Arianna was terrific! She methodically illustrated for me on a graph what each level would entail.Went in a second time because glasses were slipping down my nose( like Ohio Governor DeWine)She said it was due to the weight of the new lenses so…We came up with a solution that the store had just gotten in stock!Little clear rubbery pad for the nose piece.I couldn’t be more pleased!!

I havent been to the eye doctor in over two years since moving to Cincinnati. It was finally time when I ran out of contacts so I picked a random one that was covered by my insurance. Im so glad I picked this place! My appointment was at 10:40 and I was out by 11:20. Very quick and efficient. The doctor went over everything with me in great detail and they went over all the billing details with me very thoroughly! 100% recommend.

I am appreciative of the service I receive whenever I come here, however, I feel like this establishment is lacking in communication with their customers. Just as your prescription changes over the years, so does your insurance and I feel like explaining benefits prior to giving service goes a long way with your customers. Especially now more than ever seeing as we’re coming out of a pandemic and a lot of customers are needing both an eye glasses prescription and a contact prescription. Additionally, some insurance companies make you choose between glasses and contacts and when you wait to explain benefits to customers until after they receive services that they may not have needed or chosen for themselves, youre taking away their ability to make informed decisions for their own well-being and you’re also forcing their hand/income. You’re serving the needs of your business first and your customer second. While everyone here was friendly, for the most part, at the end of the day that’s not enough to make me return to this business.

Good Doctors. Unethical billing practices. Limited customer service.Make sure you know your insurance benefits. Demand answers before services. I asked about charges and told near everything was covered, was then billed for those services. Get it in writing. I have it in writing and they still wont honor it. Good luck getting someone to respond to an email or phone call. Took me 3 notes, 5 calls and three months.Buy products elsewhere. I went in to get a pair of glasses I purchased at this location fixed. Instead of trying to fix, they tried to sell me new ones. Never asked about a warranty or if I wanted new ones. I have another pair of glasses I purchased elsewhere. Have yet to have any issues.I went to another doctors office to see if they could help me fix my glasses. Was treated well. They replaced a part on my glasses free of charge. Never tried to sell me anything. They had some time and offered to look at my insurance and previous billing. They noticed some discrepencies and shared what they would do and why. For instance, they would never put me in a premium lens with my insurance. They believe I was upsold inappropriately at myeyedr based on my insurance and prescription. They told me my glasses were still under warranty and if I had any further issues to call them. I now have a new eye Doctor. Better office. Will save me money.

They do a great job BUT watch out! I needed a new prescription for contacts, which I got, and they ask if you want a contacts fitting...SAY NO!! They charge $135 to watch you put contacts in your eyes and its not covered by insurance! Who would think it would cost that much to have someone watch you put in contacts?! BEWARE!UPDATE: Called them back after their message below. They emphasized their commitment to satisfaction, admitted their staff failed to notify me, and then refused to refund me at all. So its all BS. Same conclusion: BEWARE!

Worst customer service my wife show up late for my appointment, was told that they will double check with the doctor if theyll be able to see her. Waiting for over half an hour no one came back to tell her anything she ended up leaving. its fine if you show up late and you want to cancel her appointment but you must let a person know and not just let them hang, and sit around, its not nice and disgusting!

I called them multiple times & never got an answer or even a voicemail. Someone said they got a new number but how was I supposed to know that because obviously Google didn’t either. I went there & they were rude in the way that they spoke telling me I needed an appt. I will never spend mine or my insurances $ there again. Left & went to LensCrafters & I’ll have my glasses in about a week!

Ive had the same optician for almost 20 years. When i lived in California i set my appointments for when i would visit Michigan. I did the same when i first moved here 5 years ago. When quarantine first started i knew i had waited too long to get new glasses so when this office opened i made one of the first appointments - im never looking back again. Jeffrey was so professional, friendly, and most importantly helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses for me. As long as Jeffrey is there i will be a customer.

I came to get my glasses adjusted and looked up the hours and the website, and door say 7pm. The receptionist had the nerve to unlock the door like I was clueless. I already have a contact order I have to dispute that I didnt order, but now I definitely wont be using this location EVER again. Get it together!!

The front desk service was ridiculous! The young lady at the desk Emma, kept telling us We had to have the insurance fax papers for coverage verification cost , when the insurance card has the number on it, plus all of the verification should have been done before we got to our appointment! What a waste of time! We will never waste our time there again. Moving on to someone that knows how to do their job.

They also seemed rather confused when I asked for a copy of my prescription (glasses and contacts). Despite its the law. :) Overall Ive had great experiences with Wing Eyecare; however, I dont like the high pressure sales.

