Salesman, Andre was very nice and he work to get the right car for me. I look at different ones until I found one that Iiked (van). Their finance dept work very hard to get me good rate on my loan. Every thing went very smooth and quick. Only thing I would say that needs work is that they need to clean the car better upon presenting it to you (inside). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I decided to trade my car in and upgrade to an SUV. So I went to Rightway on Colerain Ave. Everything seemed cool at first, that is until the salesman told me the SUV we agreed on wasnt available and would be coming from a different location. He assured me everything would be fine. If I completed all the paperwork and made the down payment I could pick up tomorrow, hopefully before 3pm. So I did and the next day at 1pm after receiving no communication from the salesman or Rightway I called them. He again assured me all was well and the SUV was having its oil changed but would not be ready by 3pm. Still I would get it today. Fast forward to after 5pm Ive called twice more because once again no one has contacted me. Both calls resulted in me being told my salesman was busy and he would call me back. Finally after 6pm I decide to go to the location only to find they have closed for the day and still no one has reached out to me and I still dont have my SUV. Heres hoping I get it tomorrow. BTW my salesman was Greg.

Went in today and got me and my fiancé a new car right away, I recommend it especially if your credit is not the best like ours. they will do everything they can to get you into a new vehicle that dayEDITGave them all my information day one and have been receiving messages for more information they already had, they will be very nice upfront to get the sale but once it’s done that attitude goes away we’re very rude on the phone

Extremely rude and condescending. We came in not long ago and was helped by a man (can’t remember his name) he said we needed a down payment OR certain amount of work. Well we came back with the work. Then it was a 500$ down payment. Well we had the money. Oh but THEN it was “you can only choose from 3 cars in the lot” 🤔 (for whatever reason) so we choose one. THEN THEY SAID oh it’s a $700 down payment (RIGHT after they said $500!). The old SUV with OVER 100,000 miles for $13,000! (my car was brand new only 10,000 miles for &14,000). so they was waxin. It seemed like every time we could do it, they had another hoop for us to jump through. They didn’t want our money I guess. Even tho we had money to spend! Greg is who helped us when we came back. We were so excited after reading reviews of this place but we came in and was treated very unfairly. We will be taking our business to elsewhere!

They put my mother in a car that within less then 24 hours stopped running, instead of refunding her they decided to “fix” the vehicle and told her she had to keep the car...Overall bad business, it’s set up to get majority minorities in their building then give them a car that won’t run longer than a month out in my mother case a day.Avoid at all cost. Seriously if you need a car - find a different alternative

Got a new car here today, they took care of things really quick and I was able to drive away in a newer car than the one I had originally gotten from them. Really nice and Brandi is awesome with helping and getting things done.

The sales man was condescending and looked surprised when I said I have a car insurance and a valid license I just have to get my new one the next morning. I filled out the pre approval before I went in for my appointment and was basically laughed at when I told him I was pre approved.

Do not come here to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus here months ago, and the second time I drove it, it broke down. Check engine light came on, driver side window wouldnt roll down.A few weeks later the car began overheating and I got it into a shop. Turns out the car had $3000 worth of recalls and an additional $4000 worth of work needed to get it to run. It is now THREE WEEKS without my vehicle I just purchased. I called and kindly explained that I dont want the vehicle anymore. Immediate screwy attitudes, and its not my problem once you signed the paperwork. I dont think you understand how a bank loan works.Salesperson was BrandiManager I spoke to was GaryStay very very very far from this dealership.Will be posting this to every major review site.-Dylan Fussell

Anthony is a scammer. Sold me a car that had multiple issues and never brought up any of these issues to me before hand. My car broke down and I had it towed to them for them to fix and he said the Warranty does not cover it. Why sell a car that has major issues ? He then had the audacity to get smart over the phone. Be warned this place sells bad cars with most of them having engine sensor issues.
