I was driving and saw this store, just moved to the area and needed furniture. Jasmine and Eddie were very professional and was able to get me the furniture I loved in my price range, when delivered the people were professional and were done with setup in under an hour. Purchased several pieces of furniture for delivery several things were missing upon delivery when I called my items were no longer in stock. Refused to refund my money told me to pick something else. When I finally got a replacement delivered items arrived damaged and missing screws to put items together. Staff member said they are just simple screws you can get at walmart. I needed these items for family coming to town and now I have to run around finding screws that should have been included. Very frustrating experience.

The worst experience Ive ever had with buying furniture. You pay for full sets of mattresses they give you mixed match sets. The worst almost 3 weeks of my life trying to get the ones I paid for. Find another company/store. Just terrible. I paid for 5 bamboo mattress sets. I got 3 actual sets and 2 cheap box springs with bamboo mattresses, and now who keeps the change since we know they are differently priced when the box springs are cheaper? Never again. Jas is the rudest salesperson ever.

I just love the king size bed I purchased from here. The quality of it is very good. I got my furniture delivered to me next day. I was so grateful. Eddie and his team did a great and fast job setting up too. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for nice elegant furniture.

I payed $2,490 cash for furniture, including the delivery fee and set up. THEY (Every staff member) said that Ill get my items on a Wednesday between the hours 12-6pm which was lie because the drivers showed up at 10 at night with only my bedroom set leaving behind more than half of my items. I went back to the store that following Thursday and Friday to confirm that everything was their mistake and was supposed to have my things delivered that Saturday and to be the first stop only to call (because no one called me of course) to find out once again I was lied to (this time by the manager himself) and I wont be receiving my things until that Monday. Asked for a refund NO, ASKED to speak to the manager (again) NO, asked for a sheet set for the inconvenience and the fact that i didnt receive my comforter set that was included NO,even asked to come pick it up and the answer was NO , because they dont even have the sh!t in stock at the store in the first place. Poor customer service, Poor communication everything about the place is poor they have some nice items there but I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. #AngeryCustomer!

The item purchased was $299.00 after taxes without delivery the total came to $385.00 When city taxes are 10.25percent which is around $340tops guess this place is a rip off in so many words ion recommend spending money here you might get shammed on your price. IjsAfter speaking with the owner of the store we were able to get results immediately and we were treated kind and respectful thank you sir.Were coming back for those stools.😉

BUYER BEWARE! Terrible customer service!!! Ive waiting on my furniture for 3 months. I PAID IN FULL in the beginning of March and was told I would receive all my furniture by the end of March. When it arrived my new footboard was damage. I have been really patience with this store due to Covid, but everytime I call to check on my backorder they cant find my invoice and make me text them copy of my receipt each time. I was told my furniture will be here by the 1st of June. Here it is the 1st of June and I had to call them mid afternoon because no one reached out to me. Only to be told that my furniture will be here today anytime between 12pm-8pm (I called at 2:30pm). I asked the young lady if it can be here by 6pm because I have to leave my home for an appointment at 6pm. She says YES. The driver calls at 4:45pm and I ask him the same thing. He says YES also. I call again at 5:30 only for her to ask me to text my invoice again. She tells me that he will be here by 7pm. I can not wait till 7 for some furniture that I should have received in March. Please be careful before buying furniture from here. THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE And DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

This is place is a joke!!! Very unorganized and unprofessional…. My delivery has been cancelled like five times…No call to notified that they won’t be bringing the delivery, you have to call to inquire what is going on with delivery before they tell you it is canceled…..Or when they delivered they bring a wrong items, and the right items is deficit they have to take it back… That place is a joke.

Very low quality. I had spent over a thousand dollars on furniture as a Christmas gift for my mom back in December. The furniture is great and she loves it! I wont get into how expensive the delivery was (over a hundred dollars) when we live 2 minutes away. After getting the runaround with delivery dates and time, and no one ever really knowing what time the furniture was coming, or no one showing up on the day it was meant to come, we got it. I still purchased a bed in February because I was impressed with the way the furniture is holding up. Countless times, I asked if the beds in the store were worth it and countless times was told yes. I went ahead and got it. (again, delivery charge ridiculous) My bed was broken within a month! I did NOT call back because if I do, I want a REFUND. Not a repair, not to be worked with. Im just letting potential customers know to not purchase mattresses from this place, THERE ARE BETTER PLACES WITH AFFORDABLE BEDDING!

