I bought a 09 Chevy Traverse from them on 5/12/2021.. And its basically a Lemon. I had to replace tires because the inside tire on the driver side had three big plugs and i had to get windows fixed because some didnt work. Now the transmission is slipping!!!! I need some help on this matter. I aint got $4200 dollar to just throw away like this..

Good prices, friendly staff. That’s as far as I made it, as Ramzi sold a vehicle out from under me to a dealer after setting up the deal, confirming the price, coordinating with my bank and sending the buy order to them, and awaiting third party inspection. No phone call, no request for deposit, no notice. If you’re local, it may be worth a look. If you’re not, Ram motors is not trustworthy.

This was a first.. went up there to test drive a 2005 civic, I should have first been alerted when it didn’t start but the young sales men assured me the battery was good to go and just needed a quick jump. The test drive began (by myself), and right off the bat I could tell there were issues with the car as it would not slid into each gear (5 speed). It also made a terrible sound in lower gears. It took some time to actually get it to go into 3rd gear as well when driving, it just would not go into place. Note: I’ve been driving a clutch for 18 years so it wasn’t me haha. Anyways, after those issues the car stalled on me on the highway and it would not start again. So there I am in a test drive car stalled on the highway with no battery life even to click on the hazards. I phoned my young friend who promptly arrived by himself assuming that I was going to drive this junky back to his lot which I informed him I wasn’t driving that thing again. Long story short I drove his car back to the lot, no one gave me any type of apology and all in all no one seemed to care. Just another day at the office and another dollar to be made. When I returned their car back to the lot the gentlemen there simply asked if I put his battery starter in the back seat of the car. I said yes and he said thank you and have a nice day. Would NOT recommend RAM MOTORS!

I had a bad experience with Ramzi himself. He chose not to respect my covid concerns when I asked him nicely where was his mask, because he was about a foot away from me talking. He disrespected me in front of my daughter saying If you are scared, you should have stayed home! I respectfully left, to collect my thoughts as to what just happened. I came back because I was very interested in a couple of his cars but at the end my conscious would not allow me to do business with someone that was disrespectful to me, my daughter and my health concerns

Went there to look at an Audi they had shared on Facebook marketplace which was over a 2 hour drive. When I got there the car was covered in scratches & had rust that they’d been careful not to show in the posted pictures. Since I’d driven so far I thought I’d go ahead & take a closer look so I talk to the person working & got the keys. When I started it up I noticed it sounded pretty bad but the guy working said I should take it out for a drive & see what I thought. As soon as I went to pull out of the lot the entire dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with every single warning light imaginable. To put this in perspective, I am a serious car guy that has exclusively owned imports for the past 20 years & I’ve never seen anything like it. I get back & tell the guy that I do not want the car & he asks why, I tell him that every light on the dash is either on or flashing but, I’m sure he already knew that. Either way, I wasn’t going to take that car home but, the kicker was that he was absolutely dead set on getting the full asking price for it even with the problems & tried to tell me that they would hook up a scanner to show me the codes were nothing serious. Bottom line here is that this lot sells straight up junk & I wouldn’t buy anything from them & I’d advise nobody else to waste their time & money here.

I spent almost a full week dealing with this place first car transmission went out that was 3 thousand happened same hour he kept saying it was as is is as is literally right after I left before I got home would not stay in gear than took it back promised to put me in something better I found something I really liked he kept me on the line for 2 days to tell me he cant do it with a 3k down payment......BE VERY CAREFULL will never go back

RUN, DONT JUST WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!I went to Ram Motors with a Friend, just to be there while she purchased a car. She had found one on their website, she was very interested in. She did a lot of research on it before we went. She was there with cash in hand & ready to buy. The 1st thing that struck me, was the dirty Interior of the vehicle. There was mud in the doors, not the frame, but the door. Also, trash between the seats. We figured it wasnt a big deal. She wants a reliable car, not a pretty one. After quite a while, and viewing several other cars, a young man in sweats approached us. We asked if we could test drive the vehicle. After the paperwork, and obtaining the key, we went to start the test drive. Upon starting the car, the radio was blaring. We couldnt adjust the volume or change the station. This wasnt how a test drive should start! I had to go back into the building to obtain assistance. The young man came out so, he could show us how to use the radio. He couldnt get it to work either. He pulled the knobs off and blew on them. His only resolution was to have it pulled into the garage, the next day. We decided to go ahead with the test drive. Although, the vehicle drove extremely well, we found numerous additional issues. Such as, the navigation system and AC didnt work. However, the most disturbing was the hood. It shook so violently on the highway that we believed it would fly open! My Friend decided that overall she liked the car. If they could fix the problems and meet her price, she was going to buy it. Upon entering the building, a man approached us and asked about the test drive. As we started to explain our concerns, the man became Extremely Defensive! He walked out, heading to the car, while saying you know its a used car. Every issue we stated, he had a rude comment. When he got into the car, he said well the radio works now. As if, we made it up! My Friend even said, ask the young man. I asked about the price, which he told me. So, I asked how much he could come down. He said None. I was shocked and jokingly replied, she would need a loan if you cant move on the price. He responded No. We dont do loans under $10,000. Its not worth our time. I said couldnt you move on the price at all. His reply was, Id need to get permission from the home office but, Ive NEVER seen them come down more than $500, EVER! My Friend said the price is well over blue book. His response was, you shouldnt go by blue book. We only use NADA pricing. Every single time we spoke or asked a question, he came back with the dumbest response. We were a waste of his time because we werent willing to pay full price. He even said we shouldnt have test drove the car without knowing the price. We knew the price from the website. What we didnt know was that they DO NOT NEGOTIATE! Theyre Extremely Rude and Condescending! They sure cant afford to treat customers like this. Especially considering the product theyre selling. I told my Friend, as we left, I think you just dodge a Bullet! I felt like I needed a shower after being in Ram Motors! Tell one and all to stay away!!

