I only gave this place a 1 because its been a whole month n half n still nothin no car nothin i call n they gave me a sob story which i obviously got because these guys still have my car. THEY DO GOOD WORK THATS THE ONLY REASON WHY I LET MY CAR STAY ..WHEN I DO GET IT BACK FINALLY I EXPECT PERFECTION . SOOOO UPDATE THEM LATER.

We had a complete blow out and was headed further north and needed a new tire. This business was a God send because they were able to get us in and out quickly and headed back on the road. We were so thankful.

Honest and always fair. And they always do a great job. They dont milk hours, overcharge for parts, or ignore you when youre trying to explain issues. Highly recommended.

Had a new power steering pump installed. Upon picking the vehicle up the car turns left just fine but the wheel sticks when turning the wheel to the right. I called to see if they could bleed the power steering system and the mechanic refused to honor this request because they allegedly already did this process but when I went to pick up my car the hood was up on my car and it was in the garage because they allege they was gonna try and bleed the power steering system again.

Refilled my tires. Free, Happy people.

I finally found an honest car shop. They are fair with prices and they do great work. Customer service is on point.

I had a bad experience that lead to more problems in the future. I took my vehicle to have my engine repaired and was looking forward to having my car working and back mobile again. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with my engine after the repair was completed; a slow oil leak. This is a huge problem because as the oil leaks, oil levels become are low and cause possible engine over heating and damage. To avoid that, I took my vehicle back to be looked at. The staff at the time would not look at my vehicle and mentioned that the mechanic that worked on my car/processed my repair no longer works there. The manager advised me to “make sure you keep oil in the car”, being that they would not fix the leak.At that time, I’ve already spent over $3,300 Just to be back in the same predicament. Very frustrated and saddened that after being a regular paying customer with the company and first time customer at this particular location that nothing could be done or at least offered after paying so much money.

Very awesome place, they give me very excellent service for my scion Xd 2012, very recommended for students.

Had brakes replaced on 4Runner. Caliper started leaking months later. Bob Summeril replaced everything for free since brakes were still on warranty. Very professional. Thx guys!

Kept my car for over a week and never looked at it. Charged me $700 for something that didn’t even need fixed, and to top it off they stole things out of my vehicle. Manager is unprofessional and rude when I brought up my concerns.

Took my 1993 Chevrolet Suburban in for my ABS light on and Larry at the counter told me I would have it back in two days. These guys had my car for a whole and on top of that they stole my gucci guilty cologne out of it. You should avoid this place at all cost. Not even a last option.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Usually able to get convenient appointment times and see a quick turn around. They are always my first call for my car.

The guys were very nice with quick service. Would highly recommend oil change to this location.

Amazing experience. The people here are so kind and so entertaining and are willing to help you out in any way to make such an exhausting experience a very tolerable one. Chip even filled up my car for me. So happy to have my car in their hands for the second time. Chip and Larry still offer free entertainment.

Its not easy to find a trustworthy, reliable mechanic but thats what the downtown Bob Sumerel is. The pricing is fair and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this garage and go here for everything from oil changes to brakes.

These guys are awesome. Had a power steering return line replaced at another shop that broke a month after installation. The people at Bob Sumerel fixed the part, informed me what was wrong with the bad part, gave me the actual bad part to show to the other shop, and offered to speak to the other shop to explain to them what went wrong with the installation. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant to work with and did a great job answering any questions. Best of all my car was repaired quickly! They had my car for only a little over a day. Great work. Will definitely be taking my cars here again!

Got a flat on my way to work downtown. Called when they opened and was able to get my car in. Larry went out of his way to shuttle me back to my office building, and again at the end of the day to pick me up so I wouldnt have to hoof it for a mile and a half. Overall, for a $30 plug job, a major inconvenience turned into a very stress-free experience with these guys. Highly recommended. Thanks

Just had to have my starter replaced. They were so nice and helpful. Had it fixed quickly and the car runs like new! Didnt charge more than anywhere else Ive been. I would recommend them for sure. Its especially convenient if you work downtown like I do!

I my rating pertains to customer service here. I had asked about the status of an auto repair, and was told that it was complete. When I attempted to test my understanding by asked by the gentleman a couple more questions, (treating him with dignity and respect and politeness) he advised me that he was not taking this any farther with me, do you understand? Ya, I understand. Customer service here sucks.

Took care of a work vehicle for me that needed to be looked at. Also made sure all tires were safe for travel. Thanks for taking care of my issue so promptly. All team members involved were courteous and professional.

This place is a scam. When my girlfriends window got busted and we took it in, they replaced it for $440. We get the car back, there’s still glass all over the inside of the car and in the door pane you can hear glass inside it. A day later the window will not go all the way up, dropped it back off again and they wanted another $195 to take the panel off again and look at it, also said it could potentially cost more because the window button could be causing this? No, that’s wrong the button works just fine, the window still goes up and down but it seems off track. Literally trying to get another $195 just to take the panel off. Do yourself a favor and take your business some elsewhere.

Super fast service. Great work. Wish they would include free valve stems. I left with the same valve stems and no caps. Could of thrown in the valve caps.

I can be a bit overbearing when it comes to checking on my car, but Larry at the Bob Sumerel on Court St was so patient and explained everything to me. Pricing was very reasonable and they took care of my car. I would definitely recommend this shop!!

The guys at this location bend over backwards to make sure they take care of you as quickly as possible. They brought in parts from out of state same day to get me back on the road safely and enjoying my vacation again.

Horrible! My car sat there for almost a week without being looked at. Only to discover it was parked in an overflow lot of cars. After a frustrating week w/o my car I picked it up only discovered my side mirror was broken and they did not want to replace it bc I chose to take it somewhere where they were willing to look at it only to find out there was nothing serious wrong. Out over $400 for nothing in rentals and time!

Was towed in with one flat tire, stressed out and missing work. They told me I had a second that was going to blow at any second. I foolishly believed them and did it.I kept the tire and had it checked out later, it was nowhere near bald! They completely took me for a ride. Dont go here and if you do dont believe a word they say!
