My muffler fell completely off my Nissan while I was driving and I went to Spring Masters on Lake/Latrobe and they listened to my problem and were very courteous and timely. They fixed the problem and I was able to continue. I definitely will use them again as they are professionals in what they do. Also the environment is very clean and welcoming. I have been using this business for a few years now. I must admit that they do make you feel like you are a value customer. I really like that about them. I believe their prices are within the average of any good mechanic here in Chicago and in some instances cheaper.One thing about them is the honesty. They will tell you what is wrong and if they find other issues they will tell you if you can wait for the repairs. It is not like others that try to force you and lie to you to get it done. That is why their shop is always busy.

Listen ima be honest I been to a lot of auto shops, but this one off the back is shady, had them look at my engine, they didn’t put it back together right, can’t even turn my key, so if you could save your self the money, do so and go to standard general. 🤷🏽‍♀️ They hook you up only reason I went here is because I was impatient.

These guys replaced a window for me a while back and were quick, thorough, and went beyond what I expected of them. Good prices, and they seem very honest and trustworthy.

I really wanted to like this place based on all the raving reviews. My car had been stalling upon starting it up. Some quick troubleshooting was done but the engine light wouldnt stay on long enough to get it to a mechanic to check the code.Through the engine light turned off once the engine was warmed up I still wanted to check out to see if there were any lingering codes. The gentleman at the front told me its $85 to just get a scan!Im flabbergasted because all the reviews say how fair their prices are and that theyre such great mechanics with excellent customer service but thats not what I received at all.Despite the price, he was otherwise very polite and the other gentleman I spoke to in the lot was nice as well. Im very confused because the reviews do not reflect the treatment I received and though I wont be back I just thought everyone should know that its $85 just for a scan before any reparations are made. Even if he explained the prices I think I wouldve felt better but this was just to see if there were any lingering codes.I wont be back nor will I recommend.

Very long wait time the guy told me they’ll have it finished in five days but it took them two weeks but the one Stickley got it the next dayUpdate: so far everything is going well with the new Engine.

Took care and time to ensure that issues found with my car were diagnosed correctly. Aaron kept me apprised with each step. Car was serviced and returned and I have not had performance issues since. I left my car there for a free estimate while I went to work. I got a call stating it would cost me $521 to replace my Rear Lower Catalytic Converter w/Flex pipe and that everything was really rusted under my car. I was given information for their Credit company if I wanted the work done. So I didnt get the repair completed and went and pick-up my car. Aaron, a Repair Technician, tried to charge me $20 for what was suppose to be a FREE estimate/inspection. Anyway, I took my car to a Repair Shop at 105 N. Pulaski Rd in Chicago and Marvin put my car in the air and asked me to come look at it, which SpringMasters crew never did, to show me it was just the Flex Pipe that needed to be replace and he could do it for $60 if I bought the part myself and $100 if he did everything. Well, I let him do everything for $100! And all of this rust I was told I had was mainly the rust you would expect driving in Chicagos weather. Thank You.

Went to them and asked to perform one task and one task only, I needed to have a rotor replaced, I had put the other side on already, just need the old one taken off and put on the new one. I dont need anyone telling me about a complete job or anything like that. If I am paying you to do a job, whats the problem.