Just bought a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer from Ram Motors for $3999. Everyone there was friendly, from the guy detailing the cars, to his nephew that was helping with sales. Ramzi is nice and easy to work with and very organized... I felt very comfortable buying a car from him... The car I bought is so nice... Leather interior looks brand new... Cost is priced below market which was about $2000 less then average and I mentioned to him the price was very much fair and he said they dont mark them up like other dealers only to mark them down to make the customer feel better... It worked for me as it was an easy decision... It is worth it to check out what they have or what they could find for you...

Visited ram today and think I know where the name Ram originates from. All the cars were rammed as in body panel damage. They have an amazing photographer. The Acura I arrived to look at was repainted with runs in the paint. It was white and white is the easiest colors to repaint back is the hardest.

Stay away! These ppl act nice untill they get their money! Transmission went out the day after I bought it, as well as the brake line breaking almost causing a crash. They also dont Honor their warrantys! Stay away!

Im 4 hours from this dealer, so I had to be fully sure the car and price made sense before going. They had exactly the version and color i was looking for. Both Matt and David were really helpful and professional, they sent me pictures of small details the car had, and closed everything by phone. I drove in, finished test drive and paperwork in less than 2 hours, and went back home in two cars... awesome!

I love this dealership. They are very service oriented and do their best to make your buying or service experience the best. Their personnel are all friendly and they do not pressure the customer in any way. Which is saying a lot for an auto dealership! I highly recommend them if you are buying a vehicle or if you have any service needs for your current vehicle.

So disappointed in this place. After all the great reviews, I saw they had a few cars I liked on their lot. We drove out on a Sunday (when I knew they were closed, so we could look around in peace) and confirmed a couple that I was interested in. Called the next day and spoke with Amy, the Finance Manager about getting financed. I submitted a credit app online and waited. Finally I called and asked what was going on and she just kept saying Oh, Ill check with the bank and get back to you. Nothing. I called back again and got the same answer. Finally I stopped chasing after them and went and bought a car somewhere else. Shame, because Amy was so nice and friendly. I really thought they were going to help me. I guess they didnt want to sell me a car. To this day, I havent heard from them.

Purchased a Rabbit from Ram Motors in July and its been a nightmare ever since just to get the title and it is two days away from October. Have called once a week for the past month to get an update on the title just to be yelled at and told it was already mailed!! Called today and they confirmed the title was mailed on September 25. This whole experience has been absolute garbage and we will never purchase a car from this place again.

This is the only dealership I use and Keith is the only salesman I will use. We always end up working out a deal that makes them happy and me happy. Anyone looking for a new vehicle, I recommend this be the first dealership you visit before you go anywhere else.

My alternator went out on my Honda Pilot I purchased from Ram Motors 2 months ago. I called to see if he could get me a deal on one and he actually ordered me one. When I asked him the cost of it he simply said Ive already taken care of it and asked to make sure I had someone to put it on for me. My paperwork wasnt together. They had a problem with their printers. Couldve happened to anyone.Found a small problem with the car but they setup right away to get it fixed.More then fair.

We went to see the dealer regarding a car. He said the car is clean, no accident or anything reported. We asked for a carfax report, the dealer was reluctant. Told us to check it by ourselves, did that and found that the car has salvage history. Totally dissapointed. Strongly recommend to avoid this establishment.

I took a friend to buy a car here. Its been about 2 months and she still hasnt received the title and on top of that the car stopped working after two weeks and needs major work. Im confused about there high ratings on google reviews. All i will say is do your research i guess you get what you pay for had she had a few thousand more to pay for a car she might have got something that last longer.

Our sales guy, Kemon was great, but the owner, Ram was horrible. He didnt even speak to me when I walked in and he never engaged with me. He wanted to sale me a 2012 Aura for 500 a month and it had engine problems.
