Overcharged me on tax and wont return my call or refund it.

Charged me $29 shipping without even confirming the shipping price, for an item that costs 85 cents and can fit in an envelope.These guys are crooks. Avoid.

I forced to give them 1 star in order to post. Worst customer service. Couldnt speak to anyone in the US. Next step is to file a complaint with the BBB because they knowingly charge my company for another companys order and refused to credit our account until the other company paid the bill!

Ruined thanksgiving because they couldn’t ship an oven part in time. Customer service (India based) lied to my face saying it shipped. Newark email lied again and said it shipped the day after. USPS said it wasn’t received until 3 days after order placed. Will tell my business to never use them again.

Takes forever for Customer Service to pick up, and when they do its an outsourced agent whos accent is so heavy you wont know what the heck theyre even talking about. Cant even get an operator for the corporate number either. But at the very least I get my product on time so theres that.

Not recommended. The online ordering process seemed simple, but it failed to tell me that my guest order would go on hold with the credit department. Online order status never updated, they failed to tell me that items where back order at checkout, they never communicated order updates and they dont have overnight shipping options.I will not be ordering from them again.

Parts are late, their website is cumbersome and errors out, customer service is there but unhelpful. Warning once you place an order they cannot change anything, even if you try to change it within moments of ordering.

Their customer service is pretty good, but I had an issue involving other departments, and dealing with other departments is a nightmare.My issue was my order getting canceled by itself after authorizing the amount from my credit card. They didnt even send me an email to inform me that they had canceled my order. After several days of costly international phone calls and being put on hold for literally tens of minutes, I found out that the order was canceled because it was filed as a fraud order due to the freight forwarder address that I was using.Its not my fault Newarks international shipping is so expensive.

Terrible, terrible shipping times. Still waiting for a tracking number for my items 10 days later.My original order was not processed and I had to call and email multiple times to check in on it.I ordered overnight shipping originally. Customer service rep on the phone said no expedited shipping is available. My order same through with an estimated ship date one month out (for an item shown as 50+ pcs in stock and I ordered 3). Rep could not explain but comped my shipping fee. She assured me it would ship within two days.

Newark charged me twice for a part over a month after I already received it. The company took longer than any other company I have dealt with to ship the part. This is by far the worst retail experience I have had as far back as I can remember. Stay far away from these people. I’m never received my refund and had to report them to my bank for charging me without my authorization. Slow, incompetent, non-caring, and fraudulent is how I would describe this company.

I placed an order two months ago and have followed up repeatedly. They sent me an email a week ago telling me they shipped someone elses order to that person, and that I should stop asking where my items are.What a joke!

We ordered a few pump switches for our motorhome days before we were to leave on a short trip, certain we would not receive them in time since they were apparently shipped from S.C. and were in WA. To our amazement and delight, we received the order three days later, and my husband was able to replace the faulty switch before our departure! Thank you; we are now customers for life!

I ordered a raspberry pi 4 from Newark three months ago, I cancelled the order a week ago, they still charged my card later for it, stay far away from this company
