Been coming here for over 2 decades now, still a great place to shop at.

It was kinda difficult. I went to pick up a order. Im struggling walking with my cane. They sent me down one way, then another way. When I got there the cashier I did meet said oh, you have to go back, you past it I told her Im hurting right now and need to sit. She said ok. I asked do you have a place to sit? She said no. I walked some more and then it was only 1 thing. They should have informed me to drive behind the store for my pickup. It killed my enthusiasm for shopping there. Store workers needs sensitivity training on how to handle people with disabilities.

I picked up my order with no problem. Very friendly.

I had heard that JCPenny was going under so expected a store mirroring that. I was happy to see the bits of hearsay werent right. The store was spotless, staff welcomed you as you entered, and the store had a few customers. Keep doing awesome!

It was nice just so far away

Todays malls basically appeal to the younger crowd but appreciated the variety, something for everyone. And the service was excellent.

The store was very nice and clean and the sales associate Miss Irene was so very nice and polite took her time to explain everything showed me everything that I wanted and if I wasnt satisfied with something she showed me something that would be above or beyond what I was looking for and she made the sale thank you Miss Irene Ill see you soon

I found exactly what I was looking for. Saw it online and exact color and size. Placed in store pick up and got it cheaper.

Another chain that has plenty of nice inventory but the prices are high. I will say this when they have a sale, you can rack up.

Their clothes and other things are too high and most of them are for older people so if you shop there for anything is best shopping their clearance

Love some of the things they have on line. On and in the store prices can be different. I see a lot of sales on line then in the store. You can order online and have it shipped to you or get curve side service.

Perfect stopped on the parfumé shop to grab a couple of scents for the ladies in my life - and the staff was more than helpful.

I had heard that JCPenny was going under so expected a store reflecting that. I was glad to see the rumors were wrong. The store was clean, staff greeted you as you entered, and the store had several shoppers. Keep up the good work!

The store is neat and clean. What I don’t like is the checkout area. The checkouts are sometimes empty, you have to go the the other checkout area to buy the stuff. The staff is not really frank or helpful. But the cashier was nice.

In the Ford city shopping mall. Plenty for f parking, lots of sales, Optometrist department. You can have eyes examined, and purchase your prescriptioned eyeglasses and designer shades at a reasonable price. Hair salon on premise. Good sale going. Plenty of parking. You can grab a bite to eat on the inside of Mall.

I went to JC Pennys to purchase cologne, tshirts and some socks. I accidentally left my phone there. I pinged my phone since I have an iPhone and it said it was there. I called everyday for 3 days to see if they had it and they said no, but when I showed up with my laptop and showed them that the iPhone was in the store the phone magically appeared in the office after 3 days of calling. I will never shop here again; after they tried to steal my iPhone. Again I CALLED THEM FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT and they didn’t have it apparently. I would give 0/5 stars, but that’s not an option. I will never shop here again.

Ford City is very good for in store selections. It is clean and organized. Sales staff, friendly and helpful. North Riverside should be more like the Ford City store. Would like to see a bit more Liz Claiborne wear. It is downsized. The clothing is better quality than most.

Went in to find a coat for 1 of my kids got the coat to the register and it had a hole in it the cashier was apologize and order me a new one for the same price. She has great customer service skills which is rare these days.

My in store pickup went smoothly. I was also able to make an exchange without my receipt. They used my debit card to lookup the purchase. I was also able to find a pair of teal dress pants that wasnt available 2 weeks ago when I was last there. Overall a good shopping trip.

Not a bad store, just slow considering the Pandemic.I think those complaining have no patience.Right now,of course the fitting rooms are closed for safety.Right now there aren’t as many front line workers to go around,so you might have to wait a moment for service. And the prices are on line with every major department store still beating. If you want to pay ten dollars for a shirt or a pair of pants,Walmart and Target are usually right across the street.
