Terrible experience and very bad customer service. No courtesy and no empathy for the customer. I needed a passport style photo. I went to Kinkos and paid $16 for them to take a digital photo. When I plugged the USB drive into my computer, the Kinkos photo had a white line on my face. (If I wanted an imperfect photo, I wouldve simply used a smartphone to take it myself.) I took the USB back to Kinkos to explain and request a refund, and they told me, Sorry, we cant refund digital photos. A total waste of $16. Kinkos could have simply refunded the money, as the USB probably cost them pennies, and they would have sent their customer away satisfied and ready to return next time. But instead I was treated with no courtesy or respect, and I will avoid this business. Very disappointing and frustrating that I lost my money at this place.

I use this place for all my last minute print projects, we all know those sudden projects happen from time to time when you need a fast turnaround. These folks are the best, the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They work efficiently and get the job done correctly. I have yet to be dissapointed.

Tried to send a package back that was delivered to the wrong address. They wouldn’t take it and said I had to call to schedule a pick up. The girl took about 5 minutes to talk to me. She was too busy goofing off with her coworker at the printer. Package got tossed in the trash outside. Step it up FedEx. Not my job to fix your, or someone else’s screw ups.

It cost me $5.50 to scan in a document because they charge $.50 per minute on their computers. It was my first time here and I wasn’t familiar with scanning, not one employee helped me either. ridiculous

This is my first time writing a review, ever. I am the first to admit that I am not great at computers. My smart phone is smarter than I am. I called first, ( I live 28 miles away) to ask if someone there could help me get a family tree off my phone to be printed. We discussed sizes, possibly a poster. She said they could walk me thru it, its easier than you think.I drive down, go in with my phone and go up to the counter. I explain to the guy what I need. He asks if its a pdf. I have heard of the term, but dont know. Apparently Im supposed to email it to their fed ex email. I try for a few minutes. The text is so small Im having a hard time reading how to share or export. I notice a few empty computers off to the side and ask the guy if I can use one to email the family tree. (Why couldnt he have suggested that 10 minutes ago?) I go over, put my credit card in and pull it up. I share it to that Fed Ex email. I go back to the counter and ask if he can check if it worked. He asks me for the code. I have no idea what hes talking about, as this is the first mention of a code. By this point Im so frustrated i say thanks and leave.No one was rude, just indifferent and didnt care. No customer support. I will not go back.

Just what you would expect from a copy shop. A variety of copy services, paper, envelopes, and self serve copy machines in good working order. Print color, B & W, print from USB, email, etc plus it is a FedEx pick up point. Friendly staff. Custom print jobs.

I shipped a box from this location and the guy that helped me was very noisy about what I had in the box. Rather than asking me the declared value of my package, he just asked me what was in it. I told him it was a birthday gift and its personal. He continued to ask more questions, got to be a little creepy. More importantly why Im writing this review is because the man that helped me (not sure of his name) did NOT ask for a declared value, he did NOT ask if I wanted insurance on the package, and he did NOT ask me if I wanted a tracking number. Not thinking about in when I left, just expecting a tracking number on the recipt, I just have to pray that this package gets to its destination. I do not trust this FedEx location anymore, it was all around a strange transaction. Ill pay the extra $$$ for USPS next time. Its been about 4 days, still cant track it and my friend has yet to receive it. Be careful, and ask questions here. For all I know they just opened the box and stole the stuff in it. Who knows... I dont have a tracking number to see where it is or if it has reached its destination yet. Only time will tell :(

