I was there once before and the service was terrible.I was going to a further location to get better service.I decided to go back and give them another chance and I do not regret it. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED.JACK took great care of me and helped me get what I needed. While assisting me he gracefully greeted every person that came in. THANK YOU JACK for bringing me back to a location next to my home. Your team is amazing.

Went here to get my number ported over and do an upgrade. Met Alejandro and Jack. They were a lot of help and super chill. They didnt have the phone I wanted so Jack drove to another location while Alejandro answered any questions I had. After a quick return I had my phone and was out the door. Thanks guys, you will be my go to location.

Went to T-Mobile and was greetedby 2 smiling faces, Hector and SoniaWhich was so refreshing, especially after being at a previous store in which I ended up walking out. I must say Hector went above and beyond to say the least. Very enthusiastic young man very patient, took the time to answer any questions and show me whatever I asked him how to do on my new phone. The people working there are clueless on what’s going on or how to handle a simple situation. They had my mom and I going back and forth for 3 days total over a problem they could resolve but refused to even tho customer service told them to replace the phone. Also the guy working with Kevin (the representative that doesn’t know how to do anything) wanted to know what’s going on (like they all do) and left his customers on hold to know what’s going on since Kevin couldn’t figure something out. Also had the nerve to call the cops on me because I told him numerous times to go back to his customers but he wanted to mouth back to me. As a customer for 8 years and my mother for 10 years I feel so disrespected. T-Mobile need to do more training for their employees even if it means to learn how to lie about any promotions but want to charge the phone or add other fees to the bills.

Kevin & Luis (56th &harlem) were extremely helpful. Kevin was super attentive & knowledgeable on both my apple & android device. He was patient, well mannered & friendly. Great convo, i usual hate going into the phone store but they made it fun & less of an errand. Truly made the time pass by quickly. I will always return to this location.

Jack was simply amazing in giving me Extra customer care. From the time I set foot in the door, Jack made me feel warm and that I was a very special customer. He not only looked up my account and complimented me personally, he also was able to fix my phone. He airsprayed my phone port to clean it and made sure the connection was great. Then Jack totally fixed my Google maps app notification. Previously, I was informed by tmobile technical that I wd have needed to backup everything in my phone then factory reset to make that notification show. Jack made my year as my phone is still amazing and I really couldnt afford to part with it in more than one way. Thank you, Jack. You are the epitome of what Customer Care should be. I went to this location twice on 10/18/16. The first time, the workers were not able to assist me. I was told to come back later when a manager was on duty or I could call 611. I called 611 and was immediately helped but was told to return to the store to complete the switch. I went back to the store, when the manager was there, it was worse than the morning. The service was slow, I felt bad for the customers that were at the registers. I told them I would just wait for Krystle because she always is on her game and makes me feel like the most important T-Mobile customer alive. I will return today to have Krystle complete my transaction and ask her to train her staff. I go here looking for service and shes always on point. Thank you Krystle.

I went to this store yesterday 3/13/2017 to do a claim for my phone that was broken and I already knew that it was 150.00 to pay but they wanted 250.00 dollars instead. Once I told the guy that he was wrong on the pricing and I knew my price the other worker said yeah its 150.00 and stop guy from talking. I feel really bad that they are trying to make extra money from me and who every else and lucky I already knew my price to pay. Keep an eye out. scams are everywhere.

Terrible store. Employees here want to do absolutely no work. They need better training. Dont know what they are talking about. Spent three hours in the store and still had to call customer care afterwards to get my problem solved. Wont ever go back and seriously considering switching companies based on this experience

Krystle is always willing to help with christmas around the corner she helped me out with a great bundle cant wait to see my kids faces when they see all there goodies.I tell all my friends about this location not only are they friendly and know what they are doing they care about the customers.This is my go to store she even calls me when they have specials going on

The worse experience at this store with the General manager Krystle ! She got a really. Bad customer service she acts like ppl bother her cuz i wanted answers , she said there is no body else on top of her that I can talk like really there is always someone on top of you I will never go back to this store ever again! She claimed to be the only mgr at this store but she cant help people out ??? how she became the manger if she dont know how to treat people without her attitude , how hard it is to give out good customer service? Honestly this is the worst store ive been to. I called the store to get a replacement for 2 phones and i was supposed to pick them up, but when I went to pick them up they said they werent gonna give them to us and they made up an excuse for one of the phones because supposedly it was wet so they didnt face them to us and they canceled the order. They also didnt treat the people with respect, they would give attitude and argue with us.
