Big store very limited stuff. Wanted to get some new quilts or at least bed sets for my girls room but sadly couldnt find anything that my girls liked or even the size of the bed whats up with just having full or queen size for kids! Oh well at least Amazon has everything next time Ill know before wasting time and gas!! Thank you BED bath & beyond?!

DO NOT buy the Galaxy Jade dish collection! I DO NOT recommend these dishes, they are a waste of money. My husband and I bought 2 of these after we bought our first home in March. We got rid of all our old dishes so we could upgrade to something new & much nicer. They may be beautiful but the quality unfortunately does not match their beauty, as it should. They break & chip very easily & are extremely fragile. The manufacturer (Baum) also does not honor its replacement policy. In lieu of returning it to the store, it asks to send photos of the damaged dishes via email and they will mail you new replacements free of charge. I was informed shipping would take 4-6 weeks & that they only replaced this collection but I never received any replacements from them. I had to take my damaged dishes & get replacements at the Bed Bath & Beyond store, which I was able to get hassle free thank goodness. These dishes are not worth the price given their shoddy quality...DO NOT BUY this collection or anything manufactured by Baum! I think Bed Bath & Beyond should seriously reconsider distributing products by Baum. This applies to all Bed Bath & Beyond locations. I purchased this in Chula Vista, CA.

JIM, I walk in 10/28. I had a question, but the lady at Customer Service/returns (Andrea) looks very busy with customers, so I scan the area for another employee. I see none immediately. I hover around the former registry area and I see an employee (the woman was wearing a name tag) heading to where the drinking fountain is.Excuse me, I said, trying to get her attention.She continues walking so I guess she didnt hear me.Excuse me . . . I repeat.She finally replies without even looking in my direction: Im not on the clock, sir and dissappears into the short hallway.Truly UNBELIEVABLE. Rude, unprofessional.I didnt get her name but she was a rather large woman wearing a bright green blouse.I my fifteen years of working retail, I always helped customers if they happened to stop me whenever I was off the clock--like at lunch, or on my way home. Doesnt matter if youre on the clock or not. her attitude reflects on the store. Besides, for all she knew, i couldve been trying to ask for the time.However, this was offset by the excellent customer service of the cashier who rang up my purchase. She was courteous and even let me run to my car to get another coupon without voiding the sale! Unfortunately, I didnt get her name either. Employee 51, I think, judging from the receipt.So If it hadnt been for her , the rating would be a lone star; if it hadnt been for the other person, the rating wouldn be five.

Nice special store were you can find house goods that not everyone has.

Went to my nearest store, located at 805 and East H St. in Chula Vista,Ca. Just purchased a Chef knife and wanted to get a knife Edge Guard for my knife. I couldnt see any, and when I asked the Associate Jon for help he told me they were out of stock. He said he would order them for or me which he did and had them delivered to my home.I would give this establishment a 5 ⭐ but no one is perfect.Customer service is still available at this store.

Too expensive.

This store is a wonderful go-to for numerous basic residence goods. The vehicle parking is fine, as well as the store always takes my 20% off discount coupons. Im generally satisfied with the products that I purchase from this store. Ive acquired bed linen as soon as, as well as needed to return it since the color on the bedding was faded due to being on the shelves for as long (there was a dark square on the bed linens where the product packaging secured versus light damages). Possibly the only point Ive returned there. I would certainly state this shop is best for one-of-a-kind grooming items as well as cooking area tools.

Conveniently located and plenty of parking available. We went for 2 items that were in the sales brochure and both were available. I love when that happens! The floor staff was very helpful and friendly. We were in and out in no time which is unusual for me but I was with my husband. I usually come out with much more than what I go for!

Bed Bath& BeyondGreat people who work there. I didnt think I was going to shop there today but I did. Awesome people who work there. I forgot my coupons so I ask Xavier to put my all my things on the side and go home and get my coupons. He did and I picked more stuff like usual you just keep on getting more stuff. Coupons 20%,$5.00 off 15.00 and $15.00 of $50.00. I used all those coupons and accepted all these coupons. Maribel was eager and happily scanning coupons. I paid only 49.00 for everything. I got an expensive pillow which costs 80.00 but my coupons made down to 24.00.

