The staff was friendly and the visit went very quick. They have a really good selection of glasses as well.

I bought my daughter glasses there. They ended up getting stepped on at home and were a real mess. I brought them back to SVS and the saleslady there was able to bend the frames back in to shape, we are so incredibly grateful to them!Thank you!

I am used to a certain type of service, which I normally get from SVS VISION, but did not get today. I need my new frames tightened, so they are not falling off my face. I will be back on Monday evening, without making an appointment.

I had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly and the doctor was very efficient and professional. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. Then Sarah helped me pick out an awesome pair of new glasses (within my requested budget!) that I cant wait to show off!

This was my first eye exam. It went very smoothly and I was not rushed while deciding which one looked better. The doctor made me feel relaxed during the appointment. He made sure to ask if I had any questions and made sure to ask if I was having any concerns or issues with my eyes/sight at the moment.

Worst place ever takes more than 3 weeks to get a eyeglasses made staff is unfriendly and have no professionalism or courtesy to even apologise never going back there

Was wonderful to my wifes grandpa. He admired the coffee and they sent him home with a little bag for later. He is in a wheelchair and they were so nice and patient with him.

Very friendly! Didnt feel rushed even though the exam/appointment went quickly. Was able to take my time looking at the frames. Very nice lady helped me and gave me her honest opinion--even though I didnt pick her favorite on me, she assured me that I looked great in the frames I picked!Also, I learned about petite frames for the first time and got to focus on trying those--ended up not going with a pair of those but its nice to know they exist and are there just in case my original pick doesnt work out. Ive had issues finding a good fit in frames due to my small head (I can wear kids sizes), but Im confident they will work with me to make sure I get something I wont hate wearing!They had a variety of frames to choose from so chances are youll find more than one pair. Their website also shows the majority of what they offer in frames, as well as special coatings, so you can pre shop and bring in your list as a start. The pair I went with werent even on the website.Only downside is how expensive they are, but thats not their fault. Just be prepared to shell out a couple hundred if you dont have insurance.They said my glasses would be ready in about a week (my glasses are single vision, a couple of their coatings, nothing special).

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful with repairs and frame selection. Physician was professional and courteous all through introduction to the end of the exam.
