I came in preapproved through a financial company that they used, and had three cars I was interested in. They let me know that the first car I wanted wasnt there, another was sold, but they had something similar. I appreciated the experience of them being so open and honest and the experience was great. I am a single lady and so I brought a male friend like my family said I should. It was nice that they directed all the questions and things to me, since I was the actual car buyer. I had thought about enterprise before because I knew they kept there cars in good working order and had newer cars. Im so glad I bought my car here, my payment was what I expected and could afford and still walked away with an amazing car. Mike A, he was very helpful. This is my 3rd purchase with Enterprise. We always have received awesome treatment at other locations. This location is a hike for us with the bad traffic/road construction but the van we wanted was there. Between the holiday and a check clearing the bank we got to buy the car but will have to pick it up in a few days. Well, they understood after we signed off all of the paperwork that the drive would be a pain for us so they offered to drive it to us. Great customer service!

I had a great experience it started off bumpy because I had priced the car and printed out everything then when I got there it was $1,000 more! I said if its haggle free you need to honor this amount. The manager was really nice took some time but they got it down! This is my 4th vehicle & my last im totally disappointed with my purchase & how it was handled its too long for me to write so if you truly care on how this went I would take the time to tell someone just for your info I will be most likely trading in the car I just purchased from your location on Western ave in Chicago.

I was looking for about 2 months to purchase a car. Every car dealership I went too had shady salesmen who were more interested in selling me a lemon.. instead of listening to my needs. Many attempted to sell us vehicles that looked like they would break down as soon as we drove off the lot. Then I came to Enterprise Car Sales on Western. I met with Michael Alexander and explained exactly what I was looking for and what I needed for my family. He then took me to the lot and showed me my options. All of the cars were NEW! Only one previous owner, which was Enterprise, and he had the car fax for all the vehicles readily available unlike the other dealerships who claimed to not even know the mileage of a vehicle on their lot. I chose the vehicle that most fit my needs and budget and Michael did all the work from there. Never have I ever spent less than 2 hrs at a dealership.. with all of the paperwork.. bank approvals and what not.. its a long process but Michael and Enterprise have it down packed. So much so that I was in and out in a hour driving a 2018 Santa Fe with only 40k miles. Not only do I recommend Enterprise Car Sales, but you NEED to call Mike. Hes so personable and down to earth it feels like your talking to a family member who genuinely cares about your well being and needs. I will never ever buy a car from anywhere else. No haggle. No shady used salesmen.. even the office smelled good. Five stars and a forever customer is what they get from me. Thank you Michael! Youre the man!

I was referred to Enterprise located at 3840 N. Western in Chicago, Ill to look for a gently used car. When I arrived I was greeted by salesman Michael Alexander. I told him I was looking for a Nissan Rogue. He showed me the available cars. He was very knowledgeable, answered my questions very patiently and made me feel comfortable during this process. He suggested and I did test drive the cars.When I decided on my car Mr. Alexander and assistant Sales Manager, Mr. Kurtyka did an excellent job of explaining warranties, transfers and other relevant information. Before I received the car (with a ribbon on the hood), they made sure it had a manual, was cleaned and disinfected. I was also given a demonstration of how the car worked. E.g. starting the car, opening trunk, remote, etc. The salesman and assistant sales manager delivered an incredible service. This was a great car buying experience.

Our experience was incredible! It was by far the BEST car shopping experience weve ever had! The Enterprise team at the Western location took care of our every need from setting up the finance with our credit union to putting on our license plates to making a copy of our insurance card and putting it in our glove box. The team was professional, kind and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

It took forever to get results from a sales rep. We went thru about six different reps before we finally found one willing to put in the effort. Trucks were listed on the website and seemed to always be unavailable when we inquired about them. This happened with at least a dozen trucks. Once we got to Chicago to pick it up we had to stand outside for well over an hour to an hour and a half before we signed paperwork. It was a very slow process. The truck itself had quite a few scratches and dings to the paint that were not visible in the photos but we weren’t willing to give up the transfer fee to turn it away. I probably wouldn’t buy from Enterprise again.

You figure since it’s a rental car they’re going to sell them with low miles, and that’s exactly what they did. Each explained my financing options, as well as service plans available to me. And, l received more than a fair price for my trade-in vehicle (I checked Edmunds.com for my cars value).All in all, buying from Enterprise was a smart decision on my part. This place is amazing! I just bought my second car (2018 Q5 SUV) from this location. Price is more then fair and you have the comfort in knowing the cars come from Enterprises fleet. Which means cars were taken care of and serviced properly. More importantly, they use Kelly Blue Book for trade in so higher value for your car then buying used from a dealer (this is important).Ask for Michael (Sales) and Brandon (Finance) hes a wiz at finding great financing rates 😁

I had bad credit score of 500 and ty the cars salesman got my with and I a car 2017 Ford fiesta with 36,000 miles.. with 500 Down every car dealership before that would deny me or try to steal my money but with Enterprise they were amazing ... And very affordable Im telling you the interest is not high at all. even if I have good credit now or great credit in the future I am still going to do business with these people also credit to Brandon.

Jasmine was quick to respond. Got a test drive the same day. The vehicle is in great shape and basically brand new. I even had it inspected by two mechanics and all was good. Definitely recommend getting a used car from Enterprise.

I bought a 2018 dodge challenger (transferred from florida for $1000) from here in July for a guy named Mark. Mark also sold me on a 2500 dollar, bumper to bumper warranty. Because the car was from Florida it did not have the proper windshield wiper fluid necessary for Illinois winter and when the temperature dropped the fluid froze causing the system to break. The warranty mark sold me does not cover this. I asked mark to have enterprise car sales to cover it directly out of their pocket. Mark has refused to budge or be helpful in anyway. He did not even apologize for it. He said its basic maintenance that needs to be addressed by adding my own wiper fluid (which I did). No help. I now have to pay $200 dollars to fix this issue on my own. Dont but from Mark. He is not there to help his customers.

Some Really nice well maintained cars to be found there.My first stop was across the street at Hertz.The cars are not of the same caliber.Dents,Scratches,And a similar price.Get a nicer car same price at Enterprise

I cannot thank Charlie and Josh enough for their customer service and their help when I bought my car.Im new to the whole building credit and buying cars so I went in with a slight hope of getting approved to buy a car.When heading into the appointment, the only goal I had was to find a vehicle within my price range and to see if I would be apple to finance a vehicle. Charlie asked about what I needed in a vehicle, what was important, the color, the payments- he really listened to what I wanted. He picked my brain a little because I didnt have a preference in a vehicle so the little desires and features were essential. I gave him my plans on how to pay for the car and which brands I would like. He narrowed down the options to 3 (which was perfect because Im terrible with multiple options).Finally I choose a vehicle that I needed to take home. (Charlie was excited and I was excited!)Josh worked endlessly for me to drive this vehicle off the lot that day. He may have had to change a few numbers a couple times but he made sure I was driving this vehicle off the lot that day. Also, the explanation of the process and paperwork was made very clear by both Josh and Charlie.All in all, I have NEVER received such amazing customer service in my life! I may have gone in with a different game plan than what I had but Im extremely satisfied with my purchase and experience.
