I’m always at a hair store for some hair color adore is a favorite I’m also in love With the new kiss brand too

Never can find good stuff anymore. They use to have a lot but changed during the years. I dont like that you cant really understand what they’re-saying. I was looking at wigs which I guess you can’t touch or show anyone on FaceTime what it looks like either. I don’t like that they watch your every move even the black lady. I’d called my husband to ask about a color and the worker watched and stared at me the whole time, very uncomfortable. They don’t have to worry about me spending my money there or coming back. Last but not least not discounts with your professional cosmetology license either!!!!!! All hair stores have discounts with license or some program. AWFUL STORE !!!

I’ve visited this location absolutely only once a few years ago after a friend suggested the location because they were open on a Sunday. The staff are the rudest people I ever met in any establishment in Cincinnati! They are super unprofessional and have nasty attitudes. I would not recommend spending money with them. I walked out never spent a dime and will never return. I don’t know how people patronize a place so unwelcoming.

My experience.... where do I start?? Ok in climate we’re living in as minorities we should be sensitive to each other. I entered the store the immediately asked did I need help, I replied no thank you I’d like to look around and purchase some things. Approximately 3minutes later I was approached again with the same question. I politely reiterated that I want to look around and purchase some things. After Thant the gentleman proceeded to follow me the entire time. I brought ten items to the front at which time I told him I did not need a personal shopper. The man became aggressive I pulled $1,000 dollars from my pocket allowed them to ring the items and told them I WOULD NOT BE PATRONIZING THEM EVER. In addition I informed them I’d be leaving a lengthy review. RACIALLY PROFILED AT THIS STORE🤬

The owners are rude to customers. Both times I visited this store, the staff was helpful but the owners always terrible. They dont trust the people they serve and they show it

I wish I didn’t have to give them one star they are very rude not helpful at all don’t speak upon arrival or thank you when u leave they rush you out the store as if they don’t want the sell and also provide no assistance if u can’t find something! They close before hours that’s posted and have over charged me several times and only offered store credit to make up for the over charged amount... I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy let along friend or family member SERVICE SUCK BIG TIME!!

Customer service is horrible I wanted to buy one item for $5.99 she said I had to buy something for $10 in order for me to use my Visa card they have been ripping people off for years. I also had to tell one of the employees to quit following me around the store. Do not shop there if you do not want to get ripped off or if you have any dignity about yourself

Didnt even realize this hair store existed until I needed to get hair on a Sunday. For that reason along is why I will rate this place a 5. Its open on Sundays. Everyone else is closed o. Sundays... Super Bummer.. But this hair store,,,,, love it!!!!!

Horrible I was treated very badly and I asked a question about a product. and was snapped at for just asking about a product. Never Again they have very nasty attitudes but want ur money. first I was not greeted coming in the store. while the owner just avoided me so that right there was a red flag. then the lady treated me very nasty in reference to asking about a product #they want ur money but treat u nasty !!!!Terrible !!!!!!! Ive been going to this beauty supply store for years. and fully aware of the positive and negative views about the place. From my own experience, I love the interaction that Ive experienced with the staff and they have been very helpful to me and even gotten to know them. Because of that its been easy for them to help me find what Im looking for. Customers have had run ins with the owners and people feel a certain way. Ive havent and I treat people in a positive way to receive the same thing back. The prices are competitive to other locations. Supplies are always in stock.

Lady was very rude not my normal place but this was near me at that time on a sunday open

Its clean have someone to help different selections to choose for your hair and they respect you, wear your 😷 when you shop and come inside the store

You would think after shopping at a store for so long some type of relationship would be garnered or at least a sense of respect but I have yet to receive that. Me & my family have lived in this area and shopped here my entire life yet we are still treated like petty criminals. I expect the usual follow-around when visiting this store, even from the African-American workers that the owners have hired to do their shameless dirty work. I have never gave a dirty look, I make sure to keep my purse zipped up when browsing and I even try to keep my hands in plain sight. Which isnt even something I should have to do yet on my last visit I was still harassed! I didnt even walk the aisles, I came in & went straight to the checkout desk to look at lip liners where the owner and his wife are usually on their pedal stool looking down. Every step I took, he took. Every lip liner I looked at to the right or to the left, he did the same. Its exhausting! And even though the staff ACTS nice here, its still disrespectful and Im so damn tired of it. I love the inventory here, I like the prices, its convenient, but Im finally ready to be done them. I wont be back.

