If you’re shopping for a mattress, Mattress Firm in a Chula Vista, was a very good experience. We’ve considering a new mattress because we’ve been dealing with a lot of discomfort. I went into Mattress Firm with my wife about an hour before they were scheduled to close with a good idea of what we wanted. Brion greeted us a little after we entered the showroom and immediately, we could tell he wasn’t going to be the pushy “used car salesman.”Long story made a tad bit shorter, even though we did our research beforehand, Brion still provided great additional insight. He could have sold us on the expensive mattress we first went to, but he ensured we checked out the various comparable options to make sure we ended up buying what we truly wanted.We bought the one we fell in love with (the first one lol) and he was able to quickly get us approved to take advantage of the 0% financing option and set up delivery. We ended up running a few minutes past their scheduled closing time and not once did Brion make us feel like we were bothering him and holding him up (it was only a couple minutes past closing, but we all know the type of service we have gotten where we feel pushed out the door, but this was Not one of those times).Thanks Brion, We can’t wait to enjoy or new mattress!

Our purchasing experience was awesome - Mario greeted us - he was very knowledgeable and patient as he guided us through trying practically half the beds in the place! The delivery was also very smooth and quick.We purchased a queen Tempur-pedic bed. After it was in place, we noticed it was much smaller (in width and length) than our previous queen bed - thus the 4/5 stars. Ill be calling to figure this out - we love each other, but these hot nights require space for cooling off!Spent one night on it so far. Slept about the same as on our old mattress (tossed and turned), but I woke up without as much pain as before so that is the best news ever!Will update my review after figuring out the dimensional issue and more nights on the bed.

Went here Monday morning thinking my husband and I were just going to test out mattresses to find out which firmness we preferred. We did not plan on purchasing a mattress. Once the salesgirl began to help us and provided knowledge on the different types of mattress and firmness, we ended up purchasing a great memory foam mattress for a great price.
