Homeopathic remedies are sold here. I was so excited to learn this! Selection of organic and natural foods is wonderful. The staff is essential and helpful. I could not ask for more.

Absolutely love this store! The staff is always wonderful. They do have a pretty good selection as well especially for being a smaller natural grocers store.

Great store with convenient natural food items as well as vegan items. Store is a bit pricy but that is to be expected with healthier food. Staff isnt rude neither hospitable. You dont get bags so you have to bring your own.

Its always challenging to provide an objective review when the place youre reviewing is the only option in the entire metropolitan area. Thats definitely the case with natural grocers in Cheyenne Wyoming . The staff are across-the-board really wonderful people , and bend over backwards to help out in any way they can. My primary complaint is that they are so often out of stock on many items and even though you go back week after in hopes of finding them... Well not so much. As much as it pains me to say it, if there were a better option with a broader selection and consistent inventory on the shelves, we would probably go there.

They have a great selection for a smaller store and also the staff is super friendly and always have great product knowledge! From vitamins and supplements to various other products they know their stuff.

Loved it! So much to learn and discover about natural foods. And prices are not bad which I thought was amazing. Go check one out and you will be amazed too.

Basically a vitamin store. I’ve been to other natural grocers that are actually grocery stores. I hope they increase there size and selection because for now they have a monopoly on organic food here.

Best place in town to buy this type of food and products. Just like every natural foods type store, its much more expensive than a regular grocery store, but the patrons and owners would be quick to tell you that the food is healthier in one way or another.Im a fan though and love that they have many culinary items that you simply cant find elsewhere in this town.And the employees are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I am on a healrh kick and they have a lot of the organic stuff that a lot of the other stores dont. Plus there super helpful and always willing to help how ever they can

No matter where I am, I’m happy if Natural Grocer is there in that city. I travel a lot lately and we love this chain of grocery stores.

Even though I live in Colorado, I always try to come here when I can. Great selection, and best staff ever. After my visit today I had a question, and called about it. The man who took my call was very polite and went far above and beyond for me. I wish I remembered his name.Im so thankful for this store.

As usual, great customer service! The only issue was products out of stock. I wasnt sure if it was my timing or that certain items arent available to the store. Not a big deal as the produce was my main goal & it was fresh. Thank you!

Great organic food selection and vitamin

I love that this is here, but I do wish it was larger. I would love to see a bigger grocery selection, and I would especially love for them to have more fresh produce. But being constrained by space as it is I am happy with it, and glad we at least have one.The people have always been friendly and knowledgeable so I have no complaints about the store itself, the only reason for 1 star down is the size and selection that I wish was more.

Pretty good selection. In fact you can get Ezekiel granola and Japanese miso paste which are items that are not typically easy to find

Just shopped there this morning. I very much appreciate the availability of healthier grocery and supplement options, and I was happy to see more variety in the produce section. But I was VERY frustrated that there were families with numerous children NOT following the policies requiring wearing of face masks!! And...there was obviously no effort on the part of staff to enforce the policies!!The produce aisle is small and in a tightly constricted space. I had to leave the area several times to avoid overexposure...then returned again and again to actually get the items I needed. For the safety of staff and customers, PLEASE address this issue!

Very well stocked and super friendly staff. Being from southern California, Im used to Whole Foods, Clarks, Sprouts and a few others. This store all the way up in Cheyenne Wyoming is every bit as good as those, and quite honestly, the people were the real gem. I will shop here next time Im in town.

Had what I needed, c a sheer was friendly she didnt rush me even though she was the only cashier & a long line of people. She earned them the 5 star rating. It would be good to see another cashier & at least one or more employees on the floor.

They offer items not available anywhere else in the area, or with greater variety. That saves me a drive to Ft Collins. NG is the best!

Well stocked with organic food and healthy nutrition. Service is fair but above average considering the stressful times COVID-19 has come with.Space is tight and the only entry is barely a cart width, so getting in and out is awkward when it is busy. Most customers here are considerate enough to wear a face covering.

Cheapest and best place to refill water bottles. 25 cents a gallon beats anywhere else. Always a decent selection of vegan foods too!

Worst natural grocers I’ve ever been in. The isles are all blocked off to where you have to retrace your steps all the time. It is pointless to block off isles when the entire point is to spend as little time in the store as possible. Come on natural grocers- you can do better than this.

While some of the prices may be a bit higher than other organic stores, since it was the only place in Cheyenne to get a good selection for a health-conscious out-of-towner like me (organic and non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free), it was worth the visit. For health enthusiasts, its a great option, and some items I found were unique to this store. The employees were friendly as well. Just be forewarned : not everything is healthy just because its in a store like this. Avoid canola oil, high-sodium foods, and cane sugar if you really want to be healthier, IMHO!