Brought a bedroom set they came the day they were supposed to come they forgot the mirror to my dresser said they next drivers would drop it off it’s been 2 weeks store manager never called to inform me what happened or what was going on I actually had to show up at the store and get rude was told they’ll drop it off Friday still no mirror called Saturday was told they’ll drop it off still no mirror even offered to come pick it up was told the day I offered to come get it they didn’t have it in store so was it at the store the day they delivered my set I guess not my set was delivered on 1/02 it’s now 1/17 still no mirror I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone so unprofessional and they don’t give updates on they furniture you pay for a waste go elsewhere1/17/2021 I was told my mirror would be delivered between 4-6 Sunday still no mirror I’ve called and they would pick up the phone and hang right up today is 1/18/2021 no call from the company on update or nothing BBB will be hearing from me if they are accredited they won’t be for long this place needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP THEY TAKE PEOPLE MONEY AND KEEP THEIR ITEMS CONTINUE TO REPORT THEM

Horrible! I would never shop here again! I paid for my furniture a week before my move in day and they delivered my furniture at 8pm. I called them three times during which time NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT MY COUCHES WERE NOT COMING. And they were also missing my head board. I had to wait 5 more days to get the rest of my furniture, so I went to the store for them to tell me that the couch I paid for was discontinued and I had to pick out a whole new couch, which I didn’t receive until the 8th, and they still didn’t have the head board! It is now day 10 and I still don’t have my head board. I tried yesterday to see when I could get my head bored and they couldn’t give me a delivery date and I couldn’t get in touch with Eddie the owner, because apparently that’s the only way you can get your money back. This place is very unprofessional and my next step will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. And I will also be doing a review on social media because I have to warn potential consumers! We gotta stop allowing this terrible service in our community!!!! They already overcharged me because I wanted to upgrade my queen mattress (Which came with the bedroom set) to a pillow top and I had to pay full price for the mattress. And I didn’t even get the mattress that came with the set!

You try to support neighborhood business and you get screwed. Everything was flawless or so I thought. Eddie was friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable. The receptionist on phone is nice. I was informed of delivery date (thurs)and it arrived on time but all the parts werent available . Was informed it would arrive Friday and no show. I had to call for update and was informed reason.Saturday comes and goes with no update from delivery guys. I AM REALLY UPSET.! I took off 2 days for nothing.Told my family about because they were looking for furniture and there is no way they will go here now they see what I am going through. I was ok with having to remove my boxes after delivery but for them not to update me during the 12pm-8pm delivery time is horrible. It is now SUNDAY and still nothing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I added star because they did come on sunday.

The most inconvenience I’ve ever dealt with in life!!!! $2,000 for a bed room set..I’m 165lbs and the KING SIZE bed broke two months....WHYYY?? HOWW? And after being told it would be fixed under warranty..everyday was a different excuse..they finally show..and don’t have the damn drills!!!! Now they’re back to the run around!!! Don’t wasted your time or money on folks who only care about your money!!

I would never purchase from this store. I’ve had nothing but problems with them since my first delivery came on November 5th. I was not informed prior to my delivery that some of my items were delayed, it took me to check the status of my delivery to be informed that my delivery was on its way but we’re missing your dresser. I was than informed that my dresser was coming the next week November 12th to learn on the day of that delivery that it wasn’t in stock. It took for me to tell them that they had to provide me with s chest or something because I’m paying for something that I don’t have in my possession. The entire team has poor customer service, it takes for the customer to call to find out information. As of today December 8th no dresser. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

They need to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP!!!!! They would try to make you spend anything due to it being ‘Tax Time’. I should’ve NEVER went to this store!!!! I went on February 25 (3 weeks ago) to order a two piece furniture set, kitchen table and tables for my living room. When I left the store I notice on my receipt they over charge me, I went back to the store and Eddie gave me my difference with no problem. They told me my furniture was going to be delivered on March 7. The day come & they furniture guys called me at 7am saying they are on their way with the furniture. My son was super late to school due to the time they came and how long they took with everything. The man did mention to me it may be a problem with my sofa to fit in due to how big it was & how small my door entrance was, but they was gone try to fit it in. When they did that they damage my walls and took my closet door off the frame & knock some of my things that was in my closet down & was even stepping on it. After trying so many times to fit the sofa in & damaging my walls, the man said it won’t fit but he knew a guy that could break the sofa down to were it could fit into my apartment. He told me to give him a few days until that next Thursday (March 14) for them to break it down & bring it back and try again. Days go by and nobody calls and tells me nothing. I called them everyday asking about my sofa and when are they going to bring it & asking if Eddie was there and they would say he is not here. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When I finally talk to Eddie (this past Saturday) he told me the situation with their guy who is breaking down the sofa & he broke it down friday but still fail to call and let me know. Eddie did say monday (which is today, March 18) they would be delivering the sofa and put it back together. I told him ok I’m going to held him against that if it don’t work out. I text the guy that brought the furniture and ask him if they were delivering the sofa monday (like eddie said) and he tells me no they are bringing it Wednesday. At this point I am mad & stressed out. It been three weeks since I brought the furniture and two weeks since they brought it to my home. I made a mistake & kept the loveseat because I thought they was going to bring the sofa the next week. So today come and nobody called me. I couldn’t put what I had to do on hold and wait to hear from somebody, so I drove all the way back to the store. I talk with Eddie and told him I am not satisfied at all. I told him I want a refund they could come back and get everything. He tells me he can’t do that due to my order being a special order. I didn’t order anything special. They made that a special order when they couldn’t fit it in my apartment door. If I would’ve known what I know now I would’ve went back then when they couldn’t fit the sofa in and ask for a refund. Any other furniture store have a policy stating ‘30 days refund if not satisfied’. I was willing to pay extra for another piece of furniture but Eddie said it was too late. I have kids and I don’t have money to waste on a TERRIBLE company that can’t accommodate you. I would NEVER COME BACK NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME SHOP HERE!!!!
