This is a really nice hair store, they definitely enforce wearing a mask, they have multiple hair products and also they have nice outfits they are a bit pricey but besides that ita s nice store to get the things you need....... This is one of the hair pieces I got from there. 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Nice store but am VERY disappointed with the return policy during this pandemic. Due to the fact that customers arent able to try on wigs at this time, if a customer purchase a wig and decide when they get home they dont want it because they might feel the wig wont look right on them because they wasnt able to try it on, and clearly the package havent been opened, customers should be able to at least exchange for something else if you dont want it. When you spend a lot of money at a business you should be able to be satisfied as a customer as well its only right. Its understandable for clothing not to be returned at this time. But if a package is unopened especially hair and wigs when it can be so expensive also, you should be able to at least exchange thats good business and good customer service.

Love the selection... although, one of the employees treats me like Im going to steal something, no matter how many times I come in.... which is often😅

Best hair store I’ve been to in a long time. They are always refreshing their products and as soon and something new and better come out... they are already purchasing it! They are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the product. Everyone in this store is extremely welcoming, and very patient! I drive 35+ minutes to this store in particular one because of the customer service and two they never disappoint!

Every time I go into JC Beauty I always see what I want I go straight back to the wig section and their wigs always look beautiful even though you cant touch on the hair I always still like going there and see exactly what I want I Just actually bought one last month. :)

From the outside looking in I was a bit apprehensive that I would find any deals or merchandise that I would wear or like. I was greatly surprised! They literally have everything from TOA rings to hair clips to bodysuits two different color weave and and wigs quality makeup lots of different styles and affordable accessories clothes excetera for people of all ages. I look forward to going again in the future.

Absolutely the best hair store in the area. The first time I visited I thought I was dreaming. Very clean and organized. Prices are good. Great assortment of wigs. Just about every brand of hair products you can think of including brands you can only get online. The owners are very nice and helpful. Never experienced anything bad coming here. Lol I think I spend half of my check in here. Will continue to shop here.