I love this store. They have everything you could ever need, and if they dont, they order it for you. If the order is running late, they call you and update you. When your order comes off the truck, they call you.Their customer service is second to none. They have educational resources, they partner with small businesses in our community to teach customers about nutrition and well being.Their food is always fresh, produce is sourced locally. Their prices are outrageous, but I pay them.

I try to stop here every time I come through. Plenty of room to fit a truck or rv in parking lot, always have very fresh, perfect organic produce. Prices are much better than other natural stores.

Natural Grocers is a great place to shop for a number of healthy food options. While the prices are higher than a normal supermarket, the quality is much better. My girls love going here to shop with their allowances as it is one of the few places we dont have to worry about added hormones, MSG, or other junk in the food products. Thanks NG and also for the friendly staff.

Great store with a large variety of products. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Some of the products even include tags describing employee pick which also helps with my decision making. They truly care about our health and impact to the environment.

I love being able to shop for groceries and not have to worry about GMOs or added growth hormones. I can just shop, knowing what Im getting is real food. Extremely large selection of vitamins and supplements. Good selection of non-toxic and all-natural cleaning products as well. My wife likes the non-animal tested cosmetics. The store is also very clean, all the time. Very clean bathrooms too.

They have good selection of gluten free and organic foods including only organic produce and grass fed dairy. Their selection of supplements is quite extensive. They also carry cosmetics and body care products. If you join their program, you can load coupons for various items to your account.

This would be 5 stars as this place is great. However I urge you to refrain your staff from mocking anyone using a mask or anything to protect themselves as some people are immunocompromised. A checker was mocking the lady infront of me calling her a germaphobe. Theres no reason to be negative especially in times like these.

I like natural grocers. They have a good selection of vegan goods, and at a decent price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The stores overall apperence is clean. The douches are always fresh, and never used.

It is always an enjoyable experience going here. Now they have a new manager from the Fort Collins store and I always enjoyed talking with him when I went to the store there. It is a real treat to have him up here in our Cheyenne store. He has been making improvements and I can already see the store is operating more smoothly.

Natural grocers rocks! Its small but power packed with the best food ever. You can find most everything your health conscious self desires. They do get stock in every Wednesday.Lastly but not least, the staff are some of the coolest people youll ever meet--the greatest attitudes!

Great quality items. Staff knows a lot about the products they carry. My favorite place to purchase carrier oils and essential oils. Also, their prices on some groceries are really low.

Good variety of supplements and food but a little pricey

I just recently started going to Natural Foods. I have been able to find the foods that I need to fix healthier meals for my family and at better prices than what I was paying in other grocery stores.

Our family basically only shops here in Casper. Great quality food & their produce is wonderful! We enjoy our experience here; staff is way friendly!!

Natural Grocers is my go to store for low carb baking supplies and Lilys Chocolate. They also have an excellent supplements section and plenty of organic and vegan foods too. I love their selection of bulk spices and Dazbog coffee! The only disappointment I have is the lack of low carb pasta and bread options.

I love that all the food is organic and sometimes local. I especially like the $2 overripe produce bags!

Absolutely love this place! Everything is organic, and the prices are unbeatable! You can also get reverse-osmosis filtered water here for $0.25/gal, supplements, bulk success, and anything health food related your heart could desire!

Its hard to find everything, but the clerks will help. They have just about everything you can think of.

Good place to find alternatives to what youd find in the grocery store. A lot of gluten free, vegan alternatives. Pretty good selection of supplements. Bulk spices and teas in stock.

I sent my son to get some things which included kale, zucchini and oranges. He simply took what was there and really did not look at it. Half of the kale was borderline slimy, the zucchini were old and the oranges, which should be in season, have absolutely no taste. First, items of that quality (or lack thereof) should not be on the shelf. Second, I pay extra for organic and should not have to throw half of what I get away. I put some responsibility on myself as I should have told my son to look at everything and if it did not look good, do not get it. I still feel only edible items should be on the shelf.

The people who work here really know what they are doing. I got some St. Johns Wort because they recommended it to me and I have had some great results.

So much variety. My favorite aisle is the bulk food items where I get loose leaf tea and various spices. Reasonably priced as well.

Their food is really expensive and limited in selection. I like that I can find a different type of food here, but now that health conscious is becoming a trend a lot of these items are in all the stores and much cheaper. The staff here is consistently rude.

Love the hippie grocery store. Actual food vs food like substances at reasonable prices. Only place in town I can find some supplements.