This store had exactly what I was looking and completely made my day. The staff were very courteous and the store was very neat. I definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Decent hair supply store.. I go there often. Wide variety of hair, products, hair accessories, makeup, jewelry, oils, incense, clothes (lol) etc.. Prices are reasonable for me considering Im from Ky.. I dont pay attention to the owners but the Black girls are wonderful! My one stop shop!

They follow you around in the store to make sure youre not stealing they have a no refund policy they are rude if I was you I would not spend my money there they dont even deserve one star

The owner and his wife have experienced a variety of customers, so I encourage you to respect their store or they will put you in your place- Quickly. The staff is knowledgeable and informative. This store has everything available in haircare.

Everyone always complains about this location because of service but I can honestly say Ive NEVER had a service issue. But now that a few of my fave employees are gone and prices have went up, I dont go as much. Ive been knowing Mrs. Chu since I was younger and shes always been nice to me.

This hair store has amazing deals. I went and bought faux Locs from this hair store and they were only 3.99 a pack really good quality. I had them in for a month but you could have worn them longer. You can also reuse them.

Nice they have a lot of products but could benefit from better customer service skills(the owners).

It was horrible. I was treated unfairly. I was demanded to spend $10, when my subtotal was $8.52. I asked for a paper towel for wiping lip gloss off my hand from testing some of the glosses. They refused to give any. They stated, we dont have any. Lies. What place of business who offers testers dont have paper towels to assistant customers. I doubt you would want me to wipe it on my clothes. Ive never seen such ghetto unprofessional Korean people in my whole life. My services will ALWAYS go to bond hill beauty supply. Carry on.

I have to agree that the service is not the best nor is their inventory. I do go there because their prices are by far better than other black hair stores. The store is messy and the staff could be more appreciative of the business they get, but in comparison to other black hair vendors they are not any better or worse. In my opinon they are all very rude when it comes to customer service. If anyone out there knows of a black beauty supply store where the staff is friendly appreciative of your business, is reasonably priced and has what you came in there for at least 75% of the time, please do share...

If you respect yourself PLEASE spend your money with people who respects you too!! You deserve respect at the bare minimum 💯. I think that I may start a ride sharing service to get people to other hair stores... Go anywhere else...

I had one of the worst experiences here today. I usually dont write reviews but this had to be shared. I am really big on customer service but apparently this store is not. I guess they hire young individuals that dont know the importance of a customer. I ended up arriving 20 minutes before the store closes due to not being from the area. I was rushed the whole time being reminded that the store was closings and even was told that either i go up to the register now or just leave the store. However they were letting friends and known customers in. Employees cussing at the customers telling them they need to get the hell out. I could understand if this place was top notch or the quality was amazing but you are not even allowed to touch the hair. Worst experience ever.

Anyone saying its bad, must have been on some mess walking in the door. I have shopped here since I was a teen, never any issues. Like most hair stores, staff may appear everywhere, but service is there too . You cant have a jacked up delivery an expect a positive response. The owners have their days, but the rest of the staff are nice. You have to think, as long as this store has been in this location... they have to Be doing something right.

Ive given this place 1,000 chances to prove me wrong about them and yet again theyve proved me right THEY ARE HORRIBLE I wouldnt shop at this beauty supply store if they were the only store in the city. I called to ask if they carried a particular brand of hair and she said I dont know umm ok? Are you able to check? No theres no one in the store that can check? No REALLY??!??!?!?? Now I remember why I didnt shop here for years and I see why their reviews are terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere they dont appreciate business especially black business which brings in most of their revenue.

Good place to go too get all your hair care needs. Down side is the guy who I think is the owner follows you around.

I read all the reviews and attempted to call Hair Lucky Beauty Supply before going to their store. I was let down, I asked if they carried Equal Cubian Twist Hair and/or Freetress Jamaican Twist Hair. They responded yes I then inquired about lengths and prices for each length. He stated It is on the floor, you come in! He hung up on me. I agree with the reviews from previous patrons of this establishment. Spend your money some where else.

The store overall is okay, the service by some of the girls there is very tacky and unprofessional. Having a conversation about a brand of hair and using vulgar language is not necessary. I could have been a vendor for a brand for something and her using that type of language was uncalled for at work with a customer.

Get the job done when i need weave as for the service i never experienced any rude behavior from them like i see from the other reviews im out and in to fast to even notice lol

I have shopped here for years, but the sometimes they are short staffed. Sometimes the prices are high and the workers follow you around the store. Its ridiculous, I almost walked out.
