Booked my first facial and I must say I was “COMPLETELY SATISFIED” From the warmness of the place, being greeted, not feeling like a “number” to my tech taking wonderful care of me to cashing out, I couldn’t of ask for more. Abby was simply amazing. Abby knew just what to say and made me feel very comfortable. She didn’t overdo the conversation because I believed she wanted me to enjoy the experience. I have been going to Paragon salons for a number of years now. The salon and employees give off a friendly, family type vibe. I especially love talking to Teresa at the desk. She is so down-to-earth and helpful with product suggestions. The interns providing shampoos always do a great job incorporating a scalp massage into their process. My stylist, Kelly Buttlesworth , is amazing at what she does and I always walk out with an amazing cut.

Great professionals. They make sure they cut and style your hair the way you want it and not the way they can only cut it. They have massages, they do make up. Skin care and nails. Just about anything you need and want.

I recently moved back to the west side and needed to find a new hair stylist. I used to get my hair done at Paragon when I was young so I decided to give them a try and I’m SO glad I did.My hair stylist was Danielle and she worked a miracle on my hair. I have gotten into the bad habit of cutting my own hair instead of heading into the salon so she had a mess on her hands. But she took what was a total disaster and made it look beautiful!! My hair hasn’t looked this good in years! I used to go to Valenti Salon over in Mariemont and I haven’t felt this good about my hair in a long, long time.I also got my eyebrows and lip waxed by Joy and she was a total delight! I will be returning to her as well! I am so glad I gave Paragon a try. I will be a repeat customer.

I always go to Paragon. The employees are nice and it is very clean. Plus, they do a wonderful job from hair cuts, nails, make up and messages. This is a place to get pampered. Ill never go any where else.

I love the quality of service they provide, and especially love the great cuts and styles that I get from Laura Haun Jones. She listens to what you want, and gives the best hair cuts I have had in years.

I had went to this salon a few months ago with brown hair with a horrible red brassy color that was left over from the color dark plum purple that I bought from Sally’s. I wanted a Jennifer Anniston blonde highlights, and the first time that I went in wasn’t there was an issue on pulling out the under tone pink color and the only fix was a brown neutralizer color. My haircut was exactly what I wanted, and the nasty looking brassy red was gone, but my hair didn’t have blonde highlights! When I went home I was not happy and my fiancé could see that I loved my haircut though hated that it was still brown. The next day he called and talked to the owner Debbie and explained that I wasn’t happy with my results and she wanted to only fix the issue by any means possible. And to the first step was talk to me, have me send pictures of my hair, and set up appointment to get my hair redone by her personally. She did an amazing job, very professional yet socialiable. I walked out feeling like a queen with my blonde highlights, and she even showed me tricks to blowout my hair with the blow drier. I have tried so many salons to find the right results with my highlights, haircut, and waxing of my eyebrows, and never found a place that I was happy with all three services until now. I am a very pleased and satisfied customer and I choose to drive from Versailles Indiana to Cincinnati just to get the best services possible.
