Perfect name , Integrity Automotive, because they have much Integrity and these are the most honest mechanics i have ever met in my entire 65 years. They are the best, experienced mechanics and repair every vehicle with excellent service. They NEVER lie, and only tell you what is really needed. They tell you the truth. I have lived here in IE for the last 10 years and for the last 10 years I have been jumping around from one mechanic to another. Most are very good, in fact the skill is not the problem, its the integrity. There is always something else to fix. Really? So when I found Integrity Automotive through yelp, i said to myself lets see if he lives up to his business name. To my pleasant surprise Tony did. Tony has earned my business and I will only take my vehicle to him. I highly recommend Integrity Automotive of Chino.

I recently took my car here to check the engine light. The Hispanic gentlemen I spoke to, which is the new owner, was very rude when I told him about the cars issues. Maybe it was because I came at around closing time, or the heat, but his mannerisms were nothing but rude and annoyance. I have been a long time customer and enjoyed this establishment when the first owners were around. Also the prices were outrageous, he wanted $110 just to use the little code reader that you can buy and check yourself for $20. He also wanted over $400 just to change a part that was literally in arms reach, no bending over was necessary, and the part was online for $50 from autozone. This place is a rip off.
