Unprofessional Had my car for 3 weeks to do a recall and never called me back when it was done they said that they would call me when the job was done never got a call so I had to call them and ask was it done and they said come get it, so then I picked the car up and the hood wasn’t aligned right to where the hood hit my fender I have pics and everything to prove it they told me the car was wrecked never was in a wreck in the front end horrible customer service then once I left the car there again cause the service manger told me he would fix the car so a week later I called him and asked was the car done they said they wasn’t going to fix it to come get the car and hung up on me so I called back and was on hold for 30 minutes to get the mangers voicemail so then I left a message and never heard from anybody I left 2 voicemails and to the service manger absolutely unprofessional and horrible customer service now I have to pay out my pocket to fix something that wasn’t broke when I dropped it off don’t take your car to kings Kia, thanks kings Kia I’ll never take any vehicle there again in life and also going to tell this story to every person I know.

Sooo in love! We ordered the 2022 Telluride 2 months ago and was surprised yesterday with an early delivery. We initially were trying to just buy one in stock. However, the inventory was so low due to the high demand. Our salesman Shawn Harvey was incredible. He mentioned just ordering one so we can get what we want and we did just that. Shawn was very responsive to our millions of questions. He was always keeping us updated. Rob (sales manager) also would send out emails to let us know the status of our vehicle. Had a pretty excellent experience buying my new Sorento. Best dealership experience Ive had, and they wound up having a car that hit all the sweet spots I needed.Kris Pendleton lined up everything I needed online, and when I rushed in he was with another customer so Zach Miller came in and finished off the deal. The process took a couple hours, but I had fun hanging out and chatting with the staff in the meantime.I would have liked a little more for my trade in, given other offers I had, but Kings had the Sorento I wanted & the process was going smoothly enough. With an extreme shortage of supply, they assume they dont have to put forth any effort to make a sale right now. Ive heard horror stories from other dealerships, even within Kia as a brand, about instituting non-contractual requirements like limiting the amount of money a buyer can put down or setting arbitrary early payoff timelines so as to maximize interest profits from the loan and/or refusing to sell a new car if you dont trade in your old one.Kings Kia didnt play any of those games with us. I love my new 2022 Kia K5! I really recommend Will Manning! For someone purchasing their first vehicle, he was very patient and understanding. This dealership does not add on extra things to your car and will give you everything you want. They didnt have my car but found a dealership that did and Will went and picked it up. He stayed in contact with me the whole time and even Facetimed me when he got back to the dealership. A+ service! They are very patient(even with my attitude lol). I was fortunate enough to work with Tyler and he was wonderful!! I had looked online and found a car I had liked. When I got to the dealership, Tyler had it up front and waiting for my test drive. We quickly went over details and exchanged information and that Kia Sorento came home with me that night! Daughter paid cash for a 2013 Nissan Rogue and within 5 days the air doesnt work. We took it back so they could diagnose it being the air compressor which we already knew from our mechanic. They told us it would be $1075 and that the warranty doesnt cover it!!!! They refused to make it right. They did say they would knock 20% off but thats still $860 that she doesnt have after she just bought the car. Had we known that we never wouldve purchased it. Needless to say, passed and disappointed.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful as soon as I walked through the doors. This was after inquiring about a Kia Telluride online, even that was pleasant! The dealership doesn’t add accessories you don’t need to the vehicles to increase the price. Trevor was helpful in bringing the vehicle to my house to look at and the digital buying process for doing the paperwork from my house was a first and very easy and safe. I had a minor problem with the car needing the door striker adjusted and Chris in service took care of it the same day and was super helpful. I recently purchased a 2022 Telluride from Kings Kia and the experience could not have been better. I worked with Jason who was great, and helped me every step of the way. Everyone there was super helpful and made it a really great car buying experience. There was also no upcharge or shady additional charges on the Tellurides, which a lot of dealers are doing.
