All of the major retail stores are located in the same area, literally next door to reach other which made my shopping experience easy.

15 minutes in & out! had to replace my windshield after an old crack turned into a new/bigger crack.i yelped a couple of quotes, and The Shops at North Bridge was the cheapest and closest to me, so I swung on over.immediately, they began working. super friendly. super fast. charged the price i was quoted.i hope ill never have to replace a windshield again. but, if i do, im coming right back here.

Holy messenger our worker was great. He had many tables yet, was amiable to every one of us. My significant other and I were there on our vacation and it was a particularly brilliant treat. We spent almost an hour in the shop but we honestly could have spent all day. They dont have parking at the shop, but they validate parking for one of the nearby parking garages. We picked the wrong garage, so we did not get a parking validated, if you want to have an hour of free parking just be sure you pick the right garage ahead of time. For 45 minute parking cost us $15. It was not horribly packed, and they have an elevator, stairs, and escalators to get to the second floor. They sell everything Italian, from pasta, espresso, dried Meats, fresh meats, Cheeses, and wine like all over the place. Olive oil, fresh pasta box pasta dry aged beef and the list goes on. We tried the tiramisu and it was pretty good. Not the best weve ever had but highly recommend it. We also bought the hazelnut milk chocolate bar and it was delicious we finished it by that night. We also bought some coffee but have not tried it yet. Definitely a great place to go if youre looking for anything Italian. They even have cookware. We would definitely love to go there again if were in Chicago.

This place has all sorts of tea you can choose from. Located inside of Nordstrom. I love it! Try to order ahead of time! Because there is sure to be a long line.

Good shopping area! Lots to buy! Cool restaurants to go too, as well. It was clean, sidewalks, lit up, and a lot to do not far from each other! Would suggest shopping here for sure if you are visiting Chicago!

A nice place! If parking is not an issue I would stop by regularly. Food court had enough choices. 4 floors only and elevators on both ends. When most other malls have closed in chicago due to covid 19, this place is still functioning!

This mall truly has it all, and it is the ideal location for a shopping binge! This shopping area is incredible, and Im grateful since everything I wanted was right here. Also, the salesmen here are really attentive, and they graciously accommodated all of my requirements. Everyone did an excellent job! Thank you so much!

The place is great. The location is great. The ambiance is great. The circulation is great. The space is very bright and clean. But, there are a lot of closed stores, and that feels like the space is empty and somehow abandoned.

Angel our server was wonderful. He had many tables but, was polite to each of us. My husband and I were there on our honeymoon and it was such a wonderful treat. He tended to all our needs. We rented bikes n rode around beaches n shops for 4.5 hours, very fun, lots to 👀.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! the food was delicious and it is a great place to find exclusive chocolates and desserts.

Its a mall. Good plane to hang out if you need some AC. Not a lot of shops there interest me, but the Nordstrom there is pretty alright. It does have elevator access to the rooftop bar at the Gwen, which is nice.

There are quite a few empty retail spaces - Its a little sad. The good news is the shops that are still there are all about the customer service.

I was in Eataly .. this is an amazing place to get Italian products and food. The only downside is the price .. be ready, you will spend some money there. On the other hand will find all you need/want.

We went shopping at this mall early this morning, and I greatly have fun. The clothes and bags that I bought were all in good quality, and it was the best. Also, the staff was very accommodating and kind to the customers like me. Honestly, the stores, restaurants, and gym on the first floor were quite impressive and nice. As a satisfied customer, I will surely come back here.

There are a lot of great stores and the architecture is amazing. The best part about the mall is the food life food court. Best Mall food I have ever had. This is a must visit must see multi story mall. It is Chicagos best. Awesome place to shop! Lots and lots of stores.

Nice outside mall, their court yard is really nice w/chairs when you want to let the family shop on their own.

Little hard to navigate (bunch of the directory screens are out of order) but overall a decent place. Very expensive, but so are all urban mall type places.

Youll find everything here, and the service is excellent. I bought a necklace for my younger sister yesterday. It wasnt too expensive. She said she felt so blessed when I gave it to her because the necklace was so lovely and gleaming. Thank you a lot!

The lack of restaurants, hurt. We were looking for lunch and they had limited access to any good food. The only thing we wanted was Potbelly, but decided to go elsewhere

Like most malls it was pretty empty feeling. The stores that were there were high end like the anchor store Nordstroms. Nordstroms was quite nice and had attentive sales people in the womens shoe department.

Need an outfit for a night out on the town? Swing by here and get what you need. Nordstrom has it all. I love it.

My family truly appreciated this mall and loved going shopping. The place was really clean and also had an outstanding interior. Their workers were really supportive if we needed something. Like coming back here to shop. They have got plenty of options interms of clothes for men, women and kids. The staff is always helpful and courteous. There are four levels for you to enjoy, and they also have some personal and household items on the fourth floor as well. Restrooms are mainly on the second floor... Family restrooms are in the mall. If you wish to park your car, use their basement and if you purchase something, they can validate your parking. We parked our car at a garage and paid $40 for 3hrs... :( Anyhow, no internet, but plenty of food options to enjoy at the mall. Their kiosks are always changing, so do return once in a while! Enjoy!

Great selection of stores, but I wonder how they keep up with the online retailer sometimes even their own sites have the same thing for a better price. I wanted to get a wallet and when I looked up amazon on my cell it was 20$ cheaper so I ordered it from Amazon. If they start price matching that would be great but not a lot stores do that.

I really liked this shopping spot! Ive got my new New York Kate Spade! Since they had every color I wanted, I was able to pick the best pack. There were a lot of lovely clothes on the spot, too. I have got a new pair of shoes. Im certainly going to visit this shopping spot over and over again. The best shopping place to go!

I could feel the security and cleanliness of the area. Everything they sell was in the proper place. Also, the salesladies were accommodating and nice. They did their part professionally, decently, and kindly. I was honored to step on their floor because of its cleanliness and tidiness. I’m hoping to visit from time to time if my money allowed.

I went to Starbucks and I got a really good deal on some nitro coffee.

Fun area to explore and a lot of yummy finds! We all went home with pasta, unique sauces (I got pumpkins) and increase meat/cheese offerings.

For me, this is one of the best places to shop and test your haggling skills. They have a whole section dedicated to just cellphone and cellphone accessories. A good place to buy clothes, bags, and shoes too! I had my new cellphone from this place and it was really good. It has good quality, no problem occurred while using it. Absolutely, perfect! Highly recommended!

There are plenty of shops with different categories, such as clothes, shoes, household sportswear; and plenty of restaurants to take your rest. Its a great place to shop and have fun. I nearly spent all my money here because of the high-quality items. It is still the best shopping place to choose.

The Shops at North Bridge are the best...everything is not fully opened yet and some stores have closed down for good like the shoe store Stuart Weitzman. There are great restaurants and of course the Norstrom Store is there, too. Theres plenty of parking.

They had exactly what I was looking for and more. The TJMaxx upstairs is closed, not sure if its a temporary closure due to COVID-19.

North Bridge Market is hidden but a good find. The guy at the register was super friendly and helpful. Another positive experience in chicago. 💖

We stopped in for a quick lunch, service was great, food was edible, I particularly enjoyed the kale salad! Worth the value, considering a lot of other places in the area are pricey.

Your typical shopping mall in 2021: businesses are going out. We stopped here to do the Friends Experience, which was amazing and thats why I gave 4 stars.

The mall is really well done, as soon as you walk in you see rows of shops all well themed with so many food choices to choose from. Great shopping selection and were very thorough with the cleanliness. A place highly recommended for all tourists and locals.
