The first time I went in to AAA Coin, Charles was great a changing the band of my rose gold Steven Land watch from metal to the Alligator grain navy blue strap. He even added a new battery for me at no additional cost. About a month later(today, as a write this review), I wanted the same watch changed to a black Alligator grain band. He did that seamlessly! On top of that he took care of sizing my brand new all black invicta watch perfectly to my wrist. I appreciate work Charles and will be coming back for future business!!!

Walked in here about two days ago to sell 2 10oz silver bars from the Scottsdale mint and the big fella was rude right off the bat. Couldn’t do anything higher than spot. I know right, everything has a premium nowadays. You have a better chance at Oakton coins and collectibles where I was able to sell the same bars for more than spot price. He said something like, “I own the business, I don’t work for you”, a line which he has used many times to lowball people 😂.

I was fascinated by their modern equipment that can identify the varying percentages of heavy metals within jewelry to easily decipher between costume and authentic pieces.They took the time to review other similar items online to determine a fair value for each item that I was willing to sell. Their assessments are free with no obligations. I was very pleased with all their valuations for my items. It was a great experience to work with them.

I dropped in this morning to get an appraisal on some jewelry that had been sitting in a drawer at home. These guys are very personable and attentive. They took care of weighing and identifying each piece quickly and I was out the door with cash in hand in no time. They informed me they also appraise antiques and other objects. Im only a couple of miles away so with this positive experience Im sure to stop by with other stuff to appraise and sell.

I brought in some items that I thought were possibly worth a few bucks and I walked out with significantly more than just a few bucks. Its nice to do business with people that are honest since these guys could have easily taken advantage of me and paid me a lot less. They didnt and I thank them and recommend them.

I heard about these guys from a friend of mine so I called them up to see if theyd send someone over to my house to look at some of the things Ive collected over the years and they said okay. I put all the items I was looking to sell on my dining room table and Jimmy went through everything and offered me a good price for the lot which I accepted.Then Jimmy took a closer look at my dining room table (which had been in the family for years) and asked me if I would be interested in selling it and I said if the price was right. The gentleman who helped me explained everything in detail and was honest when it came to the items he wasnt sure about. At no time did I feel obligated to sell my belongings like at other shops. My uncle passed away earlier this year and as my brothers and I were going through his estate we found out that he had been collecting and saving for years anything made of silver.. Coins, jewelry, belt buckles, picture frames, candlestick holders all made out of silver. Enough to fill 5 large boxes.
