I took my 2014 Ford Escape here for an oil change and multipoint inspection. The service was great, the associate at the check-in desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions throughly. No complaints. Bill was my salesperson who did a great job. Total time from first meeting to leaving the lot in the new truck was 90 minutes and that included the test drive. Tony in finance found a better rate than what Capital One had prequalified me for. I have never, ever left a review for anything. This dealership mirrors the slack jaw, dumb, and incompetence of this part of Ohio. They don’t return calls, it’s clear they just throw bodies on phones who barley know how to pick up the phone let alone help. The service department sent me back to the body shop twice! When I needed service and not body work. The employees are very eager to tell you how bad management is. While the employee is telling me this about management I am watching them give bad service, rude, and be incompetent. Drive to KY and deal with it for better service. Ohio is already special but the people in the beechmont area should get a award and little hat for there special mentality.

Buyer beware! Thats the phrase that comes to my mind regarding my experience with this dealership. After purchase of a used vehicle, which I completely understood that it was as-is, the left front wheel came off while driving. Luckily, it was on a country back road and no one got hurt, but imagine, you just bought an suv from a dealer and the entire wheel comes off. Not just a tire, but the entire wheel assembly. Naturally, you would call the salesman, Max in my case, and explain what happened. Then of course you would get transferred to the sales manager who would have to discuss this with the general manager, Cliff. They tried to tell me it was vandals or hooligans loosening up my lug nuts. When a more likely scenario is the mechanic that did the brake job didnt torque the lugs to spec. Of course I was told this couldnt possibly happen and it sounded like it was time to file an insurance claim. After trying my best to somehow reach an agreement or understanding that it was just as much a possibility that it was vandals as a mechanic not torqueing lugs, I was told there was nothing, absolutely nothing they could or would do. Im sorry, but there is ALWAYS something that could be done. It was a choice to make a stand that there was no way they are responsible and they are washing their hands of me. It would have gone a long way to offer to pay for the tow or even split the cost of the repair. My advice? Make sure you check everything over when you buy a used vehicle from here, ask them to show you proof that things were repaired or maintained to spec. Because now my attorney will be asking for the same thing.

I would not recommend. I have never seen worse communication.

Called ahead of time to discuss getting a spare key for my ford. I have them my vin number and was told that i must bring the vehicle up there because there was a chip. They said I could bring it up right than and there. Drove 35 miles to get there. Upon arrival i was told I would have to wait 6 hours to get this key made

Freindly yes , helpful no .. trucks under warranty warranty covers faulty steering part, they wont replace faulty steering part because its not doing it when I got there even though theres a stored event code in the computer pulled by them telling them it happened. Seems the warranty paper work would be best used for anything other than fixing the truck it was bought for. This isnt the first time weve had this problem be aware if your dealing with beechmont ford the black and white in your warranty means nothing.

Lots I could say, but bottom line, used Jeep I was looking at, is still listed, as clean history. There are obvious indications of an accident, broken bracket under hood, bumper is out of place, paint worn off and rust present, and scratches down the side. Tried to tell sales rep Chad, that I wasnt willing to pay the price quoted due to these issues, he immediately stood up, shook my hand and said have a nice day. This indicates to me that they know I was right but are trying to pull a fast one on someone. Shame on you. Please do your due diligence if buying from these people.

Wanted to buy a truck. But this place (sales people) act like they arent interested in selling anything. You even try to get there attention and they ignore you. Standing around talking to the other salesman and laughing and joking around. So I guess I will not be buying from here. It used to be salesman were chasing you down in the parking lots. I had a serpentine belt break on my Ford Raptor. My truck has a Roush Supercharger in it, so it takes a custom fit Roush belt. I called Roush and they advised the belt was on back order. I decided to call Beecmont Ford since they are a official Roush dealer. I got connected to Eric, who deals with high performance vehicles. Eric advised they didnt have the belt either and told me he would attempt to find one for me. I hung up, fully expecting not to hear from Eric again. Especially since my truck wasnt even purchased at Beechmont Ford. A few hours later I recieved a call back from Eric telling me he is still working on a solution! What awesome customer service! I definitely will be going here for my next truck purchase.

Almost a year ago my wife and decided to trade in two vehicles in for a truck. Went to other ford dealers. In fact one that my family had bought many cars from in the last years. Beechmont ford gave me hundreds of dollars over trade in. Every since then they have continued to affirm that they really want to be our dealer for life.A few weeks ago we had a small warranty repair. The team at BFP went above and beyond for me. Got a nice mustang convertible for a loanerThey did notify me that, they had to order a dash for my truck amd would call me when it came in.Harley called me and worked with me on scheduling the repair and scheduled me for a loaner. This time we got a fusion titanium awd.Every time we go to BFP we are treated amazingly well always greeted, even when extremely busy.Thank you for everything you do

I traded in a 2016 Dodge Charger for a 2012 Ford Edge there was nothing wrong with the charger..I had my Ford Edge for a week and the wipers switched don’t work and the back up camera stop working…I know the Ford Edge sold as is..I understand if I had it for a month and something go wrong with it I would not have a problem with fixing it my self..but for me to only have it for a week and the two things broke on it I don’t think I should have to pay to get them fixed..I even told them I would pay for the wiper switch and they can fix the camera but no they said we would have to pay no matter what and I can get the back up camera module cheaper they what they can get it for..but they just lost my business I will never go back to them..

Was interested in a car got approved for the loan was scheduled to come look at the 2015 Mustang at 6 pm was later called and said the car was in the shop and would be notified by Thursday when the car was at the lot 2 weeks later and still no response. Poor customer service. I understand things are hectic right now with covid but a courtesy call would have been great.***update. Did receive a phone call today the car suspension was messed up and they are waiting on a part. I do appreciate the phone call and fast response. Hopefully hear something soon about the vehicle.

Very helpful. They even helped with issues i didnt originally come in for. I love when a company asks if youre happy and ensures you got done what you needed done.

Will NEVER be back and will make sure my family NEVER buys from here. Very rude customer service. Very unprofessional. Also heard from an insider they treat their employees horrible. Take your money else where people. Castrucci Ford on the other hand is wonderful and worked with me for all my needs and got me in the car I wanted. Mark Williams doesn’t care about his employees or customers. Go to Castrucci. Or ANYWHERE but beechmont Ford.
