you still have to wait....

This CVS location is one of my favorites, and I like the CVS model in general. They fill prescriptions here very quickly. The staff is friendly, and they actually seem to know what theyre talking about. Any other items that you need are readily available (they have wine). And the regular purchase checkout line is really fast, though I have never seen this place very crowded. I like the location at Glenway and Guerily Ave. Though the traffic can get heavy at times. In general, I would highly recommend this location.

Today, the pharmacist went beyond my expectations. He apologized when a wait in checkout line.On my way out, I saw him helped customer with carry shopping busket while she was making vitamin selection. That was awesome. I thank God that I choose this cvs location as my pharmacy,where I treat with respect. I always have a glimpse of smile regardless my health has been deteriorated.

I’ve been going to walgreeens for the past decade until one month they didn’t have one of my prescriptions in stock so I ended filling my script with the Pharmacist Darryl. Let me just say his overwhelming kindness and professionalism made me completely switch to this cvs. I’ve never seen anyone work harder helping their customers as Darryl. I’m so thankful Walgreens didn’t have my meds once month or I might have never stumbled upon Darryl and this wonderful Cvs!

High prices limited selection. Several occasions was told my prescription would be ready only to get there and be told they are out of stock. Wasted 25 minute drive. Unfortunately this has happened one too many times. Krogers is getting my business.

I have never had to wait so long for a prescription to be filled in my life, (now well over 30 hours). I will not return.

They need more training

Used to frequent this place regularly. Had a nice variety of ramens that arent the cheap 45 cent packs. Now they dont carry them anymore. And only have cheap nnasty packsUsed to carry packs of freeze dried veggies for the ramens foo. Those are gone. Prices went up, selection went drastically down. Shame. Only place nearby that carried those brands. Even Krogers and Walmart dont have em. Keep your inventory consistent if the product sells. And I would always buy them out. Bad customer service.

To Expensive don’t be stupid go to Costco or Amazon

I called to get my prescriptions transferred to this location from the location downtown and add new insurance. I was informed by the tech that the pharmacist did not like their work load and that my insurance would have to be added in person. Anyone familiar with this scenario knows that after adding new insurance your prescriptions then have to be re-billed and then you have to wait for them AGAIN. Im sorry but Im the customer and that is your job. Im sorry if you dont like your work load but Im pretty sure CVS as a company doesnt like losing customers due to your policy of laziness. I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens not ten minutes later and guess what? They added my insurance over the phone. As a store manager myself I would have a conversation with whoever is essentially turning away business at your location and creating a terrible customer experience.