I just love that store

The store is smaller than others. It was like pulling teeth to get someone in the bedding department to check another store for an item we were looking for. The cashier I checked out with was poorly trained in that she wouldnt take my coupons I can only take one per transaction despite their being different and per item so I had to go to someone else who was just as stubborn but honored them. I will not visit this location again.

Great products but nothing is priced. A pain trying to find an associate and very time consuming. I like the store and the goods but it takes to long to purchase anything so dont go there as a first choice.

Prices generally on the high end, but they routinely offer 20% off item coupons which can generate a good deal fo a savvy shopper. When using the 20% off coupon only buy the item you want, otherwise the coupon will be applied to the least expensive item in your cart.

My favorite place to buy home stuff. Good prices, good products. Youll find things that you didnt know you need until you see it there and youll need you buy it. Thats it that IS the store of bed bath & beyond. I love it. My wallet dont.

I will not shop their ever again, took forever for someone to help me even the cashier called several times, they were not that busy. So my friend saw a sales person she finally came over, told her what I was looking for she just pointed to the other side of the store an said we my not have that at this store, she didnt offer to take to the area it my be. I wish I could remember our cashiers name, but she was very helpful and patient. I told her I was re-buying my pet fountain bc mine broke and she suggested I try to find my purchase by trying to search by card I used. She tried 4 of my cards before I told her not to worry, I would just pay for the replacement. Thing is, I didnt even ask for a refund or to get this one free. I love that she was looking out for the customer! Store is the one located on H Street in Chula Vista.

This place was clean and the prices were decent. The customer service was very helpful helping out customers when it came to promotion stuff. Overall I would recommend.

Nice selection of items except for coffee. Maybe I went at a time when they were out of some of them. Most other BBB I have been to carry quite a bit of selection in the coffee section. Everyone was very nice working here though!

We bought a hammock at 75%off. I live in old chula vista but now with the hammock I feel like Im on a stacation. I would also like to thank an employee by the name of Vivian. Dirty and disorganized store, and it seemed like many of the departments were filled with old stock. The emphasis seems to be on this stores cosmetic and drug store department, which seemed well stocked with shampoos and bath products. Other than that, although the location was great, most of the store seemed to be in complete disarray. I will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

I really appreciate all the seen on TV items that are sold at this store location. They truly have a wonderful display for most homes!

The guy named Chris assisted us all the way. From asking questions about td he Himalayan salt lamps up to ordering on line. Very nice guy and courteous. He also serves with a smile.

I like shopping here but only with coupons. They have a lot of cool gadgets, definately stuff you dont need but still want. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is that the aisles are very small and narrow. Maybe if they had smaller carts it would be easier to navigate. Workers are helpful but they could always use more people on the floor. Thats not the store faults. I understand corporate probably makes those decisions. Definately better service then target and wal mart.

Horrible customer service. I never write reviews but today, I was blow away. One line only for purchases and returns. The line was wrapped around the front and side of store!!! I went in for a bridal return, mind you, Ive already brought in hundreds of dollars to the company by registering with them. I walk in with heavy items on my hands and go to the counter that indicates bridal returns and Im told rudely go wait in line! WTH!

Even though they didnt have what I was looking for, the service that Alex provided was excellent.

Went specifically for Dr Scholls shoe inserts. When I got to the checkout I could not get my coupon to open once it was my turn, since the inserts are $50 I really needed my 20% off coupon, I tried other sites and couldnt find one in my haste to not hold up the line. I left with no insert :( and nothing else either. I tried again in the parking lot no use. Very sad. The next day one of the sights I had gone to sent me a coupon, unfortunately Im not sure when I can get back there, so sore feet 8ntil then. Too bad the employees dont have the leeway to use the coupon they have there by their register, I have seen it before. Oh well not a good visit for me guess my own fault for not having a paper coupon

Options and selection of some products seems to have reduced over time.

A trip to this store is always a trip of discovery, new products, new gadgets, new utensils and a lot more. The 20% off coupon always finds its place in the cars glove compartment to make sure that it is always handy.
