They have a massive selection of clothes, produce and general food! They also have a great selection of TVs, computers, vacuums, furniture, school/office supplies, automotive maintenance, paint and paint supplies, pet food and toys, childrens toys, movies, pharmacy, beauty supplies, kitchen items and accessories, gardening items and so much more! The only way to explain it is to go to it and see for yourself! Staff is pleasant and helpful too!

Loss prevention is overly discerning of individuals they deem suspicious. I understand theft is an issue at this location; however, not every person wearing sweats and a COVID mask are actually shoplifting. 😒

Was able to get our trailer tire replaced quickly and efficiently. The tire center service techs were super accommodating. We even purchased 2 more new tires because of their excellent service. ...And was able to go to Sams Club to shop while waiting!

Great place to shop. Whenever I cant find something the staff always does their best to help even taking me right to the spot instead of just pointing. I just dont like all the self checkouts its not as personal.

Seems like everything I needed help in the aisle there was Noone ever around. Finally found empliy and he didnt know where anything was.He even tried to look it up on his phone with no luck.wow.

On vacation and I left my diabetic medicine in Minnesota, not going to be back in California for another week, called my pharmacy and they set everything up, got a prescription without any hassle!! Great job Cheyenne Walmart!! 🙂

Pretty good. Easy layout, lots of selection and good choices. This is actually a 4 and a half thumbs up but thats not on option. The only reason its not a 5 is because when I asked an employee a question they didnt know the answer and were very dismissive. Luckily, another employee came over and was very accommodating in her help. She walked us all they way to what we needed and even found the brand we wanted. I wish Id gotten her name. But she was about 52, blonde hair in a ponytail and glasses. I hope you find her and let her know how great she is! Ill have to pay better attention to her name if I see her again.

Two employees who we asked to help us had a habit of vanishing in the middle of helping us. However there was one young man who did work in the electronic area who went above and beyond. So one out of three employees did their job properly.

The store was clean, and well stocked with a good variety. We had no trouble getting help when we needed it to locate an item.

Its a fairly typical Walmart experience, except their self checkout Tower doesnt work. Associates were pleasant enough, and assisted in getting the order picked up. Sometimes i forget how much Walmart thinks I work there

I am very disappointed! I ordered presents for my grandchild for pick up, when I arrived they just notified me that one of the items wasn’t available. I finished getting the rest of my order and parked, walked inside and low and behold THERE IT IS! I didn’t even have to LOOK for it, I walked down the aisle and could see from the start of the aisle down to where I got it. There’s NO WAY they had just restocked it! I went in right after getting my order. They don’t even try to look! Ridiculous

Scan and Go is great technology, but the customers still struggle using it.1 manned register and the rest closed.Plenty of specials and merchandise to stock your pantry.Its pretty impersonal and some help when you really need it.Some areas still look trashed and unorganized but whose house isnt.

There delivery is good but there store is great the shelves are full and store is kept clean as much as not the store or employees fault they have everything stocked up to the minute 👍

Great selection and good prices. Its so big it takes forever to shop there. Staff are helpful but not always very friendly, e.g. no thank you on checking out, too busy talking to another associate.

They had the grocery items I needed and the produce section was well stocked, the butter and milk sections was well stocked.

Well, its a hit and miss. They can be helpful. I had alot of employes not know where anything was at. It happened all the time .

Out to Cheyenne on a well needed vacation. Stopped at their walmart to get some snacks to take back to the room. We got sliced pineapple, grapes, watermelon and a small veggie and dip tray. Got to the room relaxed opened up the watermelon and spit it out, it was 5 days past due. So checked everything else, pineapple okay 4 days yet, veggie tray 1 day past date, grapes 3 weeks past date, that is just unacceptable plus had to use our vacation time to take the items back to Wal-Mart for a refund and was not treated very kindly. Buyers be ware CHECK THE DATES.

This Wallmart is going down hill fast. No checkers,shop for a half hour wait in tobacco line for 35 minutes no tobacco.Purchase a item you like the following week it not there anymore. Try telling someone and it goes in one ear and out the other. I think Ill try Albertsons.

Best looking WALMART that Ive been in, large grocery section along with deli area. The rest of the store seemed to have everything you would want in a super store. I forgot to mention,, the store was very clean.

I am a delivery driver for them. I went inside to pick up a .com order as the app said to do and hit that I had arrived which notifies the associates to get my order. The lady at the door asks me what I was doing and when I told her she starts yelling at me that I had to follow the directions on the sign . I did as the batch lady screamed and ended up standing there with no one coming even after calling twice. Walmart associates would just look at me at then pass by. They stood around and chatted but not once asked if they could help. I ended up standing in Walmart for an hour before I called the delivery help line and had them cancel the order on their end. It will cost me about $60 and ranking points but I have kids and had to get home. I do not know if I want to continue working with them after this experience and maybe not shop there either. They definitely dont seem to care about good business.

