One day I needed to pick up a few things and it just so happened to be my birthday, and I just casually mentioned it to the daughter and to my surprise, she said wait a minute, ill be right back. My mother shopped here when I was a kid and I shopped here throughout my teens. But i moved away. When I came home I went right back here! I currently live in an area where beauty supply is not available and i still travel 68 miles to shop here! Their father was great! The kids who run the store now are great! I just love it here ❤️

Really poor customer service, they really ignore you there even though its clear your in need of help or looking for something. They dont even wont to speak when you enter, I wont be going back they didnt even have anything I came in the there for.

I shop here , often less than often . When we need a hair store , this is the first place me & my sister come to . I never asked the employees or owners their names , I constantly forget ! However , they are very welcoming , kind , helpful , knowledgeable of their store & products , patient & even funny lol . I enjoy the fact their store is super duper organized & very well lit , not too bright . The most time Ive spent in there was about an hour & I still didnt see everything there was to see . The parking lot is a decent size & always clean . The location is perfect (for me because I live pretty close lol) . 10/10 I would definitely recommend .-P.S if I could make a suggestion , would it be possible to have the nail brand KISS on shelf ??Thank youuu in advance 😊 !

I went here with a friend of mine who was picking up some eye pencil. The staff were nice and pleasant. I do not shop here but it was nice to see the staff treat my friend with respect and assist her. The reason for the 4 star is because the space felt a little tight inside. That is just me. I prefer for beauty supply stores to have more of an open space. But I highly recommend this store. My friend loves to the store and shop often.

This is the most convenient hair store for me which is the only reason I go. Their hair selection is very slim but they are pretty friendly for the most part. This hair store is very basic. The wig selection is as well.

This place was a god send for me. They have the best selection of real hair and synthetic wigs in the Cincinnati area. The staff are very patient and helpful. Definitely made losing my hair to cancer more bearable. They also carry extensions and lots of other products.