Im very disappointed in Wing Eyecare and i wont be back. I purchased a new pair of eye glasses and spent $600 at the Beechmont location. They kept changing shape immediately within an hour of wearing them and I went back 5 to 6 times to get them corrected. I went to the Paxton Ave location and had it adjusted once too. A second visit at the Paxton Ave location confirmed that, in fact, the glasses were too small. They ordered new larger pair of glasses and everything was great until I realized the transitions lens wasnt working on the new glasses. I called and was talking to a pleasant representative about what needs to be done. But, the manager, Jeffery, got on the phone. He wasnt pleasant with me at all. First he acted like I was a unwanted customer and told me to go back to Beechmont, even though the glasses was ordered from his store. When I said I would like to go to the Paxton location, he said I can come in, but nothing can be done. I wont be back. I paid $600, but did not get the product I paid for.

Ive gone to Wing Eyecare 3 years in a row for my yearly eye exam and have also purchased contacts through this office after each visit.This is a busy office, so there is sometimes a wait. However, the staff is very helpful and upbeat no matter how busy their day. Theyve been helpful in advising me on different contact lens brands, sending me home with trial lenses, etc.I find their prices very fair and comparable to other offices Ive visited over the years.

I had my first (and certainly not last) experience with Wing Eyecare (Hyde Park) yesterday morning, and it was incredible. The staff persons were exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the optometrist was especially gentle and kind. They easily fitted me with new contact lenses that are comfortable and sharpened my vision to 20/10, ordered me some sweet new frames, AND fixed/adjusted my current 4 yr/old glasses that I thought were falling apart and beyond repair. They even offered to replace the lenses with my current prescription--despite the fact that I bought those glasses from LensCrafters!The salesperson and I worked out a way to best utilize my vision insurance to cover all of this, and the amount I will have to pay for contacts, new glasses, and new lenses for my old glasses is on par with the out-of-pocket cost of my old glasses. (Of course, I did not have vision insurance back then.) The arrangement is perfect: I will have new, stylish glasses for general use, my old rejuvenated sporty glasses updated with photochromic lenses for indoor/outdoor daytime/nighttime activities, and excellent contacts for whenever I need them.

I’ve been having eye strain, headaches and blurry vision for a few months now. I thought maybe it was time for an updated pair of glasses so I visited Wing for the first time since my previous eye doctor had closed down.After my initial visit and ordering some glasses online (Warby Parker), I was still having the same problems but they seemed to be getting worse. I wanted to talk with Dr. Muroski again before reordering glasses to be sure my prescription was correct and to see if he had any advice on how to reduce my eye strain. As soon as he came in the room he was just like theres nothing we can do since you didnt get your glasses here. he said hed recheck my prescription but he couldnt check my glasses (which I totally understood). I mentioned that I had problems before getting new glasses but after he confirmed my prescription was correct he just opened the door and said thats all he could do.Ive never had an eye doctor seem in such a hurry to get me out the door (I felt this way in my initial exam as well, but since it was just an exam I didnt think much of it.) I felt very frustrated that he acted as if his hands were tied because I didnt get my glasses there. Is there really no other potential issue that could be causing these problems? When I got home I did a google search for eye strain and found some eye exercises to try, so I got more help from a 5 minute google search than my eye doctor. Maybe that really was all he could do but with past eye doctors Ive always felt like they provided further information than just my prescription. If all you need is a quick prescription, Dr. Muroski is fine, but if youre looking for anything further Id try elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in the negative experience at this location. Doctor Matthew Muroski show no compassion had low regards for patients. I was so disappointed with his arrogance I walked out. after waiting so long for the appointment. I take pride in my health and would not allow myself to be with a doctor that lacks strength to being optimistic. I do sympathize with his inner need to stand on some one shoulders to make his self feel tall. This was the first time Ive ever walked out of any Doctors Office however I refused to fight his demons. The clerks were really good and were hospitable.

This was the best eye exam Ive ever had - seriously. Very thorough. In addition to the standard exam, I was looking into getting contacts. I was also looking for options outside of eye dilation to check out my eye health, and they offered the Optomap Screening for what I consider a reasonable price (under $40). Now there is a permanent record for eye health based on the Optomap imaging. On top of that, I felt that their attention to what contact lenses worked best for me was more thorough than Ive had anywhere - the first set I tried was too tight (which can increase chances of infection- yikes) and they caught that right away and worked with me to find others that would fit better. They also work with VSP Signature Vision Benefits, which is what I have this year. Cant wait to pick up my order of contacts sometime next week :)