Usually able to find what Im looking for. Self-checkout works well, but Id still prefer a cashier.

Walmart Delivery/Doordash......BE CAUTIOUS when ORDERING!I NEVER received my last order. I received a text alerting me my order left the store. NEVER SHOWED UP! I have talked to 7 Walmart people (5 in person at the store) in 3 days and saved a Doordash chat log about my missing order. Very disappointing ending with Walmart Delivery. No one has taken responsibility!

So disappointed and frustrated! My husband and I went in to the auto center because the car battery we bought a few months ago wasn’t working. We have a warranty on said battery. They said it was completely broken and we would get a new one with our warranty for free. They still tried to charge us and we’re very rude. Then after we figured out the battery, they returned our keys to the car and my husband noticed the key fob was broken. My husband asked if they broke it and if they were going to replace it. They told us it was “already broken” and would not replace the key fob and that they just “threw away the part that broke because it just spontaneously fell apart.” Wow. I will NEVER come here again or give them my business.

I dont like WalMart. Its to big and busy. I hadnt gone for about 6 months and went the other day to get my kids some summer clothes. They had what I needed. But Walmart will continue to be a rare event for me.

Well finally past all this You must have a mask on to enter. So u can now go in and have a pleasant shoping experience without having to breath yr own Carbon dioxide. So yes Walmart is coming up in my rating book.

The only downfall is that they now check your receipt as youre trying to exit and its always backed up bad. And they seem to be pretty rude too.

This Walmart seems to be stocked well and has a good appearance overall. There is usually an associate available. So far we have found the staff very friendly. The access to the parking lot is curvy and not so easy to navigate when traffic is busy.

Nice walmart but they did not have DEF fluid for deisel trucks. But was nice and clean and people were friendly.

It is frustrating that they close customer service 2 hours before closing.. if the store is open, customers should be able to return or exchange items no matter the time during open business hours.I’ll take my business to target where they clearly appreciate their customer’s business by allowing customers to return or exchange any item during their listed hours. COVID is no excuse for poor customer service.

What a joke pick up service is. I ordered something from the website because it wasnt on the shelf. No direction when my email stated my order was ready for pickup. No help from any associate no help from customer service. If I cant find it on the shelf I wont go to the Walmart website. I am going to order from Amazon. And to find out I got the product from the Website, that was delivered and picked up at the store I originally was. Why wasnt it on the shelf in the store? Walmart you are too big to give individual service.

They honestly need a few more stores locally because everytime I come here Iam being completely ran over inside and in the parking lots, tiny isles packed always between the online order shoppers, stockers, everyone else, need to make bigger isles, stockers at night.

The gas they sold me was cheaper, However, my car was able to obtain about 15mpg when I normally get about 24mpg

Do not like the shriking of the aisles, or the new check out lanes that you are putting in.... you can barey get 2 shopping carts down an aisle much less a electric cart... I have been shopping here for years, but no more. I will be going to King Sooper, Albertson, Safeway and Target. You have lost a valuable shopper. Those who sit behind a desk havent got a clue on how to design a store...

Definitely the lesser of the two Wal-Marts in town. And not just because its older or smaller, mainly because the people working there are just not as helpful or as friendly. More than once Ive had people there actually scoff at my request for help finding things. Not all the workers there are rude. We had a great kid in electronics help us one time. But that stood out to me because the rest of the people weve asked for help have been SO bad. If you have time or have a choice, go to the big one on the other side of town.

Was a good trip to get groceries the only thing is not enough open registers open both self check out and cashiers.

I was able to find everything that I needed and the employees were very friendly when checking out.

Nobody helps you even when u look compleatly lost. In fact several times ive had to ask for help and then wait 30+ mins for somebody to come to assist me. Also there fish tanks are horrible! Almost every fish in it is dead so many that the filters were being clogged up by fish bodies... Animal cruelty at its best... To say the least.

I only go there....when I cant get what I need anyplace else. Its a ZOO

Had two of the five things I need. One of the things I wanted was Great Value cheese sauce when I text it at this store it said you can order it well if I wanted to order it I would stay home BUT I need it today so Safeway it is. It did say this product is available at the Denver location so I guess I could just spend $50 on gas and get it or just start shopping at Safeway or King Soopers. 9 out of 10 times I go to either wal marts in cheyenne they are out/missing some stuff I want but the employees are always in groups goofing of and talking about anything except helping customers. And the ones who are picking up for pickup orders are very rude, pushy and cutting you off and blocking aisle with their big carts.

Great prices but I wanted to make a special purchase and was unable. Maybe next time...

Customer service at this location is a mess. Management will stand around talking while a long line accumulates. Only one customer service associate serving customers... I would avoid this location if customer service is what you seek.

Great place as always. Just wish they could handle people buying way more than they need. Pandemic was pretty bad as it is. But people hoarding should be regulated by all stores and companies.
