Another great Gamestop. I dont usually go to this one but when Im around here, I come check out there stuff. Customer service is always great. As of this writing, the Covid-19 situation is happening. When I went to pick up a game, the friendly customer service advisor told me that shell bring it right out after she washes her hands and ensured me that everything was clean. Good stuff!

I am very disappointed in my recent experiences with GameStop. I purchased an Xbox One wired controller about two months ago and it has quickly deteriorated: the jack for the headset no longer works, the joysticks can’t be pressed down anymore (inhibiting the action of running in many games), and the sticks are very squeaky. When I called GameStop to express my complaint, I was simply told that since it was not under warranty and the 30 day replacement period had passed, there was nothing that could be done. Unlike any other business I have interacted with, GameStop refuses to recognize that the product that I received was manufactured poorly and that there is no user error in the deterioration of the controller. I have never dropped, thrown, nor stepped on this piece of equipment, yet it is quite apparent, based on their lack of action, that GameStop views this as a matter out of their control. I somberly proclaim that GameStop has lost my business.
