Do NOT buy! save your money and do not purchase. Had my car and about 7 months later, it needed a new trans. They wouldnt answer my calls until i stopped paying. Then finally, they called me and I explained the car wasnt working. They picked it up and kept it for over a month and when I finally got it back, it had more issues.I called over and over again and nothing. I left multiple voicemails and nothing. The trans that was put in, that I was charged for, over 3k, also didnt work.So in about a years time I not only paid the car payments, thousands of dollars went down the drain for a piece of junk i barely got to drive.No empathy, nobody took responsibility. The absolute worst purchase ever.

My review is two-sided on the first side I am very grateful that this place financed me. but on the other side I was only given one vehicle option due to my income . Now this one vehicle that I left with ended up having the check engine light pop on after two hours of me signing the papers and the drive axel makes noise when going fast on highway . It was explained that I have a 1000 mile or 30 day warranty on power train. So after bringing it to the maintenance shop they made their determination to fix all the problems and even replace my engine with one with lower mileage and make good on their warranty offer. I gotta say my first review was from an angry point from a person who just bought a car and felt that I barely got to drive it. But after visiting their shop and getting help from their friendly maintenance staff, I got to say I’m a happier customer.

I love this dealership, Ive bought 3 cars from them ALL were and are great cars. I still have all 3. The prices and payments were what I could afford, and they never gave me a problem with whatever I asked for. Great people to do business with.

I was in tears as I waited for a approval. Came to look at multiple cars posted on Facebook marketplace. Sad to say none of the cars were still there, which was the whole reason I drove there. Before going, I received a call a couple days earlier where someone informed me the cars I wanted were still there. But upon arrive they have little to no information about said cars. “Well we have a couple other lots you can go look at” ... that’s wonderfulHowever I was directed to come to this location for those cars!!!!! But shortly after that was said they told me not to go to some of the other lots because they have a lack of choices... I was shown cars I just had little interest in because of HIGH mileage, I will say the cars I did see happened to be very clean but none of the cars I saw in the lot were even remotely close to what they post. They kept telling me the miles were city miles from traveling which made no difference to me! Miles are miles.. ultimately frustrated with the false advertising and shocked to see they are continuing to add more cars they have already sold or don’t even have available. Best advice is to call before going and actually ask what inventory is there, I was not able to find their inventory updated as well as pricing or current deals.

Not only did she take great care of me this past Saturday, she sent me a text today... asking how was everything going! I was so nervous about coming to Auto Warehouse because I have been turned down by over 15+ dealerships. Do not buy a car from there, they dont report your credit like they promised!! They reported a few time in a 2 and a half year span!!! Liars!!! Impossible to get in contact with management!!!
