I cant begin to explain how happy and impressed I am with Advanced Document Concepts. It is a night and day difference between them and the other local copier company we worked with in 2017. The first company felt pushy and salesy, but like they didnt understand or care much about our needs, and we ended up with a horrible machine that we immediately hated. Thousands of dollars wasted.In contrast, Spencer with ADC spent nearly 3 years keeping in touch with me until we finally were ready to replace the awful copier we ended up with. He was never pushy, and instead was super informative, thoughtful, and seemed to care about our needs above all else. He was understanding, sympathetic, yet professional. We ended up with a dream machine (seriously, I love this thing). Spencer was the person I had the most contact with over the course of this purchase, but every other ADC employee I had to deal with in regards to this copier (for scheduling, for the set up of the loaner machine they let us use no charge, for the delivery and installation of the copier, etc) was great. I feel confident in this machine, and even if something were to happen to it, I feel confident ADC would make it right.I cannot possibly recommend them enough.
