Two weeks ago my husband and I purchased a mattress, an adjustable base and two pillows that had to be delivered. We worked with Paulita, who was incredible (this review is not about our experience with her). Our experience was wonderful!While we anxiously awaited our delivery date, I received an email that contained a $100 credit to be used either online or in person. The day before our mattress set was delivered, we called Mattress Firm and asked about our bed’s corresponding mattress protector, which was $99. We were assured this $100 would apply as there’s no purchase necessary in person. I also understood this to be true after carefully reading the terms of the offer.After our mattress was delivered today, we went back to Mattress Firm to use our $100 credit to get the mattress protector. We knew which one we wanted, so went straight back to the area where they had them. The associate working, Karina, was finishing with another family. She let us know she’d be with us when she could. No big deal. Once she was available, I brought the protector and email containing the $100 credit to the desk. I began to tell her what I had and without letting me finish, Karina interrupts me and says this offer isn’t valid for the item I had. She said the offer is for my next purchase. I let her know this is my next purchase, and I intend to use my credit. She told me I would need to speak with my sales rep, whom I hadn’t spoken with since my initial purchase (also, the sales rep didn’t email me the offer… so?). When I told her I called and received confirmation this was doable, she told me to “call that guy then”. I was not understanding why she wouldn’t allow us to use the credit and asked her to explain. She repeated herself multiple times and told me the offer was not a “credit or gift card” (yes, Karina, it was in fact a credit). I attempted to show her the email, but she wouldn’t look at it. I also attempted to read her the terms, but she insisted the offer was not valid on this $99 (pre-tax) item. She did not offer me solutions, did not tell me I could use the credit towards a more expensive item, or attempt to purchase online or set up in store pickup - instead I had to ask these questions. Without offering any sort of solution, she walked away to assist another customer - which alright, they need help too, but just to ignore us afterward was beyond rude.Honestly, I had high hopes after our experience with Paulita. Sadly, our interaction with Karina was less than acceptable. She was condescending and combative. It’s apparent she absolutely lacks the bare minimum level of customer service needed for this type of business.As soon as we left, I called another Mattress Firm in the area (turns out that’s the one we called the night before) and they confirmed, once again, the offer I received was a credit and welcomed me in to get the mattress protector. We were in and out in less than 3 minutes.I hope we like our new mattress, I’d hate to have the potential of needing to work with Karina again for an exchange.

I thought I blew it after memorial day sale at mattress firm I bought a twin mattress.Got a good deal and ended up going back to get another mattress for my brother. Because he didnt want to get out of my bed till I told him Im getting you one. But the real beauty of it was how Ive been sleeping at night my lower back has been feeling good. I love my bed and the staff was very nice both time that I went. Thank you mattress firm 😁

Outstanding no pressure service! Was going to buy from the Navy Exchange that was offering a 20% off sale but the saleswoman from Mattress Firm was able to match. Great customer service and answered all of our questions. She never pressured us even though we were the only ones in the store. No upsales, just useful information. Would highly recommend!

One employee. Asked where the low priced firm mattresses were. She pointed to the back wall. Saw mattresses priced for $3 and $4 thousand dollars. Tried a few without any assistance. Asked a few questions and employee came over. Zero sales ability. Not at all helpful. Bought elsewhere.

Super easy!! I’ve spent more time at the grocery store. Karina was nice and knowledgeable. She had all the answers I was looking for and made the whole process as quick and smooth as possible. I would highly recommend this place.

We had been here before, 3 years ago for a mattress set for our spare bedroom. The mattress in our bedroom needed to be replaced. My husband has started having back problems. While I was out of town, he tried the bed in the spare room and found it helpful relieve the pain. We returned to the store we purchased the mattress from 3 years ago and they had a record of which mattress we purchased. We ordered the same type mattress got. Set up for delivery and were out the door in about 20 minutes. It was a quick and easy.. Now both bedrooms will have comfortable beds.

The ladies on the front desk were incredibly professional and helpful. I needed a mattress on a Sunday, the same day. To my surprise, they had exactly what I was looking for. All I had to do is pay a visit to the wear house in Miramar. The mattress was light, amazingly comfortable and packaged in a smaller box, so I didn’t need to use straps or nothing like that to take it home on a small truck. It would have fit in a regular sedan. I highly recommend this site if you want great service. It took us less than :15 minutes to make a decision....they can be that quick and amazing.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised about our experience last night at Mattress Firm. Our last attempt to buy a mattress at a competing company left a sour taste in our mouth, so much so that we opted to buy a used mattress online instead (10 years ago). Michelle, our sales associate, was friendly and knowledgeable. At no point did my husband and I feel pressured to buy something we weren’t in the market to buy. We were free to roam the store and try out the mattresses. The no “hard sale” approach was definitely a selling point for us. Can’t wait for our mattress!!

All question has been answered by Michalle. She is so nice and friendly, knowledgeable of all the products. Delivery is on time as per email. Delivery crews are careful with the product. I will highly recommend Mattress Firm to my family and friends.

I wish that they had prices posted in the store on how much the pillows cost. I also felt like there was confusion going on since we had a credit from the store from buying a mattress weeks ago that was sent in our email. It felt like we couldnt use it in the store until I asked if we could try.
