Simply an honest and effective mechanic. I drive all the way from Old Town to have my car worked on here. They keep me informed every step if the way and I am never surprised by any unexpected charges.

I have a 1995 Ford E350. I took it in because it was overheating and the air conditioner was not working. I spent $1300 on two batteries and front brakes. I was told there was nothing else wrong. When I got home it overheated. I ended up getting a recommendation for Ozzy Truck Repair. I needed a hose for my air condition, my radiator was cracked, and I needed a thermostat. Please save time, energy, and money and go to Ozzy Truck Repair. Ozzy is honest and genuine. His services and integrity is excellent!

This place was recommended by my brother after I kept getting outrageous quotes at a number of other places in the city. I couldn’t be happier I came and am very satisfied with the service provided. I brought in a 1992 mustang that had a leaking brake line. These guys diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time at the best price. I was in and out and they dealt honestly. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends and will be back in the future.

I was a loyal customer to Dimitri and his dad Gus for quite awhile as I have numerous trucks they would work on. I brought a truck in to have an oil change and when we picked it up the following morning it began to overheat after driving for an hour. When we looked under the hood the radiator caps had been taken off and neglected to be replaced, causing all the coolant to spew out and the engine to overheat. When I called Dimitri he said he would “ask the guys in the garage” about it, and then said that they all said they hadn’t touched the caps. Then went on to say perhaps they had been stolen, (while on his lot). This overheating caused hoses to melt, which caused transmission fluid to spew all over the engine & radiator damage and ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. Not only did Dimitri never offer to take care of any of this, he avoided taking responsibility for the whole thing altogether. Of course the caps were in tact when the truck got to him as we had no issues prior. A simple mistake on their part cost me thousands and they wouldn’t own up to it in the slightest. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement as I had already spent thousands of dollars with their establishment. You think you’re dealing with a nice, family owned, integrity valuing establishment until something goes wrong. Unfortunate to say the least.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MORE PROBLEMS AFTER THEY TOUCH IT! THESE GUYS ARE CON ARTISTS AND YOU END UP WITH MORE PROBLEMS AFTER THEY SERVICE IT THAN BEFORE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.They say they offer warranty but then dont take responsibility for their terrible service that left your car in worse shape than before to begin with. They use old parts and claim them as new. Just avoid.

You know what they say Big trucks, big bucks!But at least here they will try to save you some of them bucks.Honest and experts with medium to big diesals.Im a masonry and concrete contractor and I am rough on my vehicles!Fast diagnostics and their prices are more than fair.Mr. Panos and his son Damian have gained a life long customer.Very easy to do business with.

I love this place so nice and professional I had a locked engine before have it towed there I didnt know I had a locked engine at the time they checked it out charged me nothing ended up getting a new engine on my own so recently I need two new tires and of course I chose them they were quick I am happy

Ive been working with them for almost 2 yrs now but recently my experience was unbelievable. My car has been in and out for the past month since July 20th in Panos with unfortunate issues but I had faith they would help. I went the first time turned out to be the fuel pump, it was resolved. 2nd time car was hesitating to start multiple times so I returned it july 27 expecting it to be fuel pump once again but instead Im told from the expert mechanic it turned out to be the wrong gas was in the car (Premium gas not unleaded). According to him either me or my girlfriend caused this and it was going to need a tune up of over 400.00 dollars since this caused more issues. He attempted to help me but once again another issue began and this time there was an oil leak on top of my alternator on August 8th. I began to think this cant be a coincidence and attempted to talk with Pano auto so they can see it from my point of view. My belief is they made a mistake but did not want to own up to it. Both gentlemen became offended and one of them smacked the hood of my car. Im to grown to argue at this stage in my life but the disrespect and dishonesty was enough for me to find someone else to fix my car. Long story short1st fix 250.002nd fix 400.003rd fix no trust chose a new location.

Worst experience ever. I don’t even go there for them to fix their work they’ve done on my car.

They tell you the truth when something needs to be fixed. I would recommend my family and friends go to them.