My partner and I needed two single-page documents printed this evening - we are vehicle and trailer transporters and picked up a truck in Chico this evening, and before we are able to leave town toward our destination, we needed to print the bill of lading and inspection form. Needless to say, we are from out-of-state and unfamiliar with the area, but I found this location on Google and we broke a few traffic laws to arrive before it closed. We entered the store at 8:55, admittedly only five minutes before the posted closing time. Still, with only two pdf documents already downloaded and ready to print from his phone, we thought we would have no problem being in and out within those five minutes.The girl working was vacuuming when we entered the store, and there were three other customers working at the self-service printer kiosks. We approached one kiosk, but only saw the option to pay with credit card and needed to pay with cash, so we went to ask the girl working if there were other payment options. As soon as we approached her, she turned her back toward us and vacuumed back over the section she had just gone over and we had to awkwardly tap her shoulder before she acknowledged us.My fiance simply asked, can we pay to print documents with cash? and her response was, and I quote verbatim: well, um, we close in exactly two minutes. So can you print them that fast? He told her that we only had two pages to print and it wouldnt take long. She literally ROLLED HER EYES AT HIM and hastily pointed him toward the cash-to-card kiosk.We had just enough time to get a card before she had marched over to the door and yelled its 9pm, we have to close now! and began shooing people from the store. Another couple approached the door and she was ushering us out and said that online, the store hours were listed until 10pm. As she shut the door and laughed in their faces, she said nope, we close at 9.Look, lady. If you hate your job and are that eager to leave right on the dot, my apologies, but that was the worst customer service and treatment of paying customers Ive seen in a very long time. Get a new job. Find a different line of work. It would be another matter entirely if we had come in with 100 pages to print, or if it were past 9:00 when we entered the store, or if there had been customers lingering and finishing their projects at 9:10 or 9:15. But what happened tonight was ridiculous and inappropriate. Had I been one of the customers that were finishing my projects as the store closed, I would have been furious to have been shoved out of the store at precisely 9pm without even a moment or two to gather my things.The management of this store needs to be aware of the piss-poor customer service and disrespectful, snotty attitude of this employee... She desperately needs, at the least, some customer service training. Her representation of FedEx has cost you at least two new customers.

Customer service was sorely lacking. I was trying to print off a name badge for a Halloween costume. Get sent to a computer, where I have to pay .30 a minute to print it myself. It is the wrong size, cannot figure out how to print it in actual size instead of full page. End up paying over $10 for several printouts that I could not even use. Staff was utterly useless. By the time I actually get it printed out to the specifications I need, I am so fed up that I am not about to spend another dime in this place and just leave in disgust.Next I went to Mr Kopy, downtown. Tell them the same thing but the experience was far different.Oh, just forward the email with the attachment to us, we will size it up, and laminate it for you, no problem. I come back 30 minutes later and get exactly what I want, first time for $4.I will never give FedEx Print Center my business again.

I went there to RMA a motherboard for my pc and just needed it shipped out as I was on the north side of town by chance. The guy up-selled me to extra fragile packaging as motherboards can be quite fragile. However, he needed me to show proof of my address as my current address was different from the address on my ID. I did not have it updated on my registration or bank statement like he suggested I check so I left. Even though I had it set up online through the RMA website of my return address already but he claimed he needed it for the return to the store. Seems to me like he was just a new guy so cant blame him. Nice guy overall and seems to handle all his customers professionally but I just happened to be one of his bad apples that day. I instead went over to UPS the day after and they shipped it out for me hassle-free. On top of that, it was more than half the price off of what FedEx was going to charge me.

Employees are rude. I had to wait 10 minutes to simply drop off a prlabled box. No one greeted me when I entered or even acknowledged my presence. I had to ask 2 employees for help and both of them said they couldnt help me. Whole I was there other customers had the same issue. GO TO UPS!

Some of the staff is entirely incompetent in regards to human interaction. If you have a piece of equipment that is faulty and not working in the self-service section and then have to use the equipment behind your secret counters to print out a document, you shouldnt charge more for it. They make no attempt to amend issues but walk around like Mindless zonks. Thanks for nothing Gabriel. And no thanks to the guys flirting with the only female coworker and having zero attention to their surroundings. This is my third negative experience with this particular Kinkos and I Wont Go Back.

The employees work hard, usually over-loaded, but the place is always clean and everything usually works. Ive never had to wait as long as a average wait at the post office. And I assume that their employees make a lot more money.

Called the 800 # to have package held. The automated system said pick it up at nearest to where I live at 1722 Mangrove. Got there lady says we dont hold packages here. Told here I called the 800#. She checked for 5 seconds came back and said if she were me she would call the 800#.
